Twitter Crypto head and staff resigns

I think Elon Musk forgot that he can't eat his cake and have it back. He had fired many of the twitter employees and now the rest of then have decided to resign and this will have a big blow in the tire Twitter as a company with greater effect. I saw the news that he had booked a meeting the employees so that they can have a dialogue on how to resolve the matter.
If these people finally leave twitter, many things will go wrong with bigger consequences on the company. I still don't know why he decided to fire many of twitter employees at the first time. Let's see how this will work out.

You are underestimating his talent, don't forget that he ran Tesla or Space very well and was the richest man in the world at a relatively young age. No one knows the exact story behind that but I believe he is doing his job well. Laying off old employees and bringing in employees is also not new, it is almost a tradition of businesses.
If you read the news about Twitter, they also just announced that they just hit a record number of users.

The problem with that is the fact that Tesla was not his company, it was someone elses, so it was a company already doing fine, and lacked financials due to building a car costing a ton of money, you need to hire so many people and own so many things all of which costs money, and you can't just sell the car right away, you need to first perfect it.

So, he overtook it, and bought it from the owners and acted as if he was the founder, which he is not, he just some rich guy who took it. SpaceX is similar in mindset, other people came up with the plan, and he just paid for it. Twitter was already doing fine, and he overpaid for it, etc etc basically it’s a pattern for him.

When you do have the money then you could really be having everything on what you do have in mind.You do have the purchasing power which means that no matter what project,company,activity or whatsoever in

correlated, then you could easily buy it if you like but of course it would really be costing huge money but since its his money then he has the rights on what he would really like to do.

Further development and running the company that he had bought would be entirely depending on him which means that success or failure is always there.
He wont really be that on position as a billionaire if he do things without any consideration or something that could really be that beneficial for him in long term.

Twitter staff strength has been reduced by around 90% and the platform seems to be running without any issue. And I don't know why there is so much outcry. Meta also fired tens of thousands of its employees recently. And there are indications that Google may fire up to 10,000 of its employees. Tech companies seems to have realized their mistake. They increased the headcount without any limits, hoping that such a large workforce will be useful if the scope expands in the future. The scope expansion never happened and they are now being forced to reduce their staff strength.

I personally don't think that this event will have a significant impact on Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency nor will it damage the reputation of Blockchain Technology as a whole. Twitter has a story to tell on how blockchain technology has taken more people into cryptocurrencies as everyone shares their personal experiences with friends and family. And true a company is nothing without its employees working for it. Many of them come and go in this field. They may have fond memories of the company they worked for but nothing lasts forever.

This is reality. I don't know whether or not Twitter was at fault for firing so many people, but I don't think any tech company is at fault if they fire people just because they can't afford it anymore or because they need to cut costs. to survive in the market.

I read the article and there's nothing wrong with him being strict. They resigned and they aren't fired, and, in the end, Elon approached some of the employees telling them to stay.

Tesla is now a successful car business because of Elon and with the new management, I think it's normal that there will be some employees that will resign and knowing that Elon will really change what Twitter is, there might be some who will not like how he handles the company therefore, they resigned.

Now with regards to it having an impact towards the crypto space, I don't think there is a significant impact of what's happening with Twitter in the crypto market. Twitter is a social media platform after all. Expect more changes towards Twitter in the next months now that it's under a different person already.

What can a centralized platform possibly bring to crypto if not providing genuine information to those who are interested in crypto? Nothing else is imaginable, especially since Elon has already purchased his thing. Because they recently spent $40 billion, which is still a pain in the ass, they are aiming to cash out income and increase the revenue from the Twitter badge rather than the favouritism that has been happening. I noticed a tweet that showed a photo of Twitter workers with fewer females compared to when it wasn't sold out, which is why Twitter was blocking accounts that advocate anti-feminism, which isn't a terrible thing if they lower the amount of them, Twitter will remain crypto friendly with or without them.

Many of longtime employees didn't agree to the updated rules since Elon had bought twitter so they chose to resign due to non-compliance in terms of the rules or maybe something else but I believe Elon has a development roadmap for twitter to be better because it doesn't make sense for him to spend $ 40 million without meaning and purpose, twitter is now his project and several other projects like Telsa have developed into very successful car business projects and we hope that twitter can be developed as a good social media for the future.

Now with regards to it having an impact towards the crypto space, I don't think there is a significant impact of what's happening with Twitter in the crypto market. The issued blanket ultimatum to staff by musk must have triggered this resignation from  Tess Rinearson and other crypto staffs of the Twitter social media. The Ultimatum is too rigid  and hardcore because i see no reason for a longer working hours if not for selfish test of loyalty whichis not necessary in my opinion.

i personally thought elon getting into twitter was a huge business mistake. it does not align with all his other projects that are interlinked to space colonisation stuff
(solar, e-cars, rockets, tunnels, biometrics (health monitoring) and AI)
twitter just seemed outside this realm of usefulness tech that wont be used for his colonisation/asteroid mining end goal

As we all know, he realized this early on and tried to back out of the sale, but the court & board forced him to buy it. I blame his principal lawyer/wealth fund manager - he's the guy responsible for aggressively pursuing this in the first place.

I don't see the good thing in that mindset of him, if that is his way to make Twitter more popular I think there's a wrong with him. He may be a good businessman and good in tech but he needs to value his people, once he value his people it will reflect to his business. In my own experience, I am working in a good where people are being taught to be truly human, even though our workloads are getting heavy we still know that our leads are great. I am working in a tech company as well, working everyday in a tech industry is exhausting, so if Elon will be our boss? better to resign and keep my mental state intact. So if this is true that he is using that for publicity then it will not be good in the long run.

And not only in terms of financials, in my opinion. Twitter was in horrible shape before Musk arrived. It has become a platform for conspiracy theorists, terrorists, Russian FSB bots and "users" like that. And twitter staff, they were doing nothing while getting a good payment. Musk decided to change all that and I support him.

Surely businessmen like these have something up their sleeves, unless they really just intended to destroy what they took over. Musk could have been up to something that would be beneficial for the company and for their end users, unless again, he plans to destroy Twitter over all. I am still curious to how Twitter is going to change really soon since that was really a sudden event when I first heard it. Lay offs are normal, but laying off higher ups is really something that boggled me.

This is to say also that there's never a stable job, unless you're working under the government.

There is more to the Twitter situation that most people are unaware of. It appears that during the course of the Twitter deal, Elon did not have enough funds to proceed with the deal, so he had to make some financial assistance to continue the deal, and now, according to some sources, they currently have about $13 billion in liabilities to make with a yearly return of $1 billion. I don't get why people are up in arms over what he bought with his money and other people's money. Some sources also claim that roughly 3,000 employees were fired since it allowed Twitter to save about $500 million per year, if this estimate is right, Elon is good to go.

I hope Twitter takes time to restructure in a way that suits other corporations, their current conflict with Apple, in my opinion, is unnecessary. I mean, Apple is a big company, and Elon is also big, but you can't always win. I can't imagine there isn't a Twitter app for iPhone on the App Store, he needs to liaise with them for peace and sweet revenues.
