The Czech Republic failed to secure a win in their second group match either. Having drawn against South Africa, the Czech Republic picked up their first point in the group. Although they went into the half-time break leading 1–0 thanks to an early goal, they were unable to prevent a penalty goal towards the end of the second half and the match ended in a draw. South Africa were the side closer to victory in the match because, in my opinion, they put in a better performance.

Brazil is not the favorite anymore. Morocco's squad is completely made up of players from PSG, Real Madrid and top teams in the Premier League and Bundesliga. it’s completely normal for Brazil to struggle against them.
Fifteen years ago, this Brazil team had ten Vini Jrs. Brazil is just not the Brazil of old anymore.

The Brazilian national team is just living on past glory, no doubt about the fact that they have lots of stars but they are all individual players, they yet haven't come together as a team that's why it's easy for them to be dismantled. Look at the team right from prime Neymar era, it's just nothing but bunch of individuals playing and showing their various skills and nothing more. Even in there domestic competition, they are not winning it as well. Personally, I don't see Brazil as a team that will be winning the world cup anytime soon, even when they hosted the tournament back then I didn't see them as potential winners, since then they haven't even been on my top 5 list of nations that will win it.

in the last 25 years, they have played in only one world cup final and they won it. their neighbor Argentina played in two finals and won one. having five stars on their crest doesn't make them the absolute favorites of world cup.
imo if they match up with France, Spain or Germany in the early rounds of this tournament, they will be eliminated.

These are still the pleasant matches to watch, lots of action, change of play it's fun to follow these events even when your Nation isn't playing.
Senegal have powerful and fast players, this is the strength that sets them apart and that they are feared at the same time.

We have nothing to do here. So I support the 10 African teams now. However, after watching Senegal's first half, when it ended in a 0-0 draw, it seemed that they would at least not lose points. Although the opponent was the runner-up 2022 final and a very strong team. In the second half, Senegal conceded a goal due to some mistakes and later France took control of the match with their attacking play and secured the victory. However, Mbappe's double goal was really great.

My personally love Mbappe and always want him and his team to win the match any where he is playing, but seeing the match between France and Senegal and being an African, some thing in me desperately wanted to see Senegal beat France even if its with one goal though my normal self wanted to see my favourite player and his team celebrating a win..

But a point, I was confused on which team to throw support for, so I later simply said to my self that the best team should win, I didn't bet on this match because any of the team I choose to bet on, there is a high chance I will be getting emotions involved because I really wanted to see both team win  even though I know that is not possible, because a draw is not a win..
So in the end, France proved to be the better team, and I am really happy for Mbappe, I so much love this guys, he's so talented and one special attributes he has is speed, most times I wonder how he manages to do some of the styles he does with football.

England showed a lot of brilliance yesterday on the pitch yesterday against Croatia. Croatia had a weak defense which was unable to stop England attackers from penetrating their defense easily. Harry Kane the goal opener for his team was able to double his goal since no defender could stop him. A great start for the English men.

That was one sided game because one team did 4 goals in this match and opponent team did 2 goals in this match. Harry Kane was a person who did first goal of the match and he did this goal at 12 minutes when there was a start of the game and after few minutes there was goal  from opponent team and Baturina did second goal of the match and he did this goal at 36 minutes. Harry Kane did goal again at 42 minutes and that was a Goal in the first half of the match. Bellingham did his first goal which was at 47 minutes and there was another goal by opponent team and Musa did this goal at 50 minutes and that was in the second half of the match and Rashford did last goal of the match and he did this goal at 85 minutes.

Uzbekistan failed to beat Colombia. They didn’t play all that badly against a strong side like Colombia. They may have lost the match 3–1, but it could have been a closer affair. Perhaps if their goalkeeper had been better, there’d have been a good chance of a draw, in my view. I’m not sure if they can finish in the top three in this group; to be honest, it looks a bit of a long shot. It all seems to hinge on the match against Congo.

Yes, Brazil has had many successful World Cups in the past and had some of the best players in the world with their magnificent squads. However, that has changed, and today I think France, Germany, and England have stronger squads than them. Brazil has a high chance of being eliminated from the tournament. The stars on the emblem represent past successes, not the present.

It's a strange condition but it always happens for every team or big player in the team as if it's purely an individual mistake not coming from the team and conditions like this are always considered normal for some critics because if we look at the pattern it's the same when Mbappe is in Madrid or several other players who are considered to be able to lift the team's performance but they fail in matches.

Portugal failed to get the first point but it will not be a big problem for now especially since there are still matches left and they only need to get 2 wins in the remaining matches so it should not be a serious problem even if unexpected circumstances occur in the first match.

There are still some big teams that failed in the first match but because Cristiano's aura is too big it seems that we only focus on Portugal when Spain and Belgium, who are actually one of the candidates for the championship, also draw in the first match.

I agree that the most favorable outcome for Mexico and South Korea in their head-to-head match is a draw. it's possible the teams will even try to save their energy in this match. thus, they will earn four points each while South Africa and Czech Republic each will have only one. as for the match between South Africa and Czech Republic itself, both teams looked weak. moreover, Czech Republic was very bad physically towards the end of the match and only poor execution prevented South Africa from winning this match.

Mexico does not look like they will be saving energy against south Korea, they have same points as south Korea and so they will not want to further loose points so they will make sure to do all they can to get at least a point to maintain the tie as much as possible.

Even if it happens that Mexico does not play conservatively, a draw is still very attainable in that game, but I do anticipate a win for Mexico more than I look forward to a draw in that fixture. I am looking at it that most likely, Mexico and south Korea may be the only teams in that group to get passed group stage.

Switzerland as successful and achieved three points today and that as show that they really need to point since they draw the first game and know they achieved full three points and leading there group table. Am sure Switzerland will surely qualify for the next round because they really do well and am really impressed with their performance. In the World Cup when a player receives a red card that will be advantage for the other opponent to press well and score more goals in the pitch. Let see in there last game if they can win the game or draw but I can says draw can be possible.

The game in the first half was really boring and without any chances. The game started to be good from 70th minute.Only last 20 minutes of the game was fun. Swiss really pushed the tempo and destroyed in the end Bosnia and with this win Swiss are into the next round and thats why they celebrated so much. Bosnia still has a really good chance to go into next round but they need to win it no matter what. I think they will be third in the end and make it into the next round

In today's game, they are better in the attacks. They have created some chances that they failed to maximize. But they have better control of the ball and have the potential to get one point from this game. If they lose this match, they will become the first country to be knocked out of the competition. But thank God they got a goal from a penalty.

They equalized, and that is a good one for them to share a point with the Czech Republic while waiting to play with South Korea. We hope they win the next match so they can move to the next round of the tournament. However, the coach should re-strategize with a good starting formation to properly gain control of the ball, taking advantage to get some goals early enough before they go defensive.

Czech Republic really disappoints me because I was expecting a good win for them, but they were not playing well, and teams like South Africa gave them good challenges. After the equalizer, I was expecting they would score another goal and have a win in this game. This was a big surprise because their performance against Mexico was awful.

Most chances are that Mexico will be on top of this group while South Korea will have the second spot and the Czech Republic will end on the third spot because they are looking better for this side while no surprise is going to happen in the last round of this group matches.

The red card of Bosnia opened scoring opportunities for Switzerland because immediately after the red card, Switzerland kept scoring till Granit Xhaka scored the last goal in 90+7 minutes which made the match to end by a score of 4:1. Bosnia was resistant in the first half as both teams couldn't score any goal but when they returned for the second half, Switzerland made judicious use of every scoring chances. If they had made this level of performance against Qatar they would not have played draw in that match. I think their next opponent will be Canada since they are in the same group and i believe they will win Canada.

Portugal needs to completely change their game if they are to qualify for the next round. They need to fix the flaws in their defense and midfield. Ronaldo was basically a spectator in the match and he is now goalless in 10 international matches. This says a lot about the midfield players inability to pass the ball to one of the best strikers in the game.

I think Portugal might be trying to put Ronaldo at the fore front of the team success allowing him play the whole minutes, this is not a competition between Ronaldo and Messi, this is a World Cup tournament, once your country is unable to meet up the next round, they are sent home.

It's clearer that age is a problem for Ronaldo and he is not meeting up demand, the faster Portugal coach realizes, the quicker he fixes his position in the group stage and stand a chance to move unto the next phase.

I thought it would continue like that. However, a few substitutions in the Swiss team completely changed the game. Manzambi scored the opening goal as soon as he came on.

Then Bosnia Herzegovina were reduced to ten men. Switzerland had already scored, and with the opposing team down to ten men, they increased the pressure even more, scoring three more goals. Bosnia Herzegovina managed to squeeze in one goal in between.

It did make my eyes sleepy at the beginning (because in my country it's dawn) but in the last 20 minutes the match became a bit more interesting especially after the red card for Bosnia.
At the moment they only need to not lose the last match especially if Canada's match against Qatar ends in a draw then their chances are even greater.

Mathematically at the moment Switzerland is almost certain because the scenario is if they win in the last match then qualify 100 percent with the group winners, if the draw then the potential to be in position 2 is also very large but if they lose with the new format now it is likely that they are in position 2 or 3 and expect the best position 3 club.
