Nothing is impossible but it will take some time, maybe two to three decades for the Saudi League to get the desired attention. The political structure of every nation will always affect every aspect of the country including the sports sector. Football will not grow in an authoritarian political space where clubs and the football association will not be given the freedom to make viable policies and implement them without fear of sanctions or intimidation. Saudi Arabia has the money to promote the league to any level but the political, religious, and social conditions of the country will be the biggest barrier.
