I don't think that the move to Saudi Arabia is only for players who only have two years or for old players,you are getting the Saudi's plan from the shallow side. Actually Saudi Arabia has a plan that's why they're looking for players with influence to come play for the country's league. Noticed they're not just going for any players but those that are very popular (have influence) and still have something to offer before they retire officially from football. Saudi Arabia are planning to bid for the 2023 world cup and from how things are going it feels like they can achieved that as now they have everyone talking about them and looking at their stadium capacity and facilities.
