Better to move to the SPL and get a big salary than to be a substitute player at Barcelona. It makes perfect sense why Franck Kessie would prefer to join Al-Ahli than Tottenham or Juventus. The salary factor is the main motivation.

I don't really understand the tactic from the Saudi Arabians. There are a total of 16 teams in the Saudi Professional League. I thought that it would have been better to distribute funds among all the 16 teams. Else, in the next season there will be a lot of one-sided matches, between the top-4 teams (which will be dominated by overseas players) and the remaining 12. 

I agreed with you about this all because in last few days I was also looking for few things, but sadly I have no details how things are going here in Saudi League they have 16 Pro League teams, but huge spending are done by only few teams which is wired they need to work on different strategy which create good craze here in this league and all teams go with better and same quality base having just few teams at top level and others on poor level surely going to create problems with most of the matches could be one-sided, and we will have competitions like La Liga or Bundesliga which are ruled by just one or two clubs.

Now we also have few other complaints as well about their spending, hopefully in near future FIFA will bring some law or strategy about this all because there is rumor few English clubs are going to complain about this all as well.

For sure, we do not have much information about one of the Saudi pro league clubs namely Al-Ettifaq. but as far as I'm aware, Al-Ettifaq is one of the clubs that has its own academy. maybe, if they will rely on some local players. Also, we don't really know how rich this club is. but if I look at their squad, they have some foreign players. So, it's not just Jordan Henderson. even Moussa Dembelle, now part of the Al-Ettifaq team. after all, Al-Ettifaq doesn't seem to be a top-tier club like the 3 clubs we know, namely Al Nassr, Al Ittihad and Al Hilal.

But by bringing in Steven Gerrard, it is hoped that he will be able to bring this team much better than before. I do not think that he considered success as one of the reasons he went there. I mean we are talking about more money than he could ever get from any other team, he just went there for the money, play for 1 or 2 years, get all that money, go back to England and keep being a coach or something if he wants to or he could literally just put that money in interest and live off it forever until he dies.

You are right, Talisca can still compete there as we know this player is one of the top scorers in the Saudi League So if he is given the opportunity to keep playing then he will stay in the Saudi League unless he is no longer needed, maybe he will leave. Previously in 2016-2018 TalISca had played with Besiktas so he already knows how competition in the Turkish League and I don't think he will move there while the Saudi League is in the spotlight.

Indeed the aggressiveness of several teams stood out in this transfer window such as Al Ahli, Al Nassr, Al Ittihad and Al Hilal in recruiting many of Europe's top players but the teams under them did not make recruitments impressive enough to build their team's strength. But the competition might be more interesting next season when compared to the previous season because several teams already have stronger strengths after successfully recruiting European star players.

However, Talisca is still one of the sharp strikers for Al-Nassr's attack line. I think Sadio Mane, CR7 and Talisca will be mainstays in Al-Nassr's attack line. But Talisca is a player who can play in several positions at once. I disagree. They both are like classic strikers and after Cristiano joined Al Nassr, Talisca had to sacrifice a lot but of course he came back in late of season after an injury. I knew Cristiano gave chances for Talisca to have goals from penalty spot in order to help his team-mate to compete for the league best scorer.
