The Saudi league isn't as difficult as the premier league therefore players not doing very well in the premier league can switch to that league and become a top player in the Saudi league. We can't compare the both leagues because everybody knows, those going to Saudi pro league aren't going there for the passion of the game but are going there because Christiano Ronaldo is playing there and also because of the money that the clubs willing to buy them are offering.
