Well, the main reason will always be about money. And another reason is that Cristiano Ronaldo started this trend. Most European players coming to the SPL seem to be driven by seeing Cristiano Ronaldo move here. In fact, now we have a complete package, with all the European stars, from defenders and midfielders to forwards, have joined the SPL. And perhaps one day, joining SPL clubs will become commonplace. A few seasons ago, many considered moving to the SPL to be less than positive. But now things have changed. And everyone's perception of the SPL is also starting to shift for the better. So, European player transfers here are starting to be considered commonplace.

Supporters of the European clubs can sometimes behave like sore losers. They are spewing a lot of venom on Saudi Professional League, and Al Nassr in particular ever since Ronaldo made the move in 2023. But nothing changes the fact that the best player in the world now plays for a Saudi club. And many of the players can look through the propaganda that is directed towards them and they ignore the scare stories that are being spread about the SPL. Saudi Arabia will be hosting the FIFA World Cup in 2034. And that is going to be a pivotal moment for everyone.

I dont know if that is the main core.

I feel more like european dont like to see people coming from nowhere with big wallets and destroying years of football.

But well i think this is gonna make european football stronger, now they have a place to send their footballers close to them when they are not at the level of european football.

Saudi Professional League are really ready to bring a lot of football fans do notice their league more than before because with the way they are bringing in players it quite impressive, this alone will make the Saudi Professional League more stronger and popular. I was so amazing with the performance of Al-Hilal during the fIFA club World Cup at least they were not only representing themselves but the entire Saudi Pro League.

They will definitely be a lot of competition this time between the strong teams in the league in the like of Al-Nassr, Al-Ittihad and Al-Hilal. It actually going to be so interesting to watch because it will look like an European league since they have gathered a lot from there.

Fans will pay more attention to the Saudi professional league this season, as it is now more recognized by European players. I am excited to see how Darwin Nunez will performs for Al Hilal, as well as Al Nassr's recent signings of João Felix, Inigo Martínez, and Coman. Other Saudi clubs have also made excellent signings to improve their squads, which, in my opinion, will make Saudi league games more interesting and competitive, making fans not want to miss them.

Almería football team played very well in the last match as they did 3 goals in that match and two players performance was at top because one person did 2 goals in that match. Embarba was a player who did his first goal at 43 minutes when team was required because at that time, opponent team score was 2 in this match and we saw opponent team goals in the first half of the match and Embarba did last goal at 61 minutes. Both teams gave excellent effort for the win but performance was Embarba made easy for that team to win this match . Ronaldo did back to back two goals but after no player could stop the ball.

CR7 has always been a key player, but the team can't always rely on him as the main spearhead of Al Nassr's attack, especially considering his advanced age. He's quite old, but that doesn't mean he's unreliable; however, it's important to understand that team regeneration is crucial.

Al Nassr has spent a significant amount of money each season to build up the depth of its squad, so I hope they can win at least one trophy this season. This season, they'll be competing in at least four competitions: the Asian Champions League, the Saudi Pro League, the Saudi Super Cup, and the King's Cup. They're already close to winning the Saudi Super Cup, having already reached the semifinals. Unfortunately, their opponent is a tough one: Ittihad FC, last season's SPL winners.

Regarding Al Nassr, it seems they are taking a different approach to the new season, with Al Hilal continuing to strengthen their attack, including signing Darwin Nunez from Liverpool. Meanwhile, Al Nassr appears to be trying to strengthen their front line, which, judging by their record from last season, was considered quite fragile. In this transfer window, they have brought in another European player, Inigo Martinez from Barcelona and also one of Saudi Arabia's star players, Nader Al Sharari. Meanwhile, their front line only has Joao Felix, but if Al Nassr manages to sign Coman from Bayern Munich, this would be a tremendous addition to the squad.
It seems that Al-Nassr and Al-Hilal have been the most active in pursuing European star players in this transfer window. One transfer that surprised me was Darwin Nunez's move to Al-Hilal, and also the arrival of young players like Joao Felix to Al-Nassr. Martinez's move from Barcelona to Al-Nassr was another surprise I saw in this transfer window. Previously, I wasn't particularly interested in the Saudi Pro League, but now I'm completely intrigued. I love how Saudi Pro League teams invest in European players at high prices.

And regarding Kingsley Coman, it seems Bayern and Al-Nassr have already agreed on a transfer. So, it seems he's one step closer to joining Al-Nassr.

You should not be surprised with the levels of players that are moving from Europe to Saudi it shows that the Saudi league is developing and is attraction top European players if young players like jao Felix can move over to the Saudi league I don't know the rational behind Victor oshimen not moving to the Saudi league.

He was not mentioned even in the balloon Dior list with all the goals and assist that he made last season while playing in the Turkish super league it just shows that there is no difference playing in the Turkish super league and playing in the Saudi league oshimen should have moved to the Saudi league instead of staying in Europe
Saudi pro league clubs are trying to chase European stars to play in their league in order to promote their league and most of the players who move to Saudi do that because of the amount of money they’ll be paid. These players are usually players who are aging and dropping form. Joao Felix move was shocking but not shocking, the player has struggled to stay in one club, moving from one European club to the other, his story is a sad one cause he was supposed to be destined for Greatness.
The Turkish league is far better than the Saudi Pro League, Turkish clubs participate in the uefa Champions league and it’s a more competitive league than Saudi. Secondly, you can’t compare the performance of Victor Osimhen to Joao Felix. The ballon D’or list sometimes can be flawed, as we have seen time and time again.

And the addition of these players in the Saudi pro league is definitely enhancing the popularity of this league as the people from this field and out of this field are paying attention to this  league. The most cleared thing about this league is this is the league who are really free financially.

Supporters of the European clubs can sometimes behave like sore losers. I thought I was the only one who saw this and from the look of things, it is mainly the supporters of Messi that's spewing lots of nonsense about the Saudi league. The have refused to own up that it was Ronaldo that made the league popular and because of that people are trooping in that direction. The just hate this fact about Ronaldo being much more influencial than Messi on the big stage.

That is what fuels the league, they need already established players, players who are already known and where else to get them other than in Europe. That is why they are flooding the European football market to get these guys, it doesn't matter whether they are young or old so long as they have played in Europe and more especially in top clubs, it will not be hard for people to identify them.

The big games is up and running for the big teams. Saudi Arabia clubs are not holding things down, they're taking things to next level when it comes to signing European players. They're just here trying so hard to strengthen the league with popularity with big names. The favorite to win the Saudi Pro League title for next season is Al Hilal because they've been the best competing team in tbr SPL although they've encounter other oppositions. Al Nassr is best leading when it comes to landing big names in the club, they're consistent and have been playing key players but that's absolutely no problem, only the best will come out triumphing all over.

I also think Inigo Martinez and Ronaldo will be at peace because, yes, they are both professional players, and of course, they will be fine.

Of course, we've seen Inigo play well, and there were no unusual incidents during the match. All the players played well and worked together. This certainly indicates that Ronaldo and Inigo have a good relationship. However, some people might be worried, which is understandable, but there's really nothing to worry about.

Speaking of which, of course, we'll be watching the Al Nassr vs. Ittihad match in the Saudi Super Cup. It's sure to be exciting. I think Al Nassr will be at their best. We'll see Inigo play to his full potential. We'll see what happens. I hope Inigo Martinez can keep Al Nassr's defense even better, because a strong defense is definitely needed in the semifinals. Who do you think will win that match?

I personally think that all the clubs in the saudi pro league always seem more concerned to get players from Europe. They all try to get the star players from the European league for the Saudi pro league. And the players were also attracted towards the Saudi pro league. Al-Nassr already has Cristiano Ronaldo in other words the king of football from that side. Al-hilal also gets the Darwin nunez from Liverpool. And before this transfer joa Felix and many other players were also working in the Saudi pro league. And the addition of these players in the Saudi pro league is definitely enhancing the popularity of this league as the people from this field and out of this field are paying attention to this  league. The most cleared thing about this league is this is the league who are really free financially.
That is what fuels the league, they need already established players, players who are already known and where else to get them other than in Europe. That is why they are flooding the European football market to get these guys, it doesn't matter whether they are young or old so long as they have played in Europe and more especially in top clubs, it will not be hard for people to identify them.
The efforts of all Saudi Professional League clubs should be aimed at increasing the popularity of the clubs and league, making them known to football fans and becoming a major league like Europe.
Unwittingly, recruiting European players without careful selection and spending large sums of money makes clubs feel like they're wasting money without getting any meaningful return.
For example, Cristiano Ronaldo, while old, has made a significant contribution, while Neymar Jr. hasn't.

Given these circumstances, Saudi Professional League clubs should improve their approach to acquiring European players. At the very least, they should avoid simply signing popular players, but also consider their age and injury history.

I agree with you, what the Saudi pro league wants is more popularity and exposure and in other for it to be achieved, they had to attract players from all sides of Europe. They are intentionally luring this players with very fat paychecks knowing without this strategy most players will turn down to play in the Saudi pro league because its unpopular compared to other big leagues in Europe that will give them the type of exposure that they wants, offcourse it will difficult to reject such  a juicy Cash offer and other good benefits,so I think the Saudis are already achieving it all bringing top Europe footballers into the league.

You're right, the Saudi Arabian League is no longer overlooked by top European players. What's characteristic of top European players starting to pay attention to the Saudi Arabian League is that it's not just older players who want to join Saudi Arabian teams. But young, top players from Europe are also starting to flock to Saudi Arabian League teams. For example, the top scorer in Serie A last season, Retegui, has joined Al Qadisiyah.

I think this is a very significant step forward for the Saudi Arabian League. So with this, we can no longer underestimate the Saudi Arabian League. Furthermore, of course, everything the Saudi Arabian League has achieved is due to Ronaldo's arrival at Al Nasr. Perhaps if Ronaldo hadn't moved to Al Nasr, I'm sure the Saudi Arabian League wouldn't be as advanced as it is today. So, Ronaldo has truly had a huge impact on the progress of the Saudi Arabian football league.

Yes, Ronaldo and Inigo Martinez are very professional footballers, so it's unlikely they'll have bad chemistry just because they're from different teams in La Liga. I think in football, opponents can become teammates. Take Messi and Sergio Ramos, for example. Back in La Liga, they were enemies because Messi played for Barcelona and Ramos for Real Madrid. However, after Messi moved to PSG and Ramos joined, the two became teammates with excellent chemistry. Therefore, I also feel that Inigo Martinez's move to Al Nasr won't be a problem for Ronaldo. As Ale88 said, they're both very professional footballers. So, it's certain they'll be teammates fighting for the same team to win trophies next season.

Instead of paying a fortune for a star player, Saudi Arabia has now begun a transfer window focused on needs. Al-Nassr is a serious contender for the championship this year. They've consistently bolstered their weaknesses with top-tier players. They've created a formidable team this year.
It seems Al-Nassr is indeed more focused on players who are truly needed by the team. For example, Joao Felix was brought in because Duran had left for Fenerbahce. And Joao Felix's figure would indeed be the right person to fill the position vacated by Duran. And Al-Nassr's weaknesses in the last few seasons seem to be starting to be addressed by bringing in several defenders. And one of them is from Europe, Inigo Martinez, who played for Barcelona last season. And I think this will really make Al-Nassr a more balanced team for the new season. Furthermore, Al-Nassr is not only focused on players from Europe. Al-Nassr has also recruited local players like Nader Al-Sharari from Al-Shabab and Awad Aman from Al-Nassr's junior club.

I dont know if that is the main core.

I feel more like european dont like to see people coming from nowhere with big wallets and destroying years of football.

But well i think this is gonna make european football stronger, now they have a place to send their footballers close to them when they are not at the level of european football.

"Destroying years of football"? I don't understand that part.

Saudis are investing billions of $$$ in oil money into football. It is a win-win situation for everyone. A few players, who were not happy with the European leagues/clubs got the opportunity to try their luck somewhere else, and overall it benefits football as a sport. And the argument of big wallets is applicable to European clubs first. This is something that they did starting from the 90s. They filled their clubs with players from Latin America and Africa, and thereby weakened the sport in these source regions.

Did you watch the Almeria vs. Al Nassr friendly match today? Do you think Al Nassr really played to their full strength? I think it was an exciting match, and I certainly didn't expect Al Nassr to lose to Almeria, as Almeria is a team in the Spanish second division, which is certainly not as strong as La Liga teams.

Al nassr now has to accept defeat and admit that Almeria is a stronger team. Jorge Jesus certainly needs to improve Al nassr. There are certainly still shortcomings in Al nassr, such as a weak defense. If Al nassr defense had been strong, there would have been potential for a draw. However, considering this was a friendly, it's possible that Al nassr might not play to their full potential against Almeria, as Jorge Jesus will undoubtedly be more focused on the Al nassr vs Ittihad semifinal match in the Saudi Super Cup. Fortunately, the score between Al Nassr and Almeria wasn't much different, with the match ending 3-2 in Almeria's favor. Almeria fans must be proud to see their team defeat Al Nassr, which boasts many star players.
Yes it was an exciting game though Al Nassr couldn’t get the best result from the game but they played so well and even started the game on a fine note but were unfortunate to fall short later on in the game and lost but I also think there were positives to take home for Al Nassr. They showed promising signs of a good season to come with their performance. Let’s hope they can maintain the performance for the coming season.

I think there can be space for both types of football and players: those who want to achieve glory and play against the best football teams in the world will go to Europe; those who only want to make money will go to Saudi Arabia. And hopefully those players who choose Saudi Arabia's money could/will help some of their people back home since many of them are South Americans or Africans.
