Do we know approximately the amount of btc that have been scammed ?

LoyceV is tracking 140 addresses starting with bc1qhalved into a watch-only wallet. As we can see in his screenshot the balance was 862.5mbtc before january 12 and 143.75mbtc after the last transaction tracked last night. It means 718.75mbtc (0.71875 btc) could have been withdrawn by him up to now.
Even after the recent bull run it doesn't represent a very large amount (about 15k$). Victims can hope recovering their funds one day IMO.

This is exactly what a scammer would say, if he doesn't want people to sweep their other Coldkeys. It's more than just a cliché: it looks like the scammer is no criminal mastermind, otherwise he would have emptied all addresses at once to prevent anyone from sweeping them before he can. I imported all 140 addresses starting with bc1qhalved watch-only into Electrum (including the ones that were emptied earlier) to check sweeping times:

I’m now in my tenth year in this space, and I’m unsure of where to go from here… but it’s a near certainty that I won’t be releasing any more artworks in the future where I’ve generated the keys. It feels like those days are nearing an end.

BTW were you aware of his gambling addiction? Because it's the first time I hear about that. Does anyone know on which games he was gambling precisely? He was a pocker player, a sport bettor or just a casino gambler? Trading could also be a kind of gambling activity so I hope no other reputed and famous escrow will fall like that again for an (supposed) addiction issue.

As promised, here is the last time I spoke with yogg via sms (The morning yoda noticed it, right after that)! - I wiped some personal stuff, but you can tell:

1. He's lying about the gold keys
2. He lied about never peeling anything in his life, he told me over a year ago that he has been desperate enough to peel his own cards.
3.. The last part is about me threatening to sue him.

I don't know his location or his mothers name or address either.

      The halving cards were my idea to have two cards and together make one image.

      And yes idea was to have them all loaded on the first block of the halving. So that part is the only truth.

Also, I think his business registration was phony/faked by some rando dude in Ukraine who just sells his ID for owning shell companies. I'll see if I can find the file on that.

I also have the full DB of ALL cards in the Mongo DB without the customer info. I'll re-scan that next and post it. There are a lot of weird card names in there, so not sure if they were real or test etc..

I just took a look at the messaging he had with owlcatz and the complete disregard on the situation he manages to express makes me wonder whether he was going through a depressive episode.

I do not know yogg, I have never talked to him and probably after this noones cares about him here on the forum, however, do you think he will try to end his life?

He is giving mixed messages. While talking about ending it all at the same time all this looks so premeditated: the termination of the business, the change of address, the fact he continued sweeping even gold sets. What is going on?

I agree but he claimed the artwork wasn't ready yet to print at that time, so that's why those were stored until later which makes a bit of sense actually since the history series he would just print, shread and then spend day's sticking holos etc..

Since all PK's were/are actually printed on the cards not on a slip of paper behind the holo, he had a special python program that would just print them, then delete thm on an air-gapped pc. Then he had a special (expensive) film shredder to shred the special (large) film rolls after printing. (Why do that if you are keeping PK's, right? ) ....

That said, these are my own speculations, because he told me he just had to delete the keys, because he did not trust himself or anyone else. Maybe for some series that is true, since some of my low-value history cards have not been swept.... Again, don't trust me, just my own observations here again... 

Looking back, I really don't think any of this was actually premeditated. He seemed to be really proud of his creation(s), often told his family about how happy he was with it even tho he was often stunned by the support he had back after the first round of fuckups .. I know he's back on shitty anti-depressants again and has been drinking and smoking lots of hashish, but IDK what else he may be into. He never talked about any other drugs that I recall.
