In contrast to altcoins where they have everything for every day, if you refer to my point of view, then that's the exact reason why people are more interested in buying altcoins, altcoins move all the time, thus giving more opportunities for people to gain or lose .

Bitcoin is a top project on its own with high volatility in the market while altcoins is the real projects that brings small and high profits. Altcoins simply one of the good projects in the market with high profits when it pumps. There are countless essential targets each projects specialized in the market with full proof that it's definitely going to pump either during the pump or dump season. In my opinion, achieving my goals is quite simple because I only triggered my buy actions when the market is stable or during it's dump season which is likely to be my best entries for altcoins.

As long as we can choose the right altcoin I think it will be profitable,

Greed.  Simple as that it is the get Rick quick scheme of the century.  Problem is very few do and most lose all the money they put in.  People missed out on bitcoin and think if they get in early on something else they can hit what early bitcoiners hit.  Others just use them as trade toys to get more bitcoin.  Amd then lastly...gambling.  people like the rush.

It's because people prefer to gamble with cryptocurrency and play games of chance. Because we have no idea what would happen when we purchase an altcoin, I indicated it was a gamble. Sometimes we notice a few of altcoin pumps, which makes us greedy. People exploit that volatile because of this. Since I've learned from my mistakes, I don't want to bet using altcoin. I suffered greatly from alts, and I also lost interest in them. Everybody has a unique mindset whether it comes to holding or trading. Not all investors and traders will be same.

No, it's not just that it has that "high pumping" potential. It is because many altcoins out there are cheaper than the topper coins that we got. Don't bother with it if you're going to just hold it since majority of altcoins out there are just going to end up like a shitcoin and you would not like to experience that agony like I experienced before I tried-attempted-failed day trading which was my worst and lowest of the lowest of my experience in crypto.

^It seems like they gamble their money investing in altcoin, probably they are already aware of this, a short-term investment is very risky if you don't have a regular update on it. Some others just because of the hype they will also invest in altcoins so possible some hype altcoins will gain profit but on for a limited time. There should not be a certain time when it comes to investment that gives a guarantee, it matters always a risk. If you can handle this risk, then you are good to go in investing in altcoins.

it's easier with alts in getting more profits mainly because the nature of alts that is quite volatile in terms of value which many could take advantage of this nature and easily increase their capital really fast that it outpaced some mainstream investments like bitcoin and ethereum. alts in general always gives high return but also could incur massive loss. even like that, some people think that the returns it could made always outweigh the risk of losing investments usually.

that's it. i meant people were just profit seekers. There's no doubt that profit has become the main motive for people to invest in altcoin. There's no other motive other than making profit. People are always interesting to invest in altcoin anytime. Even some new coins got pumped so hard to the moon. I would not be surprised if altcoin has become a new way for people to be millionaire for sure. It seems like that this gonna be the most interesting honey pot for sure. lol

I don't even have to go further than this. This is the reason why people buy altcoins. You can only get high rewards by accepting high risk. Higher the risk, higher the possible rewards. There's obviously also higher risk to get rekt with them but that goes without saying.

People investing in small caps and mid caps also see that there must be a top when it comes to future marketcap of bitcoin.
It just can't keep up growing and growing. That wouldn't make any sense. They see more room with altcoins to grow. That's why many of them like to use terms like ETH killer, to point out how much they can still rise. And it's way more possible to find another 1000x altcoin then except that bitcoin would rise another 1000x any time soon.

As the saying goes, high risk, high reward. The more risk you take, the more profit you can make. Investing in Bitcoin is considered by many to be low risk. But there are many risks. I myself have found that investing in Altcoins is very profitable. But when you invest you must invest in the best coins. Don't invest in crap coins. Shitcoin once dumped is never recovered. Always remember to invest in BNB, Ethereum, Matic, all these coins. All these coins are less risky than investing in Bitcoin.
