I badly need some points in the league to get out of the relegation zone. I had some good rounds in the cup and now I need to translate that to some good results in the league.

I have no chance of promotion now, but need to avoid relegation to div. 4.

I might have completely blew it with my picks, I didn't see the odds for the pre tournament favorites, so I just went with names that I believe I knew to be good enough, I picked BetBoom and Falcons, BetBoom would have to win 3 matches now to get to the semi finals, and my opponent has Tundra, if Tundra can somehow fail to make it to the grand finals, then I should get at least a draw from that question, asides that I would need BetBoom to defy every odds and go all the way.

Oh wow, its kinda surprising that Gaimin actually are the favourites for the bookies because they havent won a single tournament since the new season started and their best placement was 3rd so far. Tundra on the other hand is kinda like the rising star in couple of previous tournaments and Regional qualifiers hence most people favour them, understandable tough.

Let's see If I can kickstart things on a positive note this time around.

As for DOTA, I tried researching but just submitted the teams from the example in the question. I have no idea about that "sport" and didn't want to spend too much time on that. I just calculated that point as a lost point and submitted. I hope I will make enough point difference that it won't matter in the end

Out of those 8 questions, there are two 50 50 questions so yeah its guaranteed that either of us could lead 2-0 from that question or those two questions could end with 1-1 for us. Either way this is going to be fun although Im not that confident with my answers

5 players from China region form teams together and use random name, pretty much thats it. Well yeah most of the teams are using random name for regional qualifiers before they got signed up by top esports organization that you probably recoqnize.

I tried Googling a little but was too much everywhere for me to really follow. I see Malaysians somehow in the game but couldn't immediately identify them.

It depends from tournament to tournament. This one has groups just to make seeds for real draw. Nobody is getting dropped from the group. Best placed teams are skipping few rounds, 2nd, place are skipping one round less and so on. This group stage is also played on just one map, perfect for surprises and catching big odds but not gonna tell you much about winners.

I think I like this format a bit better (for the question). It's more random, and gives everyone who submits early or late a little more level playing field on picking a finalist.

Talon's the first casualty (no one picked Xteam so meaningless), would have preferred Pari to be the ones out to give me an edge over jayce. The good news is they meet next so whatever happens, he'll only have 1 possible right finalist (hopefully Liquid out next haha).

We've already accepted that we'll be losing 1-2 players per season which is a shame, but not really something we'll ever be able to fix.

I am sure most of you don't really follow it but Odermatt came 5th in 1st downhill training run today. Not really significant for the race, still 2 training runs left as well.

Another game against Newcastle I will not be seeing to the end. They have had our number all season and totally dominated this tie from start to finish. Dreadful how poorly we played today. That also costs me a bet I had, perhaps I should start playing against the team I want to win.

I have also lost on the Milan question. Now I need Roma to get a draw so my opponent does not get the point.

Yeah pretty much because they are a newly formed team, information on them are still basically still limited and rough.

1 Malaysian among 4 other chinese players and they are playing on China region. It actually doesnt really matter what nationality they came from but most players usually stick to their own region due to the connection issue so yeah an american could even play for a china region team if he got picked up by a china team lol

Couldnt even get a single point out of these two games today. I was expecting Newcastle to only get a draw against Arsenal though and AC Milan is on fire for sure. I knew Im going to lose on this question when they scored 2 goals on the 1st half
