The following players are still to post their answers:

@LTU_BTC : well this is a battle of the relegation zone so its either I win or I lose in this round because getting another draw wont really help me much to survive for the next season. Im picking few bold answers on this round because I needed to get that 3 points so yeah best of luck to both of us because we needed points badly  Smiley

What a piece of shit you have to be to stab a suporter from another team. Worst a team from another country so you dont have so much controversy with them or you dont see too often. I cant really believe. You can maybe fight for a flag/banner launch some hands (its bad, but you know what im talking about) but STAB!!! man you need to be on jail a long time.

QEPD for the familie of the dead man.

Idiots all around. I can't imagine traveling by car so far just to cause trouble.

Well, you and me are not ultra football fans whose lives revolve around fighting police and other football fans. There's simply no logic to do that from a regular football fan point of view.

What is best case scenario in the mind of such individuals? Drive 15 hours, kick someone's ass and return home just slightly beaten? Or maybe they want to get arrested so they can brag they were there?

This is how they go up in the hierarchy inside their own group and the way to increase reputation among other similar groups.

They also made it harder for Dinamo to pass AEK (which wouldn't be easy in the first place) because now first game will be played in Zagreb on August 15th, instead of playing 2nd game in Zagreb.

3 players failed to submit their answers - Danydee, Dittoup and jeremypwr.
Answers from MAAManda, BitcoinHunt3r and casperBGD are hidden.

One entry is extra, named only 'Bitcointalk' - probably an incorrect submission from one of the 3 guys.

I hid the submission as well. PM me if it's one of you 3. For the submission to be valid, you'll have to remember 8 out of the 10 picks that are in the form - otherwise we'll assume you're guessing.

_____________________________________

Just a suggestion, can you put the sportsbet link for the specific league on each questionnaire so that non sporty guy like me can easily catch up on what tournament I need to do research. I’m not too familiar on the league name especially for tennis and soccer because there’s so many of them while I’m not updated on these sports tournaments.

Not really, we think it would be annoying to all other participants and would just make the questions bigger. We might have some kind of 'links' section aqt the end, but I'm actually against it - I personally want those that investigate alone to have a slight advantage.

They also made it harder for Dinamo to pass AEK (which wouldn't be easy in the first place) because now first game will be played in Zagreb on August 15th, instead of playing 2nd game in Zagreb.

95% of them can't name 10 Dinamo players. They don't care at all about the club's results.

95% of them can't name 10 Dinamo players. They don't care at all about the club's results.
You are very wrong there, thinking that majority of them don't know shit about the players and the club (in this case Dinamo Zagreb), it's just that ultra philosophy is above everything else, even above the club they "support" so then you get situations like this where they make it more complicated to the club they are supposed to support.

I spoke with a few of them, clueless both about Dinamo and football. And the club's tradition as well.
Of course that it's not 95%, I exaggerated - but football isn't something that most of them are actually interested in.

I know guys that follow the national team all over the world and actually don't watch the game. A lot of BBB/Torcida hooligans as well.
They just go there to have a fight and that's basically it. They rob gas stations and demolish caffe bars and restaurants in packs and feel really powerful doing it - that's their main driver.

What could be better than than drinking with opposing supporters and throwing football jabs all the time against each other? Unfortunately there is always somebody who takes that a bit too seriously. Main reason I am only watching my hometown club (Rijeka) play live when it is not against Dinamo/Hajduk. Don't want that extra friction and drama. I like to come to game without too many traffic jams and drink a beer in piece, preferably siting whole game.

I know, i am not a "real supporter", i am what you could call casual supporter. The game must be just right and weather perfect for me to get on stadium  Grin

jeremypwr proved that the 'bitcointalk' submission was his - so it is edited in the spreadsheet.
casperBGD's answers are visible now as well.

Division 3A continues to be the only 'problematic' one, 10 out of 12 participants have negative points there. Well, more fair like that I guess Grin

Just wondering this, if this actually happen to me in the future then how can I prove that those answer sheet with 'random' name are mine? well apart from the division, probably someone could mess that up too

Unfortunately there is always somebody who takes that a bit too seriously.

Yeah for some reason there is always that few idiots that takes things too seriously. I mean yeah its okay to be freaking upsets when your team lost to rivals but some people just decided to go extra miles on stuff that they shouldnt have done on the first place

Eitherway I hope that piece of shit that stabs the innocent fans gets what he deserved for

Haven't posted in a while hope all the bro's here are well and in good spirits. Sad to hear that someone got killed at the Dynamo Zagreb game, terrible times we live in when fans can't enjoy a game of Football. On a lighter note that little break was a good refresher time to get back at it.

is beer allowed on stadiums in Croatia? alcoholic beer of course
and that is probably main reason why I am usually watching Handball and Volleyball live, sometimes Basketball, watching Football could bring fight even against relegation fighters

round just started and I am already down by point, five goals by half-time, didn't expect that lousy performance by Sturm and TSC

Unfortunately someone died this time so you can't even make fun of the rest of idiots.

For people like you and it's difficult to understand them - ultras live in their own world. Fight with other ultras, rivalries is often more important things than football. There is lot of people in these groups who have criminal past or are simply dumb. And when you add some alcochol into this mixture, things doesn't end well.
But I read that using knives and similar weapins isn't acceptable among most of ultras. Not sure it's true or not, but I read comments that they tried to attack random people on streets, including women and children.

So called 6 points game Smiley Yeah, draw isn't good result for both of us, so, it would be better to have winner there. I'm not sure that my predictions this round can be called bald, but I'm not sure about at least 2-3 my answers.
Good luck to you too and let the best one win it.

I hope I can read a nice writing about my win when he mentions our match in the article next week. As of the beginning of leagues we are entering a football-weighted period slowly. I assume that this can also upset the balances in the standings like the patch change on DOTA.

I might have fumbled the bag for this round yet again, after a low scoring game from PSV against Feyenoord, I expected some 2 Nil-ish win from them today, and some 1-2 goals score line from Braga, hence my reason choosing the 3-4 goals, and also I submitted my picks already before I learnt of the Nkunku long term injury, I had Chelsea to win against Liverpool too, and he sure was one of my reasons for backing the blues on this one, I might just opted for a draw, but meh... It is what it is!

I think clubs should start getting sanctioned too for their fans behaviour, I mean as huge supporter travelling overseas to watch team play such an important game, but in the chose violence, once Uefa can verify that these are indeed registered club fans, their clubs really should get sanctioned, perhaps by an instant disqualification from the tournament, along side legal punishment for such individual, I know it might seem quite too much a consequence for clubs that obviously aren't in support of these antics but it will serve as wake up clubs too to perform extra due diligence on their supporters.

Idiots all around. I can't imagine traveling by car so far just to cause trouble. What is the best case scenario in the mind of such individuals? Drive 15 hours, kick someone's ass and return home just slightly beaten? Or maybe they want to get arrested so they can brag they were there?

Unfortunately someone died this time so you can't even make fun of the rest of idiots.

For people like you and it's difficult to understand them - ultras live in their own world. Fight with other ultras, rivalries is often more important things than football. There is lot of people in these groups who have criminal past or are simply dumb. And when you add some alcochol into this mixture, things doesn't end well.
But I read that using knives and similar weapins isn't acceptable among most of ultras. Not sure it's true or not, but I read comments that they tried to attack random people on streets, including women and children.

So called 6 points game Smiley Yeah, draw isn't good result for both of us, so, it would be better to have winner there. I'm not sure that my predictions this round can be called bald, but I'm not sure about at least 2-3 my answers.
Good luck to you too and let the best one win it.

Football fans are known as ultras for their fervent fandom, although some groups may exhibit disorderly conduct, hostility, or even violence. While some ultras could have a history of illegal activity or dubious objectives, it's crucial to avoid drawing sweeping generalisations about the whole ultra community. Although most ultras are typically against using violence and firearms, occasional occurrences can nonetheless happen.

@trofo If Croatian football fans engage in acts of hooliganism, it would be best for you to stay at home and follow the events live for the sake of your safety. All we can do is offer condolences to the victim's family; it's unfortunate to hear about such unethical incidents.

PSV Eindhoven and Braga managed to score five goals, which aligned with my prediction. However, my opponent @famososMuertos went with 3-4, but we have many different responses. We will wait until the final moments of the match to see.

Wow... So many messages since I reas the thread the last time. I'm on a vacation so I don't have much online time but it seems that I managed to get one point against buwaytress. That's great since I didn't do any research Smiley

As for the fans in Croatia, it's not that dangerous to watch the game live. All those idiots that want to just cause trouble rarely do it on the stadium. Those fight if they happen, they happen outside so the fans are not affected. At least I don't remember reading about any trouble on stadiums.

I have captured the advantage by the first question. However we still have 3 questions which can change the result.

Even a life of one person must be above every trophy. About this topic clubs need to take every kind of precautions. However I think it won't be very fair to punish clubs in this way. For example Fenerbahçe are going to play against Maribor in Slovenia on August 17. How can a sports club can prevent a fight that I'm involved in there in that country?

That is how I'm thinking too. A club can forbid their fans to visit their away games, but they can't stop them to go to another country and start a fight. To me it's not fair to punish a club for that. And it's not because this time it's a club from Croatia. I'd feel the same for any other club. Anyone can wear a club's T-shirt and kill someone. Police has to deal with that, not the clubs. Clubs must take a stand against that kind of behavior but that is all they can do.

Clubs do get sanctioned by Uefa for behaviour of their fans, but only under certain circumstances. For example, if Dinamo Zagreb sold tickets for away game in Athens and their fans made chaos at the game, they would have serious issues and maybe even kicked out of Europe for a year. But, in this case away fans were not allowed so Dinamo couldn't sell tickets and they certainly couldn't prevent anyone from travelling to Athens therefore they shouldn't be punished. And they won't.

The ones who are responsible for this are first and foremost Dinamo Zagreb and Panathinaikos (who gave them logistic support and are their buddies) fans and then Greek police who had all the info that 100+ football hooligans are en route to Athens to cause chaos yet they failed to act.

It is going to be a case by case scenario, and they wouldn't be punish just for every fan that decides to constitute a nuisance because there is obviously no way each and every fan can be kept in check, but there are certain fans who have exhibited such a violent history previously and are often being sanctioned by the clubs, but the club should be held responsible too, if such fans are allowed to go see matches that are often bound to result into hostile situations over extreme fanatism in some sensitive locations or countries.

Thanks for shedding more light into this, because I'm sure when club started getting extreme consequences from these acts, they'll pay more attention into the type of fans they allow into certain locations and environments, it's pretty sad when these unwarranted antics end up costing damage of infrastructures and unfortunately loss of lives.

If this happened on Dinamo stadium, than yes by all means sanction them cause Dinamo is obliged to search the people entering the premises of their stadium. But as Rikafip said, Dinamo was not selling tickets for away game and it all happened in Greece. I don't see how this can end up as punishment for Dinamo. If they are not lying, they even sent memo to Greek police about some fans traveling to Greece, that should be easy to check up. Club does not have a power to stop their supporters traveling, that should be handled by police, take away passports from all those idiots and made think before doing something like this once again.
