Fucking Antonelli hit the wall at the start of qualifications so he will start 16th tomorrow, meaning all of us that went with "Yes" will probably get nothing out of it. It was supposed to be an easy pole position for him (or at least top2)  seeing how his buddy Russel dominated instead.

On a more positive note, at least I have a 2-1 lead for now, and to secure at least a draw I just need England not to lose to Spain tonight.

The difference is probably that there are now several candidates who have very realistic chances to win a race and certainly to defend a lead like that even against the strongest driver in the field. Considering any realistic speculative elements, does Antonelli still have a chance?

I fully agree here, putting him second? Many of the drivers in front of him are solid, not known for crashing or making such blatant mistakes that it would be almost normal for Antonelli to come 2nd. Quite surprising and I agree that the odds @6.5 don't sound like value.

It wouldn’t sting that much if they were playing away, but to put in a performance like this on home ground is blasphemous for the Italians. This is what happens when you make terrible decisions time and time again.

I was 2/2 for the nation's league matches yesterday, but 0/2 so far today. Italy have stepped up in the second half but Belgium are still in control there. Turkiye and Romania are both losing by a goal. Turkiye looks to be the best chance of adding goal back with some half chances and the home fans urging them, but France are a team that can score at anytime to kill off the game.

Hmmmmm... I am not convinced that this went well for me. It is a very good outcome for you from these two questions given that Italy did not win because I would have never bet money on Belgium. Now that this happened, I wonder why I was ruling out the option so harshly because Italy has been sucking for so long now and Belgium can play football. I didn't really follow them, didn't check lineups and didn't know whether they will have a more or less newly composed team after the World Cup.

This is not the kind of performance we ought to be expecting from a team like Italy after failing to also qualify for the last World Cup. I felt they would have got over it and come out better this time around playing against Belgium. Belgium is on the lead now and checking form the stats of the game, Belgium is having the more dangerous attacks on goals than the Italian team is in this game. A draw won’t be a bad result at the end of this game, at least that will give me a point against my opponent because an Italian win in this game is highly not possible again with what they are playing in the pitch now.

I am never been good in UEFA nations league but today after watching and having 3 points out of 4 its big boost because things are looking interesting after last round exit from LMS, Italy play like crap I am not expecting they are going to be have good change in near future as well because they are lacking in many departments.
France and Sweden also done as expected now looking forward to Spain because they are also having good chance of win against England while in Volleyball its already nothing but tennis question is sill alive with Czech Republic can do better in coming matches yesterday at the end of day Dump3er was leading by 2 - 1 but today its change and now I am leading by 3 - 2 but still changes are going to be happen.

I was a couple of minutes away from having a 2-0 lead last night until Gakpo scored. Now I only lead my opponent 1-0 so I was pretty annoyed last night. I was chatting to Harkorede and Trofo live in the TG Group when Netherlands equalised. It really shut me up

I needed that goal, and I must add that the goal did help some Trofo make some money which of course, he chose not to share with us    If the goal had come earlier than that I'm quite sure there might have been another, it's not as though Netherlands didn't come close to winning it all, btw.

I didn’t have much hope in Italy for this fixture though, Belgium didn’t come up with the sort of performance I hoped to see in the World Cup and somehow, I was left with the impression that, they would want to make up for that in the Nations league and this was a resounding defeat for them against Italy, scoring twice without conceding.

France struggled a little against Turkiye, I was expecting a lot more goals here but, the game was an under 1.5 while, Sweden managed to take the lead twice as expected of them.

I thought the same, but I remembered that Italy won a big championship not so long ago and it was in 2021 when they won the European Championship final against England. The team has changed a lot since then, but at home I thought they can beat Belgium. It was not a good selection because Belgium has had good results for a while now.

We're both disappointed in them, they were the only team across all pools to achieve a perfect record, yet their journey ended in the QF.
