For real ? Adidas could enter F1 ? That would be a serious change and I think it would be a positive one. I can already imagine the car having the stripes of Adidas and a black and white color that should be eye candy for the fans.

For real ? Adidas could enter F1 ? That would be a serious change and I think it would be a positive one. I can already imagine the car having the stripes of Adidas and a black and white color that should be eye candy for the fans.

I don't think Adidas is that much into the fashion nowadays but maybe it is just me who don't follow fashion a lot.If they come to F1 I don't think that will make an impact though in terms of performance of the car but they can do a lot of impact in the budget from the marketing they will get visibility and this can be good for the budget of that team.

I can't wait for the 2026 season though where Audi will enter F1 and Hyundai/KIA have expressed their desire to be part of the F1 not in a so distant future.This season is already over and the next one doesn't look that promising either.

There is only a day left for Qatar race weekend to be underway.    This time we are going to have a sprint race also. It would be quite nice to watch more events at this weekend because we had a one-week break before this race week. But one thing seems already very likely that Verstappen would get a very dominant win here just as he got such win in Suzuka.

The Singapore weekend was a big failure for Red Bull and Verstappen. Since then Verstappen has been making an extra effort to make up for that result.

Verstappen said that he was going to target to finish the remaining races with at least a time gap of 20 seconds. It was 19 seconds in Suzuka and I expect him to do what he said here also.

This is a reminder for everyone who has a question mark in his mind about when to make predictions to get EBP. On the weekends with sprint races the deadline still doesn't change on Superbru. It is still until the start of qualifying.

In Qatar the qualifying is tomorrow unlike the usual as the sprint race is on Saturday. By the way among the remaining races we will have 2 more race weeks with sprint races which are United States and Sao Paulo. The same format will be valid for them as well on Superbru for now.

Have to admit I still haven't wrapped my head around this format. All I can say is I'm just waiting for results to put in picks -- Superbru doesn't even seem to care about Sprint either though so I'm most likely not changing my thoughts for Qatar. But yes, not missing my precious EBPs today, 2 points is the min I need now that I slipped to 9th.

I see some still picking Sainz and Perez in the prediction contest for fastest lap. I'm not moved =D

looking at results, maybe it would be wise to change my picks for the race, and lose 2 EBP points, but maybe doing the podium right
but what are the chance to have 2 Mercedes cars without mistake on the track, not sure that those are big, so will leave it as it is

this format with sprint does put more races on the stage, but for occasional followers, as myself, it is getting harder to understand what is happening and when

Verstappen didn't surprise anyone by his high performance in qualifying today. However I won't be able to say the same thing for Perez and Sainz. These two both failed really hard as they couldn't make it to Q3. People must be used to seeing Perez being disqualified in Q2. He was really bad the race in Suzuka as well you know.

Perez is still in the 2nd position in the driver standings right now though. But he needs to do a better work in the remaining races to be able to keep his position until the end of the season. Because there is a gap like 33 points between him and Hamilton. This can really be closed by Hamilton if Perez goes on inconsistent.

I will put my faith once again in Oscar Piastri to achieve Top 3 on Sunday race and he do have decent odds and also decent car to be able to do it.

I also do think that Mercedes will try tomorrow at Sprint Race to put pressure on Max and I won't be surprise if a slight contact will appear between Russel , Max and even Hamilton as Mercedes wants to push with Lewis for that 2nd place in Championship as that would have been unexpected at the start of the season for them.

Yeah,at least I got the pole position right and starting with 3 points on Sunday from EBP 2 and one from the pole sitter.For the pool though I have gone for some pretty drastic changes in my picks as I have made completely different choices,they are the same drivers that I usually choose for top ten but I have completely put them in random spots so I doubt I will get any good substantial amount of points during this race of tomorrow.

Perez made an error,Sainz made an error and costed them the qualifying,in the Q3 also almost all drivers made errors even Verstappen who the second effort he failed and got back to the garage,Hamilton made errors and a few others.

Based on that I think that the race of tomorrow will be interesting as most likely a lot of drivers will make errors who may cost them a lot.

With the same car absolutely there are quite some great drivers here,much better than Perez and they are Hamilton,Norris,Piastri (yes even a rookie can be better than him) Russell,Sainz and Leclerc to name a few.I am sure that these drivers would have put a much higher pressure on Verstappen and the point difference would not be that huge.

Hamilton has already said that if I were in the same team with him,Verstappen would not be laughing that much like he does knowing he has Perez,the most mediocre driver as a team mate.I don't know where to find all those results in one page but in Superbru app and in the pool you can see any round I believe by clicking on them.

Man, you can't depreciate so much about a pilot, everyone there has a straw tail, but some have it less volatile than others, and one of those with less volatility so that they talk straw is Checho Perez.

Verstappen is there for talent, but names like Alonso, Hamilton, for example, said no to Red Bull, so it was simply the option for the best prospect. Then... the same can be said, with a car like that, it's easy, right? It's worth asking you, how do you think he is in Red Bull?

Don't know how accurate it is, seems to be from an Excel file.

He was horrible again in quailfiers, only decent in practice, I feel that guy is such an underachiever.

He's always horrible in qualifying but usually he made up quite some places during race, because RedBull is such a fast car. But now, his most notable appearance during races is to cause crashes, like he did in Singapore, in Japan and now in Sprint as well.  
And competitors are a bit closer to RedBull.
But in Singapore he crashed into an AlphaTauri (Yuki) and a Williams (Albon), in Suzuka, he crashed into a Haas (Magnussen) and in Sprint today a Haas as well (Hulkenberg). Not even Ferrari, McLaren or Mercedes because he's not even fighting for these positions recently.
So, yes, he's definitely an underachiever, at least recently.
Let's hope he'll have a better race tomorrow. Maybe saving tires will be an important part tomorrow, where RedBull and Perez are decent, overally.

For me it is the first time that I put him I don't know where 5th or 6th in the Superbru prediction pool as I always used to place him second and so far until 3-4 races before he used to get that place while in these last races I have lost several points by choosing him second.

For today race I am sure if the race is held under normal conditions he stands absolutely no chance of coming second as the pace of the McLaren sounds much better than a Perez with a Redbull,he only has a chance if a lot of Safety Cars happen again like yesterday in the Sprint.

Strong showing as expected from the Brits (sans Hammie) but pretty sure he would have been up there too if Sainz didn't get in the way.

Piastri is a superb driver, it is one on the S tier.

With Verstappen and Leclerc he was able to win F3 and F2 in 2 consecutive years.
