Government is complicated depends for the rulling class of that time, their is someone who will assume power and people will like government but when people working him misbehave they will be an automatic sanction directly to the person or the sector, i want to tell you that government can make our living to be easier but when bad people assume office citizens find it difficult to survive by having the mindset of having small entrepreneur mindset of establishment.

It seems easy to say to start a business immediately so that you'll be your own boss, but it is difficult to do if you don't have the capability mentally or financially to do it. Also, with government jobs, I would say that it is the least stressful job that I've ever had because you can do it in your own time and not be busy about it. There is no monthly performance evaluation; if there is, it can be easily manipulated. That is why it is very stress-free to have a job there, but the consequence of that is that you don't grow, you don't acquire new skills, and you feel stagnant there.

Of course why not ! If we see that around of us how much people are doing government job? If we look carefully, it will be seen that the number of people working in private or business is more than in government jobs in all countries. It is true that a government job gives an extra guarantee and one can get more facilities, but I think one should at least start a business instead of sitting in the hope of getting a government job. Because the number of government job seats are very less so we have to create our own opportunity.

well, there's plenty of evidence of this. besides that, there are very many entrepreneurs, and businessmen who are outside the jobs offered by the government, they even cooperate with the government for their country. However, there are so many types of jobs out there, if you don't get the job that the government offers, try to find a job elsewhere, or create your own business.

Why must we even depend on job from the government when we can even create jobs for ourselves and employ people to work for us within the government interfering. I don't see the need for to get attached with the government for us to get job or create jobs when there raf private enterprises available we can collab with and get things do as quick as possible if the terms and conditions if meants.

Sometimes theory alone isn't enough in this case and indeed as you say, it's easy enough to say things like that, but basically when this is done the work is even if we can't manage it properly then everything won't turn out right.
Doing business is indeed a very good thing, but the problem is that when we talk about doing business, we also know we have to have the qualifications there. and doing it directly without having real qualifications in business is clearly the same as suicide because of the fact that we need more learning in this matter because we are of course aware that everything without careful planning and without more knowledge about that field will only make things difficult for ourselves in the end .

Good luck to you but I also think in more civilized countries like the USA, the government  has already provided all that it's citizens  truly needs and I'm sure they might not understand  why most underdeveloped countries keep crying  for government assistance  and it seems we now pray to God  for things the government  ought to provide.

Yes there are proves that we can survive  and even do very well without government  jobs but I think life in general would have been  much more easier for people in countries  like mine and yet we still  battle with insecurity  and if you'll agree with me, you'll see that no matter how much business oriented you are, without a secure and enabling environment, all ones idea might like just die with him and citizens in my country now ask for only good light and better road and we are ok and add a sound national security and watch how the citizens wouldn't have to bother them again but they choose to embezzle public funds and let the poor masses suffer.

Degree is like having another chance but being skilled is what most employers preferred. Here in my country, most employers require a degree but the salary is minimum so that doesn't change much with the reality these days. While the ones that haven't finished a degree but are skilled, they're earning more than those white-collar jobs. I am not discouraging people to stop their studies and just start working on. It's still good to have a degree but those that can't finish their degrees, they can learn skills and focus on it and that's what they have to offer for their employers and can earn better salaries.

You don't really need to wait for the government for job but this doesn't mean we don't need government. Apart from jobs their are opportunities the government needs to be available to make things easy for people to create jobs for themselves. In a place where no constant light or a better means of transformation the people can't do magic by creating jobs for themselves but they will always depend in the government for job. If the government can provide the basic things, people can always create something that will generate income for them without depending in the government.

We as humans forget things easily, most of our parents that spent on us during school are not governments civil servants, but we nowadays don't like to hustle but want to become rich person. There is one thing we don't know about white-collar jobs is that can never get rich through work and in the end, they end up as a street beggar.

This analysis is based on country, in my place, the number of graduates we are having every year is almost 2 million graduates and this is happening every year. The funny part is that the people with a white-collar job are not up to 2 million and the worst part these people will spend 35 years in services before they can be replaced.

No offense, but let me ask you: does the government in your country come out any day to announce that you should be reluctant after graduation? Do they make any serious promises to the citizens, telling you guys not to worry about anything and that they will make all provisions and create jobs for every youth or graduate?

Even in my country, sometimes the government only comes out to make an announcement like, "They will employ 20,000 youths; at times they say 30,000, 50,000 and so on" but they don't do that so often.

As long as the government does not ask us to keep waiting for them, it's not for us to just keep waiting on them; it's good to have a highly motivated personality. Don't wait for things to get done; stand up for yourself and begin to get things done.

Yes indeed, it is not possible for the government of any country to provide government jobs to all the unemployed in a country. However, there are some countries where the unemployment rate is very low. But if the government and the people trust each other then it will be very easy to improve the country. The people of that country will try to be self-reliant than seeking government jobs. This environment is an important issue. Although people are interested in government jobs, people will prefer to depend on themselves if they get a suitable environment. A successful entrepreneur can lead a much better life than any job.

OP relying on the government is just something we like doing but if we remove our mind from getting things to be done by them [government] we would even provide things that we need without thinking of how good or bad they [government] are.
Let's take for instance, Bitcointalk has done so much for so many people in this Forum and is like an empowerment, some may not know how this has helped users in this Forum to equip them self in different businesses with out saying "the government are not doing there job or not providing employment".

Many successful people do not only have profit opportunities from one side only. they have more than 1 business that they manage without you realizing it in the future. if you only depend on one business, maybe you will be dizzy and confused with the finances that continue to increase in the future.

It is also very natural that everyone wants to have more than one business. So true. And basically the more income one gets can also encourage someone to have a lifestyle that also increases. Which will also automatically make expenses which are also getting bigger. So that many of us may have a large income but in fact it still cannot make us satisfied and even we tend to feel lacking. So that developing other businesses and looking for side jobs to get additional income is often done.

It's true that working as a government employee doesn't make us rich, but why do so many people still want to become government employees? Because the most valuable thing for government employees is a lifetime pension guarantee, even if they are widows/widowers they also get pension insurance and their first and second children also get it if they are not yet 25 years old. (this is what happened in my country)

While it is true that the salaries of government employees are generally sufficient to meet their daily needs and not enough to save or invest with existing income. So it's only natural that as a government employee you have to be smart to find additional income to become rich.

In essence, not all government employees have to rely on a monthly salary alone to achieve financial success. As a government employee, you must be smart about using your free time to run a side business or involve yourself in investments that can generate greater profits.

You can start up any small business gradually you can make it big while you still search for government job.
