I agree with you - the size of the rate doesn't matter that much. The bankroll matters more, but even a large bankroll cannot guarantee that you will win at this or that gambling game. Correction a bit, Indonesian's official currency is Rupiah not Rupees, Rupees should be for India IIRC.
Anyway I have never used any other currency except IDR and USD, it seems that using other currencies as what you mentioned above for some specific provider give us a lower value of bet amount than using USD.
I think I need to check it later when I have some funds to play especially to bet on Relax gaming because it is one of my favorite providers.
