Not agree on this one as well, better to use that money to increase your chance of winning but tipping to the dealer is a good gesture.
Losing is normal in gambling, what is not normal is you gamble without any plan or idea when to stop. If you win big and you continue to gamble, you might lose that money again so better to know when to stop as well and just come back if you think you're lucky to get some wins again.
