And again, Kane was unstoppable last night. Truly, he is someone Bayern can rely on to push the team any time any day. We all say how he humbled Lazio. People believes he is the Saviour that Bayern needs right now and he is exacting absolute efforts to bring the glory of the team like he did in Tottenham. It is too soon to say anything about their form IMO, especially if you're referring to the Bundesliga. Kane definitely contributes a lot, but it would be a bad idea if the team totally depended on him to score goals. I don't think that's the case with Bayern though, considering many players create chances, albeit most of them were off-target[1]. At the very least, they should have the momentum right now, albeit chasing Leverkusen is probably a lower priority considering their points differences. Personally, I'd rather put the UCL as the focus in the remaining season. It might be harder but mathematically has better odds unless Leverkusen somehow fucked up really hard. It should be easier to motivate players to do that.

Yesterday's matches ended as I expected. It was normal for Bayern Munich to win decisively and go through. Despite playing poorly against Lazio in the first leg, Bayern Munich scored 3 goals at home to win the match. Bayern Munich played a dominant game against Lazio from the beginning to the end of the match and we can't say that it was a very difficult match for Bayern Munich. Harry Kane scored 2 goals and Lazio had no shots on target in the match.

It looks like Bayern Munich and Lazio performance are going towards the same direction because checking the previous games the have the same lost, the same win as well, I will assumed Bayern Munich are recovering because after losing three consecutive games they decide to improve and win one and draw one, while Lazio to are moving from positive to negative by losing their last two matches which show sign of weakness in them especially now that they are playing at Allianz Arena despite Bayern Munich performances are low they don't joke in Allianz Arena, that is why I have confidence in their winning.

So far Bayern Munich have not scored a goal, but they have completely dominated the attack. Sooner or later Bayern Munich will score if they maintain their attacking intensity. They need to be calmer and keep trying to find space in Lazio's defence, but they need to make the most of every chance they have. Bayern Munich has fired 10 shots, 2 of which are on target, so in my opinion Bayern Munich's chances of scoring a goal are still very high.

I saw a good fighting spirit on Bayern Munich match yesterday against Lazio it seems they came to this match with the anger of what happened on there last meeting with Lazio plus there chance on the league if they should lose or  draw the match because at the beginning Lazio was leading them with the Aggregate of 1:0 so if Bayern Munich had performed the way they did on there last meeting Lazio would have putting them on a position they would never wish for, so actually Bayern Munich improvements came right on time and also with how critical the match is for Bayern Munich they had to use all there best players against Lazio and it was a great victory for them, however for most of there matches I noticed that Harry Kane has not been performing and scoring the way he normally do but I was surprised to see a very good improvement in him yesterday because he was one of the best player of the match do to how good he had performed on that match and his consistent scoring, actually it was a good win for Bayern Munich.

Looking ahead, there are some big matchups coming up that we should be excited about. Real Madrid and Manchester City are still in the running to advance to the next round, while Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern have already qualified. I never expect anything rather than win for Bayern Munich because despite their poor performance the take home game seriously and again there is a slight improvement from their previous game after losing three consecutive games, this is a big achievement for Bayern Munich to make it through this stage, after losing hope on the home league due to the low performance. Lazio really try to make an impact at least for defending themselves in the own home.

In today's matches Real Madrid and Manchester City are the two team that have chances to make it through because they have gain a victory in their first leg and again the both teams had an away match, now the both teams will host their opponents which I feel confident for Real Madrid and Manchester City to win today's game because of their consistence in performance.

I wonder how Real Sociedad were able to make it to the champions league with this their poor performance. PSG are not a really strong club but honestly the hosts were no match for the Ligue 1 giants. In every area they were poor; defense, attack and even midfield. It sucked to watch the game and I bet as they have been ousted, we can see better competition.
 At some point I was thinking they were going to pose a threat to PSG with how they were pressing them but nothing. Another annoying thing with PSG is that they hardly keep clean sheets. No matter how good they were in the game, they still conceded and I feel it's a problem they will be experiencing for a very long time.

Is PSG not a strong club? Why did you decide this because Messi and Neymar left the team? It seems to me that Enrique has returned PSG to their former strength and shown that they can be just as strong without their super stars. I would like to note how important Mbappe is for the team, this guy has excellent talent and although Enrique says that they will have to learn to play without him, he understands that at the moment he is an indispensable player for his team.

Bayern yesterday did what it had to do, although until half of the first half I was a little worried that Lazio acted so self-confidently, and Bayern did not force the game from the very beginning, but by the end of the half they were already winning 2-0 and it seemed that everyone understood that Bayern moves on.

Besides to leave it as a reminder, Bayern Munich have already announced they were going to part ways with Tuchel at the end of the season. I feel like this could also be a factor that could act like an obstacle for the team to go for the title.

Motivation is very important in the end. Lazio weren't a serious challenge for them on paper and they showed it on action last night. If they didn't play decently again they could have even left the competition early.

But when it comes to beating the biggest title contenders in the competition I doubt that a lot.

That's an astounding fact! I never looked up Kane's goal count in the CL. But a quick search shows that his performance data is quite good! I overestimated the games he played in the CL, but it's only 40 games in total so far. He scored 27 goals and gave 8 assists, which is 35 contributions in 40 games and that's a top notch performance.


Bayern's chances to reach the final (let alone win the trophy) are pretty slim I think. The game against Lazio was okay, but considering how the goals were scored, everyone knows that there was some luck involved and it is still a Lazio team that is completely out of shape. If they played against Manchester City, I think Bayern would lose by a significant margin.

Wasn't it the same Bayern that so many persons were complaining that they were not ready for the Champions League before of their inconsistent performances in the Bundesliga. Now they dealt with their opponents last night with a stunning performance. I had known that the Bundesliga and Champions league are not the same. There is this striking feeling when playing in the UCL that boost the urge to play so well especially for teams that had won the UCL so well in the previous years. Club like Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern to mention a few.

That's very natural, I even said in a previous post that there were a lot of doubts about Beyern Munich, especially after being defeated by Leverkusen. As several Bayern Nunich players are injured, Bayern's decline in performance seems to be a problem for Thucel. At the same time, Kane did not appear with his best performance after the match against Leverkusen. losing to Lazio in the first leg of the Champions League, as well as losing to Bochum in the Bundesliga. This created a feeling of doubt for fans and bettors, which was made worse when Bayern visited Freiburg with a score of 2-2.

Finally Bayern Munich was able to counterattack in the second leg of today's match, they knocked out Lazio with a quite impressive score, namely 3 goals without reply, as I said before, I am sure that Bayern Munich can definitely qualify for the next round, beating Lazio by creating an aggregate more than 2 goals and it turns out that Bayern Munich is doing well at home. Bayern Munich actually took the lead in the first half through a goal scored by Harry Kane in the 38th minute, followed by Thomas Muller in the final minutes of the first half and Lazio was completely unable to do anything, but in the second half, Bayern Munich increased their total goals again so that his victory was even more convincing.

Harry Kane played impressively as usual even though sometimes he lately up not performing optimally in scoring goals when Bayern Munich needs him, but this time Harry Kane really did his best and he scored another goal for Bayern Munich's winner, so Bayern Munich could progress to the quarter-finals.
I can't wait who will be Bayern Munich's tough opponent in the quarter-finals, but hopefully Bayern Munich doesn't meet Manchester City or Real Madrid in that round because Bayern Munich could be eliminated in that round because if look at their performance, Bayern Munich is still below them.

I'm really interested in knowing what tuchel's suggestions to his club on achieving success against lazio. I know that Bayern's performance has gotten way worse since last season, when it was just terrible. When the club couldn't do even better in the bundesliga.
But man, Lazio's game was just not good at all. They couldn't compete with Bayern. Bayern was too good in that match, which helped their performance.

The win over Lazio saved tuchel's job, glad to see bayern used different methods in that match. I hope Bayern will go all out on their opponents every game, and the players did an amazing job in that quick victory against lazio.

I think Bayern Munich should do some evaluation now that the battle must go on. They did great in their recent game, but they're gonna face a real test soon. To take on such a tough club, Bayern needs to be well-prepared.
The gameplay of bayern is not monotone in last match. The club was able exploring more chances to score with better executions.

Bayern last night had to put Lazio in their place a performance tht under normal circumstance ought not to be a surprising thing to football fans but as a result of Bayern's low performance in the last games both in the UCL and the Bundesliga now their usual performance it's now coming as though it's a surprise. For the match between Manchester City vs FC Copenhagen I expect a similar result in favour of Manchester City since they are playing at home they have all of the advantage on their side, and secondly Copenhagen is not a their match by analytical comparison. Nevertheless this is football anything can happen but the chances are slim.

Some people thought the Bayern will perform poorly yesterday and might noy qualify to the next round, but deep down in me I knew it that Bayern will qualify because they know what is at stake for them to lose the match. Baten is always strong at home, and they will score goals to just make sure that they qualify, no matter how many goals that their opponent scored in their home match. I guess that their poor performance in their last game was because they don't want any injury, so that they can be able to play and win their champion league game against Lazio.

Manchester City will win Copenhagen today, and I don't think that it will be a difficult match for them, because they are stronger than their visitors. Bayern might face difficulties when they meet with a strong club in the next match, but I still believe that they will be able to also win their next game. However, if they meet a strong team like Real Madrid or Man City they might find it difficult to qualify.

Real Sociedad will be hosting PSG tonight in the UCL with PSG leading with 2goals in the first leg and I think PSG are losing that force of being the bigger team in some games, let take this game as an example, how can PSG be the favorite in this game and the bookies are almost marching both teams as equal in terms of odds?
 With time PSG won't be that strong team we used to see them as, like who's Real Sociedad 3-4 years ago in the champions league that's if they do qualify. In this encounter I think PSG might have it hard in this game, the la Liga side lost the first game but they need to make life as hard as possible for PSG, I'd prefer Real Sociedad to scale through than PSG.

I don't know the right reason to describe the current situation at PSG because Luis Enrique has twice been seen pulling Mbappe quickly in the second half of domestic league matches and maybe this is one of his strategies so that his star player can play optimally in today's champions league. I have also seen the PSG squad at the Anoeta Stadium and they look very happy to welcome this second leg.

In terms of quality, it can actually be said that PSG is much better, but sometimes we also want to see something different in this second leg, especially since Real Sociedad's performance in the domestic league is not very satisfactory. I mean, if in this match Real Sociedad is able to give a surprise, that would certainly be a good thing and make the match much more exciting. Real Sociedad fell into not the strongest group and in the fall-winter of last year came to its peak form and won everywhere and in the Champions League and La Liga, but now the team has a slump, which just coincided with the 1/8 Champions League and also the lot brought Real Sociedad with the strongest in recent years PSG.

PSG did not lose 21 games and it was clear that after the first defeat the chances of victory at Real Sociedad were not the highest, the maximum that could be bet on was both scores, otherwise another victory for PSG.

Some people thought the Bayern will perform poorly yesterday and might noy qualify to the next round, but deep down in me I knew it that Bayern will qualify because they know what is at stake for them to lose the match. Baten is always strong at home, and they will score goals to just make sure that they qualify, no matter how many goals that their opponent scored in their home match. I guess that their poor performance in their last game was because they don't want any injury, so that they can be able to play and win their champion league game against Lazio.

I was sure Bayern Munich would win. But I doubted whether they could win by 2 goals. As we haven't seen better performances from Bayern Munich in the last few matches. Their performance was very erratic and weak.
But Bayern Munich played great. Tuchel's match strategy was good in this match. The players of Bayern Munich did not make any mistakes in this match. They dominated and won the match right from the beginning of the match. Bayern Munich's players did not allow Lazio's players to create any attacking opportunities.

Well the UCL has resumed and today we’ll be seeing the 2 favorites for the trophy compete in their various matches. These matches are quite easy to bet on especially as these 2 teams have already secured first leg win and winning the return leg is still guaranteed.  For Man City who got a loud win against Copenhagen, it was very expected though and im the 2nd leg we’re still expecting a City win but I don’t think the scoreline will be as crazy as that o the first leg. This is simply because City are now entering a very competitive week of the season where they’ve got to stay in the tilte race and they’re playing their league contenders, so resting of most of her players is sure to happen and for that reason Copenhagen can try to at least get a draw or rather reduce the goal margin.

 These 2 teams are major teams in their respective leagues and they’re all placed on top standings. I don’t think a comeback against them is quite possible and for those that’ll love to place a bet on them, let’s review the options. The option of having a straight win is quite small and would yield very little return, so I think a better option is on betting on the amount of goals to be scored. Real aren’t going to be resting players at all, so I see them to get up to 2-4 goals. A safe option for Real is over 2.5. For Man City, who’re going to rest players and rotate the squad, I don’t think they’ll be having more than 3 goals so a safe option will be Under 3.5 goals.
