The balance of power in the team between the main players and reserve players is something that has been improved quite a lot this season compared to last season so I think it is very likely that the Arsenal team can maintain its consistency and it is possible that they will be able to achieve something that they did not achieve last season.

Until he was giving the liberty to take full decision on purchase of players and selection he was a good Coach, but ever since he was granted this rea privilege of handling affairs that concerns the team with little or no interference by the management he became some of a problem to the team.

When the Ten Hag was brought to Old Trafford from Ajax, I also thought that Manchester United might now be getting an experienced and talented coach. Because with Ten Hag, Ajax's performance has improved significantly in the last few years. But Ten Hag proved me completely wrong this season. He is an incredible coach who has written not just his name on the sands of times but also a philosophy for himself which younger generation coaches will love to key into and it’s fortunate Manchester City are one of his heavy beneficiaries, Ancelotti is another big coach who’s achieved quite a whole lot in Europe both locally and intercontinental.
