Arsenal's progress under Mikel Arteta is indeed quite good and they continue to improve to get better every season, and this season Arsenal are consistently at the top and they are still one of the teams competing for the Premier League title, just like last season.
The balance of power in the team between the main players and reserve players is something that has been improved quite a lot this season compared to last season so I think it is very likely that the Arsenal team can maintain its consistency and it is possible that they will be able to achieve something that they did not achieve last season.

of course right now Arsenal looks more stable than last season and for me actually last season was also pretty good but I not get UCL ticket so this season Arteta will prove that Arsenal can qualify for the round of 16 to try compete competitively with big teams other.

Until he was giving the liberty to take full decision on purchase of players and selection he was a good Coach, but ever since he was granted this rea privilege of handling affairs that concerns the team with little or no interference by the management he became some of a problem to the team.

Before now, he had a better relationship with his team and that was why despite all they transpired last season he was able to still qualify for the UCK and won a trophy at least, but this season his tactical approach to the teams playing pattern and his managerial approach on the team aswell has really been poor and is not turning out to yield results. I think it will be better he is relieved of his job or better still if he must stay, he should be limited with the rights given him over the team.

When the Ten Hag was brought to Old Trafford from Ajax, I also thought that Manchester United might now be getting an experienced and talented coach. Because with Ten Hag, Ajax's performance has improved significantly in the last few years. But Ten Hag proved me completely wrong this season. If the team is not successful or does not perform as well as expected then the coach conducts various experiments with the team. Changed the team's strategy or changed the formation. But we don't see any change in Ten Hag's match tactics or formation after Manchester United's consistent poor performance. Ten Hag is making the same formation like a fool in every match. Coaches must be assertive, I don't agree that a coach can't get angry. I don't mean at the individual or the person, but at the mistakes they make. We have to differentiate between what's good and what's not for the players. It's wrong to get angry at an individual player, and I don't even like that kind of coach. Arsenal transfer market last summer was a signal that the club is targeting to win the EPL trophy and wants to have a lot to say in the UCL this season. We have never seen Arsenal management dare to spend so much money on new players before such as the signings of Declan Rice, Kai Havertz and Jurrien Timber. This happened after management saw the way Arteta managed the club in the previous season, like a tit for tat the management accepted several of the names proposed by Arteta.
