Whilst i agree that Erik Ten Hag would be fired sooner or later, i don't think he'd be sacked during the season, maybe at the end of the season. The hierarchy at United would know that sacking Ten Hag mid season wouldn't really help the team, but it would completely flatten the team, and they'll not even have enough time to find the right manager.

I think firing the coach is not the solution for Man United at the moment, look Man United has had several world class managers and all of them have failed at some level. The problem is that there is a culture at United where the players are bigger than the manager and the board/hierarchy plays into that.

There needs to be a cultural change where the manager is seen as the ultimate boss and instills less fear in the players. Once the players are afraid of making mistakes, that's how Man United will start to see good results. Man United in the UCL league doesn't need to expect much this season, I predict they will remain in fourth place as bottom, qualifying for the last 16 of this group. I don't think it's that easy to immediately fire Ten Hag if MU fails in the UCL or can't fill the UEL spot. MU has shown quite good performance last season by finishing in 3rd place in the EPL, that could be the reason the management is still retaining Ten Hag. This indicates that MU may wait until the end of the season or until his contract expires. It was too difficult for MU, spending a lot of money but not finding a coach who was effective in managing the team.

Agree with you, Manchester United will not necessarily be able to get ticket to compete in the European League because they have to beat Bayern Munich to get third place.
But if the match between Galatasaray vs Copenhagen ends in draw and Manchester United wins over Bayern Munich then that means Manchester United will qualify for the last 16 because they have 7 points and Galatasaray and Copenhagen will only have 6 points each.

MU can get europa league as long as it will able to win against bayern. This is a mandatory for manchester united. I meant if one of teams from the match between copenhagen vs galatasaray will be losing then MU can also have 2 points more compared to the loser from that match.
So, i can say that if manchester united will able to qualify for the upcoming round in europa league as long as it will be able to win against bayern. Winning the game vs bayern becmoes a mandatory for manchester united.

There are two possibilities if MU will be able to win against bayern.

2. Quality for the europa league.
