Being in the toughest group in the Champions League this season to win the group with 11 points from 3 wins, 2 draws and 1 defeat is a good record for Borussia Dortmund. Their performance is very different in the Champions League and for the Bundesliga their performance is not very good. But to compare with other teams as you mentioned, I personally still can't do it. Not without reason, the article they became one of the teams that might be arguably inconsistent when in the Champions League.
PSV will be their opponent in the round of 16, it could be a stumbling block for them too.

For me, if Barcelona continues to perform the way they did in the Uefa Champions League group stage, they will be kicked out in round 16 of the Uefa Champions League by Napoli.

I only compare the performance of each club in the group stage and in my opinion the club from the Premier League is more convincing while between Barcelona and Napoli I think Barcelona can still be favored if we see based on the last performance of each club. The match versus Atletico Madrid will take place in February, reportedly Martinez will be available again in early January. Playing a key player like Lautaro Martinez, and not replacing him until extra time in the Coppa Italia against Bologna was clearly a mistake. Inzaghi should have been more concerned about his fitness or substituting him to prevent injury and even worse, Inter still Lost in that match. As far as I know there will be a fresh draw for the quarter finals round. It isn't already set about the winners of which matchups will get a draw against each other. Otherwise a matchup between Real Madrid and Manchester City would be seen in the quarter finals which would be really interesting. It would be like an early finale in the Champions League. 

I hope to see a finale between these 2 teams honestly rather than seeing Bayern Munich there. Because I don't think that Bayern Munich's current game in the Champions League is good enough to reach the finale.

It wouldn't be surprising as both of them are top contenders for the Champions League title in the end.    But we will see. The coach will think about it and anticipate it, but the problem is whether what they have prepared can work well or not. The fact is that some clubs also experience difficulties when they have to play without their mainstay players even if only one player is absent. There needs to be a balance between the main players and the reserve players, and what I see now is where the reserve players have not been able to provide something good when they have to replace the role of the main players.

Yeah you actually have a point because in most cases if a player stayed this long on injury is very certain that his performance will be seriously affected and going back to his previous performance will be very difficult and when everybody realizes that he is no longer performing the way he use to, it will affect his worth, so just like you said the best way now is to sell Kevin de Bruyne because nobody knows how he is going to perform, well I believe that Pep Guardiola knows exactly what he is doing so I believe he has a plan or perhaps Kelvin de Bruyne first day of the match after recovery will determine if actually he is going to stay on Manchester City or he going to be sold, so I think that's what Pep Guardiola is trying to evaluate before making any decision because he knows how important Kelvin de Bruyne is on Manchester City, so hopefully Kelvin de Bruyne may likely come back fully on January so let's see how his performance will be.

What is so strong about Inter Milan this season is the stability within their team straight through from the defense to the offense. It would weaken their offense and hence the entire game, but it would still not be easy to score against Inter Milan and that is something they are even doing better this year than last year. But in the Champions League obviously you always want all the best players to be healthy and available.

Erling Haaland, Doku and Rodri are all overworked you feel me? But they don't pick up these injuries just like Kevin De Bruyne. Last season he was also absent but thanks to the availability of IIkay Gundogan, Bernado Silva and Mahrez who made sure of creativity within the club. This is my opinion on the Belgian International. City would not want that though, they're a side with lots of funds to get a replacement for him. Absurd? Say whatever you like, that's your opinion.

After Paris Saint Germain failed to finish as the winners of the group F in the UEFA Champions League group stage, I thought they were gonna face one of the strongest teams in the competition when the draw for the first knockout stage is out but surprisingly to me, they got a fair draw  as they'll be playing Spanish club Real Sociedad in the round of 16.
That been said,  I don't think it'll be a good idea for  Paris Saint German players and manager  to ever underestimate the strength of the Spanish club when they meet each other in February. Football is a game that's full of surprises and if you consider how good Real Sociedad are, I think they have the needed quality of players to shock PSG if given the chance.

The comeback can become unpredictable for PSG who had a narrow escape in UCL Group F. Paris Saint-Germain qualify with significant points and the same thing goes with Real Sociedad. PSG have become very competitive than ever before, who knows, this might be their chance of winning the UEFA Champions League title. I've learn to never underestimate any club in the UCL because I believe every club have equal right of winning their opponents. Real Sociedad doesn't have the quality to withstand PSG but they can atleast try their best to hold on the club, I know PSG will not take things easy on the other end.

I would be more careful with your wording about Real Sociedad. Inter Milan was not able to beat them at the Guiseppe-Meazza-Stadium and Real Sociedad was the team with more ball possession, which is really tough to do against Inter Milan when they play at home.

In La Liga they are not quite as good this season as I expected them to be, but still beating them is hard. Whenever they lose those games are tight games. I would not think that PSG will have two easy games against them.
