But unfortunately, Araujo got a red card in the 29th minute and because of the red card and Barcelona only playing with 10 players, then PSG was eventually able to turn things around. It's very difficult to beat Real Madrid when they are already in the final, I mean their final record says it all well. It is almost certain that Real Madrid can always win the Champions League title every time they are in the final, so it is up to whoever will be their opponent then Madrid is the favorite.

But before that, Real Madrid must ensure victory by beating Bayern Munich. Of course, it won't be an easy match because Bayern Munich is a team that can really thwart Real Madrid's plans. For the fact that PSG is in a comfortable position in their league table now will give them the privilege of more concentration in the UCL now because it will be an achievement for Kylian Mbappe to win the champions league trophy for Juventus before his exit from the club. I saw a lot of energy in him in their last outing against Barcelona so we look forward to seeing him put more efforts in their semi finals match against Borussia Dortmund. I don't think any lucky in football match and PSG achievement qualified to semifinal round after defeating PSG because their hard work not getting benefit with red card received by Ronald Araújo when quarter final second leg match against Barcelona. Barcelona had 32% possession of the ball when playing in the minority, I don't think even the absence of one player on the pitch would allow such poor possession, did their tactics fall apart from just one suspension? I doubt it. So I agree with you, the match was more than fair, the red card was fair, it was 100% foul. PSG were definitely stronger in this match.

I agree that this is never going to be easy for Real Madrid, not at all. Real Madrid was struggling very hard against Manchester City and they scored two lucky goals in the first leg. No need to talk about the huge chance that De Bruyne left on the table in the second leg a few minutes before the game went into overtime. Bayern Munich has shown a tactical masterpiece in the second game and was strong in the first game, too.

Your analysis is a one sided analysis, if you watch Real Madrid and Manchester City match, you will understand that the way that match went is the only way they can win Manchester City, never in history has Real Madrid win Manchester City in Etihad but they did for the first time winning the Quarter Final. It's the only way, football is not all about statistics all the time, did you win the match or no, that's what matters in these kind of situation and Real Madrid chose that over any other thing in the game.

I believe this is going to be a 50:50 game and PSG might have the upper hand against Dortmund, but I did not expect Dortmund to eliminate Atletico Madrid like that. So there is still room for surprises and it's especially the same in the semifinals. Nothing is set in stone and while Real Madrid has beaten Manchester City now, I think the game against Bayern Munich will be no easier.

Bundesliga has some tricks moves which they use to win matches, Bayern Munich knows how to do that very well on Real Madrid but seeing what they played against Arsenal, they might not be that good as they were before Tuchel came an toom over. The team I will like Real Madrid to meet in the final is PSG, I want to make PSG loose that match badly so Mbape can sign that contract with fast speed with Real Madrid without any further delays.

As someone who understands the game quite well, I am not the kind of guy who says "the team that won was the better team as winning is the only thing that counts". I don't know if you ever managed a team or a sportsman, but performance does matter. Of course in knockout games the result ultimately counts, but someone who understands the game looks at how a team played and then also understands whether a win was deserved or not. We would probably not be discussing anything here if De Bruyne used the chances he had towards the end of the game.

I am not sure, but maybe you are the kind of fan who likes to see a team win that got one shot the whole game while the other team played high qualitay football, but had one of those days where they couldn't hit the back of the net. Real Madrid defended world class, I'll say that. But that doesn't change the fact that when I hear the name Real Madrid, I am associating a different type of football with it. Not parking the bus and praying for 95 minutes.

Frankly, when Manchester City-Real Madrid had the qualifying round, I believed that the one who passed this round would be the champion. Real Madrid was very tired against Manchester City but did not give up. Lunin was one of those who kept them alive in England. The whole team believed that they would pass the close-knit tour.
