Borrusia Dortmund surprising everyone with leading the game 1-0 against Paris Saint-Germain. Edin Terzic and his team was prepared enough to handled such tremendous performance of thr visitors and this is really an important game for both teams. I've settled for positive facts about football, we should not underestimate any opponents because the best team comes with promising players and having good composure to win matches.

Dortmund were able to play with more confidence because they played in front of their own supporters. And yes, it seems that no team should be underestimated when a team has made it to the semi-finals. Because to get to the semi-finals requires hard work and mental readiness of the players when playing on the field. And Dortmund showed their mental readiness in this match. It was clear that Dortmund played more openly and more confidently. They are also not afraid to play short passes comfortably. But PSG must have analyzed what needs to be improved against Dortmund in the second half. So things will get more interesting in the second half. Mbappe also couldn't do much in this match. Because he was always closely guarded.

PSG has underperformed in the first half. How can an attacking side like the French side have just three shots throughout the first 45 minutes and none was on target? Meanwhile, Dortmund had four shots on target out of the five they had. Something is wrong with PSG and Luis Enrique has to figure it out this second half to avoid losing this game. If PSG fails to get at least a draw in this match, they will be forced to play under pressure at home in the second leg.

At the start of the second half PSG started to regain their improved game. But unfortunately from the 60th minute it seemed like Dortmund had once again dominated the game. Yes, too many people underestimate Dortmund. And if Dortmund wins this first leg then those of us who bet on PSG will really learn that the UCL is really difficult for us to guess. All the matches were very fierce even though one of the teams was not the favorite team.

The match is now even more interesting because both teams are making very good attacks. A good finish is all that is needed for these two teams to each take advantage of the opportunities they have.

Dortmund had a good performance throughout the first half. They made it difficult for PSG to build attacks due to their high pressing and that has helped them increase their chances of winning the first half. PSG lost in the middle game, which is why they tended to focus on attacking down the flanks, but that failed to find many gaps in Dortmund's good defence.

Dortmund only lost in possession of the ball, but they were superior statistically in the game, especially regarding attack. There is not much room for PSG players to develop their game, this is really something that Luis Enrique will have to find a solution for. Indeed, lately PSG's defense looks weak and has conceded more often of course this is very dangerous if Dortmund continues to attack as in the first half, now the focus of PSG is to play defensive so as not to concede more goals then PSG will try to take over the situation in the second leg. By the way, it seems that my bet on a corner kick will lose, Imagine in 45+ minutes of the match there was only one corner kick lol even though I really hope that PSG who plays aggressively after conceding in the first half.

I watched a lot of PSG games this season both in their domestic league and in the Champions League. The team's performance fluctuates and they lack strength in defense and midfield, so that's why I said they tend to lose stability in the game when they get high pressure throughout the game.

PSG's defense, including the goalkeeper, is not as good as fans talk about, but they have reliable attackers. Without the support of a quality and experienced midfielder, PSG is a team that tends to be unstable. Luis Enrique can't always rely on wing play, that's clearly a weakness because opponents know how to deal with it. Up to 80 minutes, PSG was still 1-0 behind Dortmund. I'm not sure PSG can score, but 10 minutes would certainly be worth it if they did find gaps in Dortmund's defence.

In the overall statistics of each team’s appearance in the Champions League, PSG got the better record and they will not want anything to happen to that record tonight by losing to Dortmund, even at least a draw they will want to fight for. unexpected result this evening between Borussia Dortmound and PSG. A defeat of the Germans with the victory of the French was foreseeable but this did not happen.

Let's say that this year it is an easier champsion league for them if we consider the scoreboard and the remaining teams, if they don't manage to finish in the final this year I doubt they will ever be able to win the cup also considering the upcoming and very probable departure of Mbapppè in the direction of Spain.

They can certainly recover for the return match at home.

The match is entertaining like the game between Bayern Munich and Real Madrid yesterday. From the level of play, this match is not a one-goal game because there have been some much goal scoring chances. Both teams have shown great displays of determination and quality to move to the finals. PSG improved very well this second half but Borussia Dortmund is not also relaxing.

I saw an uncommon display from Jadon Sancho. The English player have been torn on the flesh of PSG's defense, especially Nuno Mendes who he has driving up and down. The former Manchester United player deserves to be the man of the match. I know that some Red Devil fans will be blaming Erik ten Hag for pushing the player out of Old Trafford.

The game had finally ended and the underdog has emerged victorious. They now have a goal advantage over PSG and will do everything possible to protect it. PSG will have to come up with a plan to overturn this deficit. If they fail to make it to the finals, heads will roll in the club, and even the technical crew might lose their job since the success of any coach is evaluated by winning the UCL.

I am not surprised by PSG's defeat today playing at Signal Iduna Park. Dortmund really impressed throughout the match and they proved themselves to be a team that can never be underestimated. Winning home games is a good asset for Dortmund, but they must be aware that PSG can do better at home and force Dortmund to give up.

The result were predictable. Both of these are the top teams in Champions League and the winner of now 2nd leg would probably end up winning the league. Both team played equally well. Though Real Madrid had the lead, they needed to push hard at the end to end up in draw. Of the two I would have bet for Real as they are the better team overall but the game being played at Allianz Arena

The UEFA Champions League is one of the major top league in the European world of football. Bayern Munich have already made a mistake in the first leg, allowing Real Madrid to have a tie at Allianz Arena which was not probably easy on Los Blancos end. I admired the coaching style of Carlo Ancelotti during the Bayern Munich vs Real Madrid match, I was so pleased with his pattern. He doesn't show but stay calmed and having his chewing gum doing the talking while his opposition, Thomas Tuchel was busy shouting all through but it does mean both sides will meet again in Santiago Bernabéu.

I was expecting to see a much better performance from Real Madrid in this game and I was predicting Real Madrid winning this match against Bayern Munich. But sadly I was not right, maybe since Bayern Munich was playing at home they used the advantage of playing at home, and that's why they could make Real Madrid stop.
Otherwise, I think Calro Ancelotti could have a much easier game. Maybe that's why in the second leg they will have a much better performance and win the game. because the situation in Bayern Munich was not good at all to win this match against a team like Real Madrid.

Dortmund played better in the first half, and the first 30 mins was dominanted by them, and they were able to use that as an advantage to score when they had the chance. The second half was more in the favor of PSG, but they were not lucky enough to score just one goal, as Mbappe ball was a bar ball. It was a wonderful game but with just one goal, unlike yesterday game that we had 4 goals.

PSG will not take it slightly in the second leg, and Dortmund needs to be aware of that because that is PSG only hope of winning so that they can qualify to the finals. Let it not be a shock to us, if it happens that PSG did not qualify to the finals. This is why the zeal and passion of qualifying to the fins must be a key factor in their performance in order for them to achieve it.

I'm not so surprised with this. It is because PSG players can't play with a calm mind after they got a conceded goal. They too hurry to equalize the score, that makes them to waste many shot attempts. However, leading with 1 goal only isn't secure for Dortmund to qualify for the final. PSG still has a chance to overtake it in the next match.
