We can't say much at this point but I'm pretty sure that City won't win it again. They need 1 bad game in knockout stage and they will be out. Going 2years without bad game it's really hard and City does not have legacy of Real M to do that.

Not competing does not mean PSG is not ready, in fact the training time they have is good enough to stay focused on maintaining the players stamina to avoid injury. Even though I don't bet on PSG, the ambition of being 1 goal behind can still be pursued. Playing at home of course, you have to be more aggressive in stealing goals in the first half, therefore PSG has the opportunity to prepare more surprises.
