Investing with land is only possible when you have enough land. If you don't have land,can you or I invest? You have 100 acres of land and you are not doing anything there. You can sell half of the land and invest in bitcoins. But of course you have to be patient.  Must be. If you want to invest immediately and get profit then it is not possible. You must be patient. After investing in Bitcoin you may have to wait for some time. May be 2 months or 1 year. You don't have to have land and it must have price.Yes. If you can sell the land at a good price then invest in Bitcoin and keep some money in the bank to get a profit every month.
I don't think so, because investing in Bitcoin has a high risk even though it is very worth it with all the possible benefits that will be obtained, while investing in land is quite promising without any risk, right now in my opinion the safest investment is land property because its value will increase every year even though it is in a very small amount, in my opinion it is quite reasonable because there are no risks involved.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Some land could just skyrocket to over 1000% ROI in just 5 years, this has happened many times, especially when there are new events, institutions, businesses/industries that are brought to that area. This is why no matter how much I have on the internet as an investmenet, I make sure that 30% of my assets is still on landed properties.

You have a diversifying mentality and that's very good. Wealth on the internet can disappear anyday without you knowing why. Those that had millions in some popular tokens that collapse last year will be filled with regrets if they don't have other investment both online and physically like landed properties. Lands are good way to secure our wealth, you don't have to development the land you can just buy and keep.

In the future, you can sell the land to get cash to be used for other business or reinvesting it into other landed properties that have less value to get a large quantity of land to yourself or start developing your land to build apartments for rental or selling etc.

There is another problem of investing in land - its intended purpose. If it is a horticultural association, it will be problematic to build a house or set up production.  People do not always study the documentation and are unpleasantly surprised when various circumstances come to light. And land can not only get more expensive, it can also get cheaper. And it is much more difficult to sell land than, for example, an apartment.

Real estate developers are one of the richest people on earth, that tells you how lucrative land ownership in a choice areas is.

There are also lots of investments that are also lucrative in modern times, Bitcoin is one of them..
So in as much as you see that owning a landed property is good, so is investing in bitcoin.

I don't think so, because investing in Bitcoin has a high risk even though it is very worth it with all the possible benefits that will be obtained, while investing in land is quite promising without any risk, right now in my opinion the safest investment is land property because its value will increase every year even though it is in a very small amount, in my opinion it is quite reasonable because there are no risks involved.
Land investment looks very promising compared to other investments, but there needs to be attention in land investment requiring large funds for strategic location areas but even though the high price will not reduce the purchase value because it is even more profitable for long term investments.

Land investment is also risky if you have no knowledge of legal land ownership, because recently several houses have been demolished because they did not have a valid land certificate from the previous seller, the previous seller has bribed people to get fake land certificates but the original owner has won the lawsuit in court and asked for compensation from the previous purchase of land. So don't rush to buy land without knowing how to buy land legally and make sure the land is not involved in disputes from the previous owner.

There are lots of things you could do with 100 acres of land that would give you profits in the short and long run than selling half(50 acres) to invest in bitcoin. Did you think about the possibility of losing about half of the money due to the volatility of bitcoin? You seem to believe investing in bitcoin has a 100% of bringing in profits in the long run. Bitcoin as well as other “sure” investments also has risks involved and may not be able to bring in the desired profits.
There are lots of other things you could do with land aside investing in bitcoin. 100 acres is a lot of property. You could always lease a little part of it if you’re not willing to sell.
It’s always good to diversify on your income. Investing just in bitcoin isn’t ideal.

You would really be needing to consider about those lots or lands on strategic areas on which you could really see the potential of future development on which it would really be bringing up potential huge profits

when the time comes.People should really that realize that its never been that automatically means that once you do buy a lot or land does mean that its a sure profits or investment. Always consider its location because there are lands which ended up on being forever to be just like that or the price or value doesnt appreciate.This is why it would really be that smart or ideal that you should really be that strategic
when it comes on buying specially land that its never been that cheap.

OP, I tend to justify your opinion about this investment asset. Land is a great investment to expect a lot of returns in the long term, but you also need to pay attention to where it is and how much you can own. I have a land investment, but it's only enough to build a few buildings on it, and I wouldn't discount some of the other options like crypto and gold because of the potential returns.

For those who do able to buy up lands and years or decades passed and ending up on a developmental area then thats a sure buck or profits you made there.
In fact they are already getting 10x or more in returns this year.

There are other investments to choose from which could generate higher returns but real estate and land properties are one which have less risk but with decent returns espwcially if you've got the right location for future economic growth. As I've said profit won't be in an instant to this kind of investment,it would take years or even decades before you reach that x100% profit or more unlike with other assets such as with this technology wherein there are ways to double your money within days. But as we all know, the higher the reward the bigger the risk and vice versa. It depends on your preference as an investor.

So true. At least investment in Property and Real Estate is the least risky. But in the long term we can see the potential benefits from now on. the increase in human population and the increase in the industrial sector, the increasingly dense world population is one of the factors that make land property has a promising potential for increase in the future. it's just that it takes patience to arrive at maximum profit. because the process of increasing land property prices does take years. different from other assets such as stocks and crypto.

I think about the problem that everyone's position is different when it comes to financial investment, we are not the same when there are people with money or other opportunities and also those with little money and potential for rich opportunities, Therefore, the comparison or evaluation of a superior industry is only momentary. Just because something repeats itself many times doesn't mean it will always do so.  Bitcoin can fall 80-90%. Can land fall in value by the same percentage? The probability is much lower. Keep in mind that you may need money unexpectedly at any time. You could potentially sell land quickly, but what do you do with bitcoin if it has fallen in value in the meantime?

You have a point, but Bitcoin are still unpredictable and involved risk for sure in those 5 years there's a lot of changes in the market that might causes you to lose money. Hodling is safe but it would take time for you gain profits.

In real estate, you could just simply rent the houses for you to have a passive income and land properties also increases their prices in a long period of time. Houses here before ranged into 700k in pesos but now it ranges around 1.5M to 2M. If you're gonna invest a huge money why not try both? I mean there's a saying to not put all eggs in one basket. Just do your own research where it suits your investment strategies.
