Now we are taking an FA Cup break for PL games.

So far Manchester City have played like shit in their tough schedule. Only Newcastle win was impressive. Yeah, they won against Tottenham also but the performance didn't impress me much.  Sad

Next time they face Forest away. I wouldn't be surprised if they lose points this time. And I'd love that. Because I want to see Chelsea in top 4, not them. But it looks like Palmer needs to shake himself and take responsibility in this again.

There is no need to bother expecting Manchester City to lose against Nottingham just to expect Chelsea to enter the top four because after all, if Manchester City wins against Nottingham and Chelsea wins against Leicester. Then clearly, Nottingham will be out of the top four so the teams in the top four will be Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester City and Chelsea. After all, I am sure, even though Manchester City has struggled to get back to its best performance lately, and even though they will play away against Nottingham I am sure Manchester City will still succeed in  getting three points. I personally do not doubt the quality of Manchester City, even though this season they look  bad, but Manchester City is still a team with good quality that will still succeed in finishing  in the top four.

Even if Bukayo Saka returns to full fitness, Arsenal still would not be strong favourites for the Premier League title this season. While both teams have shown resilience this season, I don't see Arsenal overtaking Liverpool especially given the significant point gap between them.Liverpool are in excellent form and have strong momentum making it unlikely they will slow down for Arsenal.

And even if Saka has returned, it won't change anything. The point is seriously ahead of Arsenal, and Liverpool has taken it seriously that they will be the ones winning the Premier League, and I won't even lie, they deserve it. Who would have expected Liverpool to be on this very high point because they have done their best? So this is something that if they win, people will celebrate with them because they deserve it for sure, and Saka needs more support in that club, and that is why I am not even saying too much, and that boy has done more than enough for Arsenal. The steps to be committed have been what have kept Liverpool because they have shown a high level of commitment. This is what has helped them because they were always winning most of their games.

Even if saka is back, then it’s already too late for Arsenal, Liverpool is already ahead of Arsenal with 13 points, and I don’t think Liverpool will be dropping points right now, they will do everything possible to get a win in all their matches, so even if Arsenal win all their matches, they won’t be able to meet up with Liverpool, as long as they are winning also.

Since saka went on injury, I knew Arsenal performance will drop, and it happened, if Saka wasn’t injured, then am sure Arsenal will have been able to win some of the matches which they lost, and some which they draw, Arteta should just get replacement for saka, incase whenever he isn’t available, then there will be a replacement for him.

I don’t think anyone will still think Arsenal will be able to win the trophy this season, it’s already late, they wasted a great chance which they had, and that was when they lost to west ham, seriously the match result was just a surprising one.

We're still quite far from the end of season. If there will be a team who blatantly declare themselve as a winner, that's stupid as fuck. The better for the potential winner to keep calm, and always farming three points without doing something wrong.

Just let the fan of that club to always yapping they are the winner.  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

I believe City can surpass Arsenal soon and finish at the third or second place.

After losing to West Ham without any goal, I now strongly believe that Leicester City would not be in the EPL next season, Ruud Van Nistelroy has tried his best but it's not enough to keep them in the Premier League, their defense and attack is very poor and that's why they concede goals without replying back, four consecutive times is not a coincidence it shows how poor they're currently, too bad they'll have to go back to the Championship League. Anyways, Maguire is a clear example that footballers should learn to overlook their critics and work hard to improve better, they should use the backlash from fans on the media as a motivation to get better, that's clearly what he did and that's why he's improved from a player most hated by fans to a better player currently.
I actually feel a little disappointed at the performance of Ruud Van Nistelroy at Leicester. He took over the club when they were not as terrible as they are now and from his performance at the short time he managed Manchester United. I was hoping that such performance would be carried over to Leicester but that seems not to be happening instead we have seen the team going down by the day to the point that they are being faced with the possibility of being relegated. This I consider a very bad performance by Ruud Van Nistelroy and might likely cost him his job at Leicester.

That's another thing yeah. When Newcastle was bought by very rich people, I thought it would be the start of a completely new era. I expected them to sign a very successful and well-known manager first. Then to go for big signings.

The first season when Newcastle were acquired by wealthy investors they actually did very well even in the top 4 at that time it's just that for now it seems that slowly Howe is not too capable of competing and creating something good for the size of the richest club currently in the EPL.

The mistake of bringing in some players like when they were forced to make some things because of Tonali's problem who was found guilty of his involvement with gambling made the situation not too good for Newcastle which made their condition remain stagnant until now.

Newcastle can still change everything at this time even though we must be aware that it takes time but with the power of money they have at this time it should not be difficult for them to overhaul so that what they dream of can be realized faster than planning because however for now there are still a lot of things they have to fix.

Mikel Arteta has made Arsenal stronger than before, but unfortunately, there is one thing he doesn't have, that is the champion mentality, therefore whoever the competitor is in each season (be it Man City or Liverpool), Arsenal has always been under their shadow, and they always ran out of energy when the season was coming to an end. I think Arsenal need that factor because they haven't won a trophy for too long, and for that they need the right manager with strong character. If that is taken into consideration, so it's reasonable if Arsenal needs a new manager to replace Arteta (but the change should not be made while the season is still ongoing).
Yes Arteta has made arsenal really strong thankgod you have acknowledged that fact. Sometimes I really do ask myself why people always have this mindset, whenever the team is not doing they will shift the blame to the manager, in fact if arsenal should like they should be changing manager every season the problem will still be there just like Manchester united that changed there manager but yet the club is still facing the same issues. Until the club should be able to figure out where they are not getting it right, changing there managers won't solve the problem  morespecially if the fault is not coming from the manager. Some of this problems may be coming from the management of the team, Arteta has really done well as long as arsenal is concerned.

You correct, He changed many things in the team and after this performance of team became better . He is very intelligent person and he always try to take step for the team members. Arsenal football team became one of the top team of the tournament because that team won many matches of the tournament and have 54 points on the table . But Arsenal team could not win last match and match was ended with draw result because no team could do any goal in this match.Arsenal team has good side but in this match, both teams did well for the defense and no team player took risk .And In the end , no player could do any goal in this match.

Arteta himself has given up on the title this season after losing to West Ham and sharing points with Nottingham Forest. Sakà returning to the team won't change a thing. The best they can get with his return is strengthen their position as second which has been the heightest they have gone in past few seasons.

Arteta should invest in his forward if he truly wants to win the English premier league title else he will keep revolving round the same loop over and again till he finally gets sacked. Catching up with Liverpool at this point is like chasing a train that has just left its last station which we all know catching up in such scenario is impossible.

From start until now it has been rosey for Liverpool, yes they have played some very good football I won't deny that but this season has been very off for some very strong title Contenders.
Arsenal, Manchester city and maybe Chelsea at some point we're suppose to give Liverpool a run for their money but this season they have really been inconsistent making the race to Liverpool being crowned champions very smooth.

Before Saka return, we will be more confident that this season's EPL title belongs to Liverpool after seeing this match schedule which I think will make Liverpool move further away from Arsenal.

  • Liverpool vs Southampton (Liverpool secured a guaranteed victory and earned full points, bringing their total points to 70.)
  • Man United vs Arsenal + Arsenal vs Chelsea (Two matches are not an easy task.  Meanwhile, against a weaker team, Arsenal was able to be defeated by West Ham.  And Saka's absence only managed to result in draws in those 2 matches, and Arsenal could only earn 2 points from those 2 matches.)

This will be Arsenal's third consecutive season without a title.  I wouldn't be surprised by this result because Arsenal has a history of being strong at the start of the season and then falling apart near the finish.

What a huge win for Aston villa tonight in the FA cup against Cardiff, actually I think Aston villa was finding it very difficult to score in the first half of the game because cardiff never gave them the opportunity, you know looking at their odd from the early stage. You won't believe that they can only end up with 2 goals, and I'm pretty sure that majority of this gamblers will prefer going for over 2.5 instead of going for straight win because the odd will be very low for them, but it was quite unfortunate that they didn't get the outcome they were actually expecting.

There hasn't been nearly any team declaring their championship in the Premier League before March for a long time. I would like to congratulate Liverpool already now. Alongside Liverpool's being very successful this season effected this result to happen, Manchester City and Arsenal's quite bad performances also have been effective. Especially Arsenal's struggling with injuries during the whole season cost them a lot.

Chelsea has been far from their best especially since Todd Boehly took charge, although a glimpse of good form but sadly fell of again. Manchester City is still like the most shocking, it's just like two season ago, if I remember correctly when Liverpool where in similar state, really shocking and they failed to make it to the Champions League that season.

Arsenal didn't sign in a notable area they have been lacking which was an actual nine and this season it was unfortunate that they have suffered injury woes which affected their performance this and not also ignoring their consistency which has made them come out second place for the past few seasons in the EPL.

Liverpool wasn't really consistent but unfortunately no team where able to capitalize on their inconsistency and now everyone would be  relatively happy Manchester City are having a bad spare because they may likely be able to capitalize on these mistakes and become EPL Champions again for the 5th time in a role but thankfully this is more unlikely  possible.

Arteta himself has given up on the title this season after losing to West Ham and sharing points with Nottingham Forest. Sakà returning to the team won't change a thing. The best they can get with his return is strengthen their position as second which has been the heightest they have gone in past few seasons.

We can't say that Arteta has given up on the title race because Liverpool has played 28 games and Arsenal has only played 27 which means they still have an outstanding match to play which if they win, the gap will drop from 13 to 10 points and who knows if anything can happen to Liverpool towards the ending periods of the season such that Arsenal may become resilient and surprise majority of people by overthrowing Liverpool at the top of the table. Due to how Arsenal have been jeopardizing their chances of getting closer to Liverpool has made people not to put their trust on Arsenal again but we should not forget that this England Premier League is always full of shocking moments especially when the season is getting near to end. Arsenal should not keep settling for the second position, Arteta and his boys should try and use new formats that will work for the team and lead them to winning trophies instead of always ending as a runner up to the champions.

Aston villa deserved to win this match, because right from when the match begin it has declared that Cardiff City do not have that capacity of winning Aston Villa their performances is not up to that so there’s not any surprise when we see Aston Villa bring out a positive result against them; I was even that expecting more than that 2 goals with the way I saw their performances right from the first half of the game but it was not possible: when it comes to gamble this kind of match it better to go for 2.5 them play straight winning.

The only club that would have been a serious contender to Liverpool EPL title this summer is Manchester City but that's not possible atm, there was a point I kept believing in them to pick up their form but it seems the work force between the players is very low, the energy had decrease massively that I don't think City will at least get any title out of this season. No strategy has ever worked so far and it's been a total breakdown on the players and the coach also. It's messy.

13 points gaps. How is it even possible that Liverpool will lose straight 4 games before the end of the season? It's impossible if you ask me. The League has already been won here. Congratulations to Liverpool in advance. Arsenal messed up the opportunity to put Liverpool under pressure. I was not really happy because it was more fun to see the competition very tough, now everyone knows who wins the league before the league ends.

Please dont mention Chelsea. The only teams that have been on the title race this season were just Liverpool and Arsenal. Chelsea only had some lucky weeks, but we saw that was an initial show of power. At last, they went back to where they belonged.

.....Leicester City was increasingly established in the relegation zone.
Yes, sir; Ruud Van Nistelrooy is a talented coach. It's just that, Leicester City, the contents of the squad are not that good. And moreover, when Ruud Van Nistelrooy entered, their position was also dropping in the relegation zone. Unfortunately, it seems very difficult to lift the club.

The problem is that for the next matches, Leicester City also has a very tough opponent.
Look at this chart:
This club will be even more exhausted from them.

Source: google/Leicester City Fixture

They have no chance again to win from them.

On a season Manchester City are having difficulties with their performance, no other English Premier League club was able to give Liverpool a strong competition for who wins the title this season and if you ask me, I think it goes a long way to tell how  good Pep Guardiola's side have been over the years. Arsenal have never been a serious title contender in the last 20 years and even in the seasons where they happen to be the second best team, you still see them flopping in the last games of the season but Chelsea on the other hand I thought was going to be the main challenger to Liverpool's title quest this season but surprisingly, they couldn't keep up with their impressive start to the season.

There is no too side to what you have said, I have also said this before that Pep has made this league just like the way Sir Alex Ferguson dominated the league. First of all I will say i am not too surprised seeing the Manchester City team having this difficult. It simple this set of players are getting old playing the tiring Pep pattern and this which requires the recycling to a new players hasn’t been a very great transition so far because the team is definitely not too strong with the new players who need time to adapt to not just the league alone but to also Pep style of play.

So in this period of Manchester City crisis it has been established that Manchester City are the only genuine or true tittle contenders amongst the others without them Liverpool under a new manager is riding them to the tittle, this is exactly something I was expecting from Arteta and his boys after chasing Manchester City for two consecutive seasons it was them I think I had hopes of actually stealing the championship from Manchester city should they ran into fatigue but as usual Arsenal are yet to utilize a chance I think wouldn’t come this easy again because I expect Pep to build another squad for the tittle again. As for Chelsea I never rate them as tittle contenders because they are also in a beta stage
