Something for Manchester City fans to be worried about, they don't have to go far all they need to do is look at their neighbors when Sir Alex Ferguson retired from then till now they haven't won an English premier League title and even if there has been recent good form I still don't think their chances of winning the English premier League title is close.
Poor performance from Enzo Maresca's men, this is just the preseason but it's still a match of importance and being embarrassed like this is not a good thing.

There is no any tactics in Manchester City performance today, now i understand why some players want to leave the club, Bernardo Silva and Rodri have left, Manchester City midfield will never be the same without those players, and i think this is the right time Arsenal will start dominating the league.

I was really disappointed in his game plant today,  Manchester city was just running up and down with zero game plan. Arteta outshined him and won the cup, for a very long time for Manchester city to lose a final to Arsenal,  it was really embarrassing,  they couldn't not even score a goal,  Manchester city disaster season just started. This season title is between Manchester United and Arsenal,  Carrick is a better coach than Enzo maresca.

Arsenal winning Manchester city isn't a suprise to me and I know it won't also be a surprise to many because there are so many reasons why Manchester city performed so poor in the community shield. The reason is that most of there keys players has left the club and also they have a new coach that needs time to get to be able to get used to the players and how to deploy them. Therefore,  Manchester city in its weak form faced Arsenal formidable squad. But , Arsenal winning Manchester city doesn't mean that they can be able to win the premier League trophy. There are still team that stand the chance of winning the premier League title, like Manchester United and even Liverpool.

The Manchester city I Watched today was totally different and clueless. Goossh the winges were so annoying especially Semenyo. I didn't any tangible chances he created throughout the match. Arsenal totally outplayed Manchester city today, even the kind of goals that was scored can be easily saved , but Donnarumas clumsiness killed the game.
But I still believe that Maresca will do a great job at this club, we can't judge him yet because this is his  first competitive match. The summer window hasn't close , so I expect Manchester city to go all out and get proper players especially now that Rodri has finally completed his move to Barcelona.
You are right about Arsenal, they will surely dominate the league because all  the remaining top 6 teams are with new manager's. Arteta is the only one left and has gained enough experience over the years, this is what will give Arsenal an edge over other top 6 teams this season.

Arsenal won the community shield trophy, it’s really a nice one for them, at least they are going to start a season with a trophy. Am so sure Arsenal are still going to perform well when the season starts. Next season won’t really be easy for Enzo Maresca with what Manchester city played today. I know they don’t take community shield serious, but Maresca should have won it for Manchester city, at least it’s going to improve the fans confidence in him.

I wasn’t really satisfied with how Manchester city played today, Enzo Maresca will have to try and adapt with the players early, and I will say Enzo Maresca is having lots of work to do by next season. Manchester city should just give Maresca some time, he should be able to fix Manchester city current problem.

I know that Manchester City had a very bad game today, but we should not quickly start concluding that Enzo maresca is going to destroy Manchester City. It would be better if we allowed him to play a few more matches before we started concluding how it is going to end for Manchester City.The result they got today is something that any manager can experience, and that is just the fact. Again, even during Guardiola time, there was a period when Arsenal also defeated  Manchester City by many goals. The match between Arsenal and Man City was very interesting. I don't normally watch sports regularly, but today I had some free time so I started watching the game and I saw that Arsenal scored a goal in the first 1 minute of the game. It was very interesting. I knew Arsenal as a good team and besides that, Man City was also a favorite team of mine, but when I saw that Arsenal scored a goal in just 1 minute, I was interested in watching the match. Man City's performance in this match was very bad. I have never seen them perform so badly before. Although I don't watch football regularly, after watching this match, I felt that Arsenal would win easily, so I placed a bet on them and I won it easily. The next match Arsenal will play is against Coventry City, and that match is also very easy for them.

Manchester City is not in form at the moment, they made a change of Coach you should expect them to try to adapt and everything, for Arsenal they are still together in understanding of each other and they are more balanced, you should definitely expect them to win this match. But not as far as saying they will win the title again regardless of the fact that there are other good competitors that are also in for the title race.

For me, I don't know why everyone is surprised following the humiliation faced by Manchester City in the community shield final against Arsenal, because I was expecting it to happen, after all Manchester City is not been properly managed and the new manager is still trying to settle down at Etihad stadium and with the new players he has.

I didn't think Arsenal were this well prepared. Putting on such a performance at the start of the season is great news for Arsenal because it shows the team is well-prepared. On the other hand, Manchester City may not have been well-prepared for the season, and the integration process of their new signings doesn't seem to be complete yet. This match actually reveals a lot. We know that pre-season preparations directly affect the course of the season.

Teams' performances can improve over time, and they can avoid repeating their mistakes. City losing this match doesn't mean they'll have a bad season. Nobody wants Enzo Maresca to fail at Manchester City more than Chelsea fans. Most of them feel that he spoilt their campaign last season because of his quest to take over from Pep Guardiola. That said, we also need to understand that Manchester City fans have been introduced to serial winning. I doubt that they'll want to endure long time of not winning any major trophy. I hope they'll be patient enough with him of he fails to kick the ground running immediately.

Considering that this is the toughest test that both teams will face in the build up to  the already set season, you can easily tell what's going on in both coaches mind.

It wasn’t so tough after all and Arsenal did their magic on Manchester City, scoring an early goal and was able to double their lead in the first half, scored a third goal in the second half. All that while defending perfectly to keep a clean sheet and there was nothing Manchester City could do about that.

Too bad Manchester spoilt what could have being a good bet for Shinratensei, I was actually rooting for Manchester to get a goal so the bet could be settled as a win. Arsenal did good on their part and this could mark the start of a decline for Manchester City.

May be you were the only person that thought well for Arsenal but I didn't think they were going to win this community shield and I have my reasons. Arsenal friendly match were not too good but they are also not that bad. They were not even saying much. With what Maresca has displayed since the friendly match, you will think they will scare teams and as a new coach, I expected much more better performance than what they did today, it was not expected.

What Manchester city played with Arsenal, I can't say if it's what they planned today. Maresca does not deserve this team. Last season of Manchester City are not going to face today's Arsenal with what they played today but I will take this as benefit of doubt, they are going to do better next season but this is bad. There is no way they are going far this season. I hope it's not what he played in Chelsea Maresca is trying to do here, it will not contain him and his career.
