That's 4 wins in a row for Chelsea, but they've woken up a little bit too late to attack the 5th place. Spurs only need 1 point against Sheffield to secure it.
The good news for Chelsea is that they will still qualify for European cup next season (if they don't lose their 6th place to Newcastle in the last round), it's going to be the least prestigious Conference League, but better than nothing.
BUT, if Man City defeats Man Utd in the FA cup final, then the 6th place will qualify for the Europa League and the 7th for the Conference League, so there's still something to play for for teams currently placed 6th-8th.

Like I say a billion times, I envy those players for Chelsea, whatever position they occupy, they definitely deserves it and even more because when you watch how much energy and desire they put into this game this season fighting and backing the manager. Wouldn't even think they would come up to this position when you take a look at how bad they was when the season kicked off. Indeed it's not how far but how well. I love that desire to win and qualify for the European Competitions next season.

One player who has carried them since joining them this season has been Cole Palmer. I'm someone who dislikes Chelsea but my dislike will never make me dislike a lad like Cole Palmer. I see what he brings to the team and his teammates.

Do you remember that QPR match of Manchester City? It was in the 2011/12 season. I don't remember a more exciting moment than that in the Premier League honestly.    That goal by Aguero to bring the PL trophy to Manchester City and the phenomenal "Aguerooo!" comment. 

I'd really like to witness a similar exciting incident, but this time we should see Arsenal winning the title.

He should win thr manager of the Premier League Competition this season even if he doesn't win the Premier League Competition. He and his lads deserves whatever they've achieved this season. Let's see what happens when they finally get a natural striker for themselves.

I would assume that City will win the game, it is not going to be a team that could be too difficult to win for them, considering Tottenham game went very scary, I am sensing that this one will be easier. But in a scenario where City somehow drops points in that game, and Arsenal ends up getting the win, and become the champions, we are going to see celebrations we haven't seen in a long time.

To be fair, if City ends up being the champions, which 99% chance that they will be, how happy do you think Manchester fans will be? Considering they already won three in a row, and they even did the treble last year, getting the title this year isn't really that much of a big deal for them, doesn't feel like it would be all that great for them neither. Whereas Arsenal fans would go mad if they somehow get it.

Chelsea have made a really great progress in the recent times if you have noticed. They are most probably finishing the season in top 6 which secures the Conference League ticket as well. Moreover, there is a chance for finishing at the fifth position as well. However it seems like a really low chance. Because I assume Tottenham wouldn't lose their Sheffield game right?

This should be Cole Palmer? Not Mauricio Pochetino, Yes? When they had some of them best players Injured, even when they had Jackson misbehaving with scoring goals, Cole Palmer was there carrying the club on his shoulder and advancing and progressing forward with them. Lol, I wonder why still hoping Arsenal has a chance to lift the EPL this season because after that display of City at the Tottenham stadium, where they were behind in passes and everything but still were able to get a 2-0 victory, how much more in front of their own fans for the las match of the season. Arsenal too might not be under much pressure except that they’ll be under the pressure of making sure they get a victory and Everton aren’t to be overlooked.

 Yes they fought through relegation battle and points deduction and were able to make it to this stage, so they will sure be putting up a hard fight on the last day. West Ham are Arsenal’s fellow Londoners and you know when the hope of your victory is in your hardcore enemy, you know what to expect. ⁠Funny enough the repeat of the Tottenham game might play down but this time Man City could win with a 3-1 margin or maybe 4-1 if possible.

I think you got a bit confused about the rules. The first deciding factor that is consider in case both teams have the same points is not the goals scored, but the GOAL DIFFERENCE.
From the Premier League booklet itself:

If any two or more Clubs have scored the same number of points their position in the League Table shall be determined on goal difference, that is to say, the difference between the total number of goals scored by and against a Club in League Matches in the Competition during that Season (“Goal Difference”), and the higher or
highest placed Club shall be the Club with the higher or highest Goal Difference

But IF two clubs had the same number of points and the same goal difference then the team that scored more goals overall would be ranked higher.

So long story short, if Man City were to lose or draw on Sunday and if Arsenal were to win their game, Arsenal would win the league.
