I think it's high time the management say goodbye to Arteta, he's too in expense to mange this club , he has spent so much money in five years without winning anything. Arsenal needs a manager that has won trophies and experienced. The potentials are there in the players but they lack a good coach.

Five years passed, hundreds million wasted, and no trophy. So it makes no sense to keep Arteta much longer while he still gives nothing. I believe he's gonna be Wenger in the making, but in much worse form since he never won major trophy.
Sometimes, you can be patience, but patience has the limit.  Roll Eyes

If Arsenal did not win premier league this season Arteta should be sacked immediately, Arteta have spent millions and yet there is no good result, Arsenal have sign many top players in the world and they still have that low winning mentality in them, even if Arteta wins FA Cup or Carabao cup he should be sacked because that is not a trophy the team deserves to win, Arsenal deserve to win Premier League and Champions League this season but it looks like they are not serious because they are weak team that don’t know how to win a trophy.

If Arsenal win premier league this season it will be the worse team to win the league because no any Arsenal forward that is having a good season, Arsenal defenders are doing better than the attackers and that shows that the team only depends on corner goals and set pieces, if Arsenal failed to win the league they will lose some players because some players will decide to leave and join a club that is capable of winning the league.

Arteta has spent plenty of money in building Arsenal team to the level he can be able to lead Arsenal to their first premier league title since they last won it in 2004 but if he fail the mission again after topping the premier league standings with 7 points, i agree that Arteta should be sacked at the end of the season because it is obvious that he cannot lead Arsenal to lift the premier league title because he lacks the quality and mentality to achieve that with Arsenal. Whether Arsenal will become the worse team to win the premier league title, Arsenal should just win the premier league title so that some Arsenal fans will not commit suicide if Arsenal does not win the premier league.
I think Arsenal have given him too much time. Arteta seems to have completed his development at Arsenal. They are still in contention this year against a tough opponent like Manchester City. However, they also lost the league to Liverpool in previous years. Therefore, if they don't win the championship and the Champions League at the end of the season, I think they will probably part ways with the Spanish manager. Also, the fact that the management gave him this much of a chance is a huge advantage for him, in my opinion.

I disagree with you completely because what is happening to Arsenal now is hardly the fault of Arteta even though it is fine to blame the coach for the misfortune of the team. Arsenal have always had this finishing problem even before Arteta came, they always start very well but along the line they start flopping. What Arteta did this season was to work on eliminating that trend which was why he prepared more than one player per position so that not even injuries could hinder the team from making progress. Despite this, the tradition seems to be winning but I still pray it doesn't so that Arsenal will break that barrier and lift the trophy this season because they deserve it.

Arteta is not good for Arsenal, as a player he didn't win many trophies and coaching a club that has not good trophy history is not a good match. Arsenal needs a coach that has winning mentality and can coach under pressure.

After this season Arsenal has to show Arteta the way out, he's not fit to coach Arsenal he has tried for five to win the league and he keeps bottling it at the end.
Arteta has really spent enough years at arsenal without winning trophy but if arsenal should sack him now or wait after the season end before sacking him it would difficult to secure his replacement. Well that's not going to a reality, arteta won't leave arsenal without winning a trophy for the club. Arsenal is a position to win the english premier league, i'm confident that arteta would win the trophy this season.

As for Arsenal winning English Premier league this season,  i think it's still a matter of probability based on there constant consistency dropping and there inability to capitalise on opponents weakness for there own advantage when it matters most. In Arsenal's last game with Wolves,  there opponents played with fear and find in difficult coming out fully to face Arsenal and also had a lot of errors in there defending but Arsenal where unable to stand on those errors to give a lead instead they narrowly secured a draw at the die minutes of the game. And that alone significantly tells Arsenal's poor possessive strength especially now the game is changing and if care is not taken, they will lose the trophy to Manchester City at last

This year, they have a chance to win both the English Premier League and the Champions League. This could be considered Arsenal's best year in recent years. However, some disappointing match results have cast doubt on their Premier League position. Their 2-2 draw against bottom-of-the-league Wolves in their last match, in particular, has shaken confidence in their championship aspirations. Everyone is now focused on Manchester City's match and discussing the possibility of them closing the points gap with Arsenal. I hope Arteta achieves a Premier League championship at the end of the season, because I believe their performance this year deserves it.

Arsenal and the Premier League title are not synonymous. In the last few seasons, we have seen Arsenal finish second in the Premier League but they have not been able to secure the top spot in the Premier League. They have been at the top of the Premier League since the start of this season but there are big doubts about whether they can finish the season at the top. Manchester City have performed well again and Manchester City's good performance certainly does not bode well for Arsenal. Arsenal need to maintain their consistent performance or they will finish second this season too.

Who else was impressed with Nottingham Forest when they travelled to Istanbul to face Fenerbahçe

That win opened my eyes to another dimension because how can a club struggling in relegation go on to defeat another European side doing well in their domestic league games. I will not be surprised if they come out same way to fight against Liverpool tomorrow evening. I no longer see them as the club to get relegated

So you believe that he’s not giving anything to Arsenal, for the fact that he’s always second is also an achievement, I believe it has helped them to gain some revenue more than other club in the past years because it has given them more attention, he’s a very good coach and I believe he will lift not just one but two trophies this season. the reason why he has not lifted any trophy in the past was because they were not having enough players and when injury comes to the best players they have it affects them so much, I believe after the end of this season and they didn’t lift any single trophy then we can start blaming the coach.
I’m very sure that this season Arsenal will win two trophies if not more.

But I thought his won them the FA cup before as a manager which Arsenal fans used in bragging back then although I don't remember the exact year but I think he won them that trophy. So it's been this long? It only seemed like just few years ago. I really can't help but just laugh at this this, no wonder they are called Netflix FC, series without an end, at least most series do have an end but this Arsenal case seems so different. If they finally bottle this league, it won't be easy because the dragging online won't be here. You can't compare Arteta with Wenger, not for one second. Wenger won the league with Arsenal and was solely responsible for the building of the Emirates stadium, so it's understandable why he couldn't sign proven players with lots of money back then even though his philosophy isn't to spend big. Arteta has done absolutely nothing for Arsenal to be put in the sane sentence with Wenger.
They went from being almost fortunate enough to win the league one year, to drawing like fourteen games the following season. They didn't even lose more. Simply drew everything. Like a team that forgot how to complete sentences.

Wenger comparison is fair to bring up. He literally created the stadium with virtually no money to spend. Selling their best players every summer just to keep the lights on. Fabregas went. Van Persie went.

Arteta came in with actual real money behind him. Yet they're still here doing the same drama every single April.

But i keep coming back to one thing that scares me more than the bottling. Saka. That man's playing every single game; the guy's got the whole half of it on his back, he doesn't have a real backup, nothing. And every time he gets subbed off early i have a little bit of a panic inside me.

And Merino's already out of for the season. Odegaard's limping into the derby tomorrow on a bad knee.

That's what many people are asking, is it possible that Arteta will win trophies this season? This slight point difference with Man City can be a mental pressure for Arsenal especially several times in the Premier League appearing bad because they don't get good points.

Sacking Arteta is also not a good solution, meaning Arsenal will face a long adaptation with the new coach, it's just that keeping Arteta now is better than looking for a new coach.

This season is likely to be Arteta's last as Arsenal manager. Management has given him so much time and spent a lot of money on quality players, as Arteta desired, but the reality is that Arteta hasn't been able to deliver major trophies for Arsenal. I'm sure next season Arsenal will look for an experienced manager who can deliver major trophies, as the squad they have is capable of competing for titles in all competitions.
Well if Arteta can deliver at least the premier league then he might be given another shot to remain at the club, though I know a lot of fans will not want him at the club. I have said it before that they will be a way Arsenal will
Win the league and Arteta will not get the credit and it looking that way already. How can you want to be a 9 points lead at this stage of the season.

With just less than a dozen game to play in the premier league, at this point Manchester city are looking more like a favorite to win the league, they have less of big match to play and most of their game will
Be played at Ethihad so they have a big advantage on that.

Now a big pressure will be on Arsenal if Manchester city can beat Newcastle united on Saturday, they would reduce the gap to 2 and Arsenal will be in a north London derby on Sunday when they face Tottenham and after that they will play chelsea again at home, Big fixtures for them and Manchester city will definitely want to take big advantage of that.
That is true, if Arsenal wins the league then all of it will be worth it. However, the last weeks has shown that Arsenal isn't doing as great and there could be a trouble for them to lose the title.

The possibility of dropping the gap to a single game is there and this could put Arsenals chances at risk. They could have been so much more ahead, like 3+ games difference, and now it could be as low as just one game. This is why Arteta has to be careful because everything could go badly for them.

I would, why not? He wasted 5 years just to win FA cup, it's not worthy with the amounts he already spent since he came. To compare with Ange at his worst season at spurs still won europa league, does it make sense to keep Arteta wasted 5 or 6 years just to win FA cup?

I don't see a concrete reason to defend him. He coached a big club. So the target has to be big too. Unable to achieve it has to lead to the sack of him.
I said something last season that if they fail to win the EPL he might face more pressure of getting sacked but I will add that they failing to win any major trophy might cost him his position but one thing that might keep him is the fact there Arsenal might be uncertain of his replacement but that doesn't mean they and the fans aren't tired of the team already.
The problem with Arteta is his style of play, his style of play makes me think sometimes if he was really part of Pep Guardiola Coaching Team, because his style of play is the problem why Arsenal are struggling to win the Premier League, and if he eventually wins the Premier League with his ugly playing style of set pieces that would obviously be the worst playing style of a Premier League winning team, I have been watching the way the team is playing lately it’s looking like they are tired and are fatigued, Arsenal doesn’t look like a team that will win the Premier League, and if he eventually doesn’t win the Premier League or Champions League, I think Arteta is getting sacked because of his been given everything that he wants to win the Premier League, he has spent so much money in buying players, the Board will definitely need a good result and that is winning a trophy.

I don't think if you know exactly what you are saying. If you are saying the problem of Arsenal is Arteta style of play actually sounds strange to me for a club that is topping the premier League untill now. There is nothing wrong with Arteta pattern of play there may be other factors while Arsenal isn't being consistent in winning. It is this his pattern of play that have brought arsenal this far in the league table, if the fault is actually from his style of play Arsenal is supposed not be any where near the top.

Arteta has been with Arsenal for a long time. But he has not achieved much. Every season, Arsenal fans expect them to win the title. But they failed to dominate the Premier League until the end. Arsenal had the biggest chance of winning the title this season. The squad is very strong and they were at the top of the table for a long time. But now the team is in danger. If such irregular performance continues in the next few weeks, Arsenal will lose the title this season too. If Arsenal cannot win the title this season, Arteta will definitely lose his job.

I don't expect Arsenal to close up the season with 0 trophy first of all. For example the EFL Cup... They are already in the finale and have a good chance for it against Manchester City.

They are still competing in the FA Cup and Champions League as well. Things are going quite well in those tournaments as well. But as for the Premier League they are still the most favoured one but I started doubting them on it...

Why? Because their results have started getting worse again in this part of the season. I just hope they don't mess it up once again.  Sad

I won't say style of play rather he lacks the hedge to become the overall victor. Their mentality is still poor. The final lapse is where they often fall off and this season is another one. Arteta needs to shape his team mentality for them to believe that they can win, this is something Chelsea has and will continue to make us stand tall above other London team and many teams overall.

Yes I know Chelsea hasn't been doing well in the EPL but we all can agree if Chelsea were in an excellent form as Gunners we would have won the league more than once already.

We should not judge things because Arsenal still the one topping just that Arteta is not worried about finishing second but am sure that if he does not win the league this season they are going to sack him,  and his method of management by Arteta and he started well but Arsenal needs to do be better, and pep still remains one of the best coach for me because he as more accomplishment than Arteta and even in time of management I prefer him even as we are not getting the result we want to get a lot of things needs to be different by now but let's not rush.

The style at which arsenal is playing is just tiring and we dont even know what they are up to Arsenal seems to be lagging behind and from the beginning they look like a club that looks like who can win the Premier league but now a lot of people are not confident in them any longer and so let's wait and see what will happen at the end of the season let's not jump into. Conclusion about who is going to win the Premier league because a lot of things can change in a matter of time. And arsenal can decide to do better and even with the kind of players they have they are now finding it very hard to maintain consistency.

What you said at the end of your comment is same thing I was going to say. Indeed, Arteta have spent years managing the Arsenal squad but unfortunately, they have never achieved any good result in the premier league for as long as I can remember, though they may have done well few times in other leagues like the champions leagues and so, (not very sure since I don't give attention this league that much, so I am simply assuming) but that is not really enough, many clubs have won the premier league title multiple times but Arsenal continue to fail each time after getting close to winning it..

If for whatever reason the club fails again to win the league title this season after getting this close, then indeed Arteta's job as the club manager and coach will be on the line, many Arsenal fans including my self will gladly vote for his removal.

I still don't understand what's going on in the football.world right now. Arsenal had a draw against Wolves and all of a sudden the while football fans goes crazy and saying Arsenal has lost the league.  They are still top of the table for crying out loud and they are 5 points ahead. It's disappointing that they drew to Wolves,  but that's not the end of the season. Manchester City has not even played their match. even if they win against Newcastle,  which we all know it's not certain,  it's still going to be 2 points gap. To be sincere i strongly believe that Arsenal will still win the EPL this season, because I .am confident that Manchester City will still drop points and Arsenal remain the strongest and most consistent team in the Premier League this season.
What do you expect fans that are disappointed with arsenal performance to say, so they should be happy and be smiling, can you remember how many points arsenal was toping with earlier before this time, with their parent performance as an arsenal fans even if we know that football outcomes are very confusing sometimes, are you very confident that Arsenal will still win the English premier League title, fans must complain is their right especially when the team they are supporting refuse to be impressive, so their hope is for Manchester city to lose right? Why will they depend on other teams failure, they had the opportunity to gap every team in the English premier League by far, what you heard from fans is as s result of them not believing in arsenal and I think they should not be blamed for anything.

Entering its 6 year and still trophyless, Arsenal would surely have sacked their manager if that had happened at any other club. Regardless of their consistent runner-up performances, a lack of silverware is often considered a failure. However I don't see Arteta receiving any warning from Arsenal hierarchy. It's unclear what they're trying to do, as Arteta has wasted so much time and opportunities over the past five years, so this should be his last season.
