Watching this Everton - Manchester United already is hinting to be a low scoring game.. from the temple that has been set I think we shall be lucky to see more than 2 goals this evening, but a United win is highly favoured especially that they are chasing European football ⚽ which they have been missing participation for the longest time and Chelsea is a position above that they will leapfrog with a win today.

The match is about to end and Manchester United is 1-0 ahead of Everton, they can no longer score more goals because Everton has a game that can keep up with Manchester United, this is a match that has low goals, only 1 single goal in the match that we can see, before I thought at least Manchester United could score 3 goals while Everton 1 Goal it was not that easy in this match, the defense owned by Everton is very strong which makes Bruno and others difficult to attack.

Manchester United's performance in this match was not very good because apart from a lot of individual mistakes, the cohesiveness that is still not established and their rhythm is not very clear, making it difficult for them to gain momentum but 1 goal is very good and they just need to maintain this until the end.

Benjamin Sesko the power sub delivers Carrick's team again tonight as Manchester United continues their unbeaten run in the premier League. Cunha delivered the excellent pass to Mbeumo who's assist to Sesko was more beautiful than the goal and that's what you get when your team is over pressing like Everton did in the second half leaving behind defensive loopholes that was fast exploited by Manchester United. They now seat comfortably in the 4th position, only 3 points behind Aston Villa.

Top teams won this week. Manchester United also won and solidified their position in 4th place. The Everton match was tough, but Sesko came to the rescue. If Manchester United keep this up, Carrick might sign a permanent contract. They've won every game since Amorim left, except for last week's draw against West Ham. It's been quite an impressive start but the important thing of course is to maintain consistency.

Yeah mate a well deserved victory, when rival fans and even some plastic fans thought United would draw or lose to Everton, i saw my team grabbing the whole 3 points and reclaiming the top 4 spot. Although I didn't expect the match to be this tough but I appreciate the effort of players like Dalot, Amad, Mbeumo, Sesko and most especially Lammes cause his saves helped Manchester United to seal the victory. Carrick still have lots of works to do concerning teams that play low blocks, he also have to start trusting Sesko over Mbeumo against low block teams since he's rescued us twice. GGMU ❤️

And I will like you to answer two to three questions for me, first question how many goals did your club score in their last match? Second question, are you more interested in goals or in  winning your matches to  count your three points?  last question, is it that, you are pained because Manchester United is back to their fourth place in the premier League table?

Normally everton played very well in this match, and their defends was very difficult for Manchester United players to break, but even as that we achieved one goal and they achieved non. What is more important now is winning your matches to count your Three points, because at the end of this season premier League tournament, the club with the highest points win's the premier League title and not the club that scored the highest goals, so try and relate.

You know how to read a match by the tempo of it and as you predicted the match it was a lone goal for Manchester united onto victory, a slight win that was narrow and important for United fans to see their club climb the top four spot again.

Manchester united is gradually cementing their place to the european champions league league next year and the hopes are higher than when the Everton match was to kick start.

The last time Manchester united participated in the champions league they were knocked out from the group stage,  it was one of their poorest showing in that competition but this time with their performance elevated by M. Carrick they may go farther in the competition should they qualify for it next year.

Ever since Michael Carrick came onboard, even though it's for an interim basis, it has really changed the trajectory for the Red Devils. I was one of those persons that was complaining about Sesko's impact not been felt, but I now see that a player sometimes needs time to properly integrate, and Sesko has shown that. Everton were really tough even for the first, at some point I felt Amad and Hernandez weren't in the game that much, the way I was looking at both teams play, it was tilting towards a draw, good a thing Sesko came to the rescue.

I'm truly impressed with the new Manchester United I see now, Everton is kind of a headache for most top clubs, and yes they also where in this match as well, but since When Manchester United change coach they always find a way to win every match, if they get too strong it's ends in draw.
This is to show you how well a coach can impact in the performance of a club, even now most clubs that you think are not performing well all they need is a change of coach and you will see how impressive their performance can be win a good coach willing to work with them

You make me laugh, plastic fans? Very funny right there, well this game I expected it to be this way for Everton to fight like they are playing a finals, Manchester United were aware of the danger they'd face if they underestimate Everton tonight and it played out well for the Red Devils. This game helped them move 3pt ahead of the Blues but next week will decide if Chelsea can beat their opponent (Arsenal) and move back to the top 4. But for now Manchester United are going to enjoy being in the top 4 for now after all what Amorim could not do Carrick can.

A tough win, but a win nonetheless. Manchester United continues its winning streak. The Aston Villa match in a few weeks will be very important if they win, they could take third place. They have two matches before that if they continue winning those games, they might even overtake Aston Villa sooner. Manager Carrick has proven himself in my opinion, he's the best manager we've had in the last 4-5 years.

Man u were seriously under pressure late in the game Evertonwas being like a pest that refused to let anything go pass them and were pressing hard to have somethingin the game too, but as usuall the red devils stayed well compacted and they defended with passion till the final minute. They are now displaying the qualities of a good team.

Michael Carrick's unbeaten run continues as he led Man United to another win. 1-0 might seem like a minimal win, but Everton is always a tough challenge at their own turf.
This win allowed United to jump back into 4th place at the expense of Chelsea, who failed to win against 17th Burnley at home. And since Aston Villa also lost some points by drawing against Leeds, Man United are getting closer to the 3rd place. They are only 3 points behind.

As for the north London derby, I expected a bit more from Tottenham, but I guess they are currently simply not on the same level. Another London derby is coming up next week, when Arsenal will take on Chelsea. I think Chelsea will be a much tougher opponent than Tottenham.

In honesty Everton are not only stubborn against all other clubs like that only but they are super competitive and stubborn against Manchester United. Of recent I have notice that regardless the how good Manchester United plays football they usually find it hard at Goodison park so coming to this game most especially it been a mid week Kind of game I was wary for Manchester United because these are games that they go ahead to drop points. Last meeting between this two saw Manchester United lose to a 10 men Everton at Old Trafford, this how this Everyon have been causing Manchester United problems for long.

When Carrick took the job I was so sure that the biggest challenges wouldn’t be coming from winning against top sides like the traditional big six but would be coming from getting full match point against less quality team compared to them like Everton and this is because Manchester United usually find it hard to break down teams that plays low block football like this Everton and that’s why even the result was a narrow win too today

We have to look at Manchester United from a different angle now, they are not the weak or unstable team they used to be. After Mitchell Carrick joined the team, the team is trying to do something great. Although it has been late this season, there may be something good waiting for them in the upcoming season. They are unbeaten in their last 6 matches, with only one draw.

The match against Everton was very difficult, yet we saw Manchester United perform in a way that can be seen among the big teams. I don't know if it is too early or not, but the team is trying to gain the trust of the fans under Carrick and they are almost successful in their efforts. Now their performance and results are stable.

Manchester united won 1-0 and by a good performance. This would be everton first game against manchester united since michael carrick became coach. The game was exciting since the both team had now lost against each other at their homes. Manchester united previouly lost 1-0 to everton at old trafford  this game.everton were the host team yet manchester united still won them 0-1. Manchester united has overtaken chelsea to the fourth place in the table after securing a successful three points against everto

The pass from Cunha to Mbeumo and then to Sesko was wonderful. Everton did all they can to punish Manchester during the first half but all of that failed with that good pass and runs from Sesko. Next game they will host Crystal Palace,  they should not relent because Chelsea will be facing a difficult side Arsenal who can definitely beat them up properly. Thank you to the appointment of Carrick, it makes great sense.
