I'm happy for Tottenham about this deal. De Zerbi isn't unfamiliar with the PL as you know. But he is taking over a wreck right now.

He has a really difficult job to do in such a short time period first. There are only 7 weeks left in the season. 

If he manages to keep Tottenham secure from relegation then I believe next season will be much better with him.

A wreck could turn genius in the space of 7 days. I'm also excited he could land this deal, now lets see if he brings Mason Greenwood back to the Premier League in the future.

They have quality set of players within the dressing room and squad, just a philosophy lacking to engineer themselves back up and also win games.  He has as well decided to remain if they get relegated. He has shown believe he could come out of the red zones to these players indirectly, they'll kill for him within the next seven (7) fixtures.

I have always said it that Tottenham has the quality of players to challenge for European competition in the premier league, so seeing them battling for relegation is just unbelievable. De Zerbi is a good coach and let hope he can get Tottenham out of This deep shit they are in. I know the goal for him now is to try and escape relegation this season then next season they will at least try and challenge for an European football.

Who would have believed that Tottenham would be battling to avoid relegation considering the qualities of players they brought in during the summer transfer. Well a lot of people tend to believe that the problem at Tottenham is internal problem and a lot need to be fixed internally. Well let see how De Zerbi ends the season with Tottenham.

I think no body can believe it if told last season that Tottenham will be battling relegation this season this was the last thing i was expecting from a club like Tottenham, i can't still tell what happens to them anyway but this will take them consistent winning till the end before they can get there self out if this mess, the only way Tottenham can escape this is if they are losing west Ham is also losing because they are just 1 point above west Ham.

It's obvious that he may have very hard time keeping him as the coach, we are talking about something that will take a while for them to get better at this, it is not going to be easy at all and we could definitely see situations change all the time, it is not going to be easy at all.

Obviously it is not an easy thing to do, but it's also not an impossible thing to do neither, it can be done, we just need to give Zerbi some time to fix the team but the problem is that they do not have any time left at all, there are just few games left in the season so he has to get some wins to keep the team afloat. Here in this situation a lot of work is on the players as well, because Zerbi can't do much himself this quicky, players have to play better.

This is a well deserved award for Mikel Arteta,  because I think he was outstanding in the month of match. Talking about winning the premier league, I think Arsenal will definitely win it, because they have been very good all season and they deserve to win it. I also see them as the strongest and most consistent team in the premier league right now, so I am expecting them to be crowned champion in May.

He did well but failed to secure the bigger reward which was the Carabao cup, there is no way for a team that play well from the beginning and reach final and later loss to rival team in the Premier league, there is nothing palatable about the outcome but regardless we are going to celebrate them with their small achievement, let's hop they do the same in April so they can give more gaps to Manchester City if they refused to turned well with the rest of the matches.

They have FA cup match tomorrow with Southampton but there remorse about some players not feeling too well, almost the dependable players are injured but we can't say yet until we see those who are fits and around tomorrow because after the FA match, their next match is against Sporting CP in the Premier league. There is good chance that Arsenal will advance very well from any upcoming matches if their starting players doesn't becomes their barrier.

Personally I expect them to relegate, they have not been able to win a game in their last 14 matches in the EPL. The quality of players they have isn't the issue here it's the management tactics. Their next 4 matches will be a strong determinant of their fate in the premier league. At least they will see an opportunity to shine in the EFL for one season before returning to the premier if they make it to the top 3. De Zerbi has little or nothing to do for Spurs this season they just have to dance to the lyrics of the simbal set before them. It's just fate that they have to relegate regardless.

The case of Tottenham is just one of the worst situations we can see because these guys started very well, and now this is exactly what should happen because they are just one step away from relegation, and now their last game against Nottingham Forest is just surprising because they were defeated, and Tottenham could not score a single goal, which is the problem. And this is crazy because after playing 14 games and then not being able to win a single one, there is a big problem.

And they have a serious management problem, and they should have solved all this even before the season started because they have good players, but the coaching is just not okay, and this is why and any mistake now, the next thing is going to be the relegation zone because there is nothing left for them to do, and their fans expected them to do better because they started the season with the intention that they were going to do better.

I don’t think Roberto De Zerbi can save Tottenham from relegation, and even if they do make it out of relegation battle, I’m pretty sure they will not be any better next season. From what I read, as part of De Zerbi contract, he’s been given full control of football decisions in the club. Kinda makes me wonder why the board didn’t think to do this with Ange before showing him the door.

I don't know whether De Zerbi have face a difficult situation like this before because this looks so difficult, right now you have a lot of work to do to prove to the management that he is perfect for the job, Tottenham has been suffering all this years and I don't really know how they can be able to get out from all this mess. Currently they are just a point away from relegation zone and they just have few matches to end this season and the intention of teams that are in relegation zone is to escape the Zone and now that Tottenham are just one point away from it, they will be a lot of competition between them, so right now De Zerbi just came to fight a battle which he need to win just to prove himself right for them management.

It's my opinion anyway and for now anyone could argue it since he just arrived and hasn't done anything significant yet as to be measured in relation to the target the club management would have offered him on delivering. And I think his first test would be taking Tottenham far off from the relegation zone base on performance with their remaining games of the season. It would be a delight to see Acerbi, as I hope, using his coaching expertise to bring Tottenham back to active competitiveness in the EPL next season.

They are trying but they are not succeeding but it is not certain how far they will be able to bring their position up in the Premier League at the end of this season. Since there is not much time left until the end of the season, I think they will not be able to keep their position in the top ten.

Why are you so certain that Tothenham will go on to relegation? The club is currently in the seventh position which is above the relegation zone. Roberto De Zerbi might turn things around. The club might be in a very bad shape but if they can win most of their remaining games, they will remain in the EPL next season.

It might be hard for the new coach to get the needed results since he has a very short time but nothing is impossible.  The Italian football manager has lots of experience that might help him in achieving the current goal of the club. Concluding that they will go on relegation is like saying that they don't have any chance meanwhile there are still more games to play

There is nothing that ain't possible in football, I have seen cases where a team gets motivated even in the last 5 five games of the season and won all five although I don't know if such case can still happen with Totetteham Hotspur because it would be too bad seeing a top team like them leave the premier League and go down to the lower league. Tottenham is a big team and I don't really know why the management allowed their situation to get this worse before taking drastic choices and changes.

Improving performance in 7 matches will be difficult but it doesn't mean it's impossible, remember how the case of Man Utd under Carick they immediately performed well in the first match after a series of unsatisfactory results at the hands of Amorim, this also applies to de Zerbi with Spurs, whether they fail to survive or not we will never know until they prove it in the rest of the match and luckily even though Spurs are in a tragic situation in the standings there are still two teams above them who are only 3 points apart and both are in poor form, this means their chance to survive in the premier league is still open.

Arteta deserves to win the Premier League Manager of the Month, because he has been very instrumental to the success of the Arsenal team, and I believe they had a very good performance with the Arsenal team, and they’ve been playing good and the deserves the accolades.

Congratulations to Arteta for winning the Manager of the Month and it’s a huge achievement for him, but the most important thing is for him to win the Premier League Title which would be well deserved.

Well deserved, for me he should be the manager of the season as well. We know Arsenal have not played the good football this but then they are getting results and that the main thing, if they should win the league I won’t be surprised. Right now they are in a very good position and now all they need to do now is try to a win all matches even though I know it will be difficult for them.

Since the beginning of season a lot of people have doubted them and have been saying they won’t take it to the finish line but I think this time around they would. They look like a more experienced team this season. Tor if there is any season Arsenal will win the league then definitely it going to be this season.

Believe it or not, I think it’s going to happen this season. Let them go to the championship and fight their way back to the premier league if they can. The board realise how much of a mess they are in, and decided to give up their authority to a new manager, one could argue that they did that because they are sure of getting relegated and had to find someone to take the blame off their hands.

Tottenham had  31 games to spin their chances out of the relegation zone, yet they ruined every opportunity, our wishes can't help them escape were they are, if they don't fix it using the last 7 games let, the race is not over for them, but they will keep hanging on a thin line, any more chaos and they finally end up relegated.
