I still maintain that Iraola is a decent manager and can because a better manager and also improve Liverpool,  because I think his style of play suits Liverpool,  but I don't expect him to win the premier league in his first season in charge of the club, although I am not saying it's not possible, because in football everything is possible, but I think the chances are very slim. I think the club don't have to mount too much pressure on him, so he might come out good with time.
Iraola is a typical coach who implements a system that fits Liverpool DNA. Last season I saw how Bournemouth played, they implemented a pressing strategy and high intensity, fast transitions, the wings were also active. Philosophically, he has a strong chemistry with Liverpool, not a coach who comes in and completely overhauls the club's identity. In my opinion, the management should not put too much pressure on Iraola to win trophies in his first season, because I'm worried that it will repeat what happened to the previous coach, who was good at the start but then faced pressure and finally the club's performance began to fall apart in his second season. Now the important thing for Liverpool is to enjoy the process. If they succeed in winning a trophy, it will be a bonus from the cooperation between the players and the coach.

In a team like Liverpool that is used to winning trophies consistently, pressure will always be there on any manager that is in charge of the club because the fans expectations will always be high, even though the hierarchy doesn't have such expectations yet, but I believe that if he fails to deliver or his Liverpool team fails to show promise, he will be sacked.

Iraola is definitely a good coach, and I believe that he will be a success at  Liverpool if he is given enough time to work and authority over this Liverpool squad, because with all that being available, he will be able to work without disruption.

There will always be expectations in any coach because the fans base wants consistency and their desire is that their team win any trophy they could win, that's one thing that gives any fan joy, that their team are consistent and have what it takes to win trophies. So in Liverpool this coming season, it won't be different, the manager must deliver, even though it also depends on how well the players support his philosophy and the management backs him

Every coach of course needs a process to develop the team's performance, but this will not be easy for Iraola because at Liverpool of course there is different pressure compared to his previous teams regardless of the achievements that Iraola was able to carve out, but we also have to remember that the targets and pressures of being a coach of a team as big as Liverpool will of course be different, especially since Liverpool's management of course sets a target to be able to win the title, so that will be a burden for Iraola and no one can guarantee that Iraola will be able to withstand that pressure.

Exactly. He needs to understand Liverpool is not Bournemouth, and Liverpool are not that patient for long term improvement. If they don’t see a reasonable improvement, they will easily sack him. It will not be an easy task for Iraola because Liverpool's performance has dropped massively, and they are expecting him to revive the team back to its previous state, or even more than the previous state. So, I hope Iraola finds a better way to achieve success, not short term."

Iraola is a coach without major achievements, he has worked with mid-table teams, so we shouldn't expect him to accomplish anything extraordinary. Personally, I am very skeptical about this choice of manager, it seems to me that Liverpool could have made a much better decision, especially considering their ambitions and the huge sums they spend on transfers. If they are willing to buy the best players, then the manager should also be the best one they can afford.

Iraola may be a good  manager. But he doesn't have enough experience. Managing a big club like liverpool. It will be very  difficult for an inexperienced manager. Iraola was previously the manager of Rayo vallecano and Bournemouth. With the help of Iraola, we have seen some good matches from these two teams. Even Rayo vallecano team was able to beat big  teams like Barcelona and madrid. Perhaps  these are the reasons why Liverpool management  made Iraola their manager.

Iraola understands the pressure of becoming Liverpool coach after the failure of Arne Slot. The departure of Salah has also affected the team, because I believe Salah would have been an important team player for Iraola. Nevertheless, Iraola will have to work with the players at hand and also with the player that is yet to be signed this summer. Iraola, with Bournemouth, showed how Liverpool played back in the day. Liverpool is that team that sohecate oppnente, press them high, and score counterattacks easily.

We shouldn't be looking at this situation between the club and the managers just in one direction.

Remember that before the manager is offered a managerial job, there's a contract agreement between the club and the coach, and if you as the manager fail to deliver on your words, because the manager must have promised the club how they're going to turn everything around maybe within their first or two seasons of their job before he's given the job, and you know the club is in business, the club is spending money paying the manager and the entire players and management team, you get to be pressured, and that pressure is what fires up some coaches into action to step up their games.

That is why Liverpool's height is in front of us and that is why they improve themselves in some matches and later start playing with their poor performance. Liverpool's management should pay full attention to this coach because it is so important for Liverpool to play well in the future and make the title successful. He did not succeed there either and he did not prove to be a good coach in Liverpool either. This time if he cannot give Liverpool a good position then I think they can also terminate his contract with him because Liverpool is not a team that invests a lot of money so it is important for them to get a good result. He has not been able to compete with them completely or sometimes the performance of strong teams in matches comes under pressure and decreases so otherwise this season will be in front of us how Liverpool plays.

Michael Carrick is now having enough challenges he could be needed to focus on the Premier League because this will be better for him and the team. If they are able to keep consistency and rhythm like last season, this will give them good success and a chance of having another successive end.

The Champions League is also important, but giving priority to the Premier League will be good because an increase in team depth and confidence always gives improvement. The load is surely going to be increased, and they can also manage this because they are having a good squad, and they are also increasing their strength for the coming season. Bench power will always be important.
If you ask me, he should not really focus on anything other than premier league. At UCL it would be enough if they are just top 24, and there are so many bad teams there that reaching 24th is not really that hard for them, would require like 3 wins out of 8 games, and considering 2 of them would be against very small teams, I think it is very possible to get like 9 points, which might be enough, if not, maybe like another draw somewhere, it's a very big possibility.

This is why top 24 at UCL and top 4 in EPL would be enough, nobody cares about anything else.

With that performance last season there are not expectations about Michael Carrick, and winning trophies is now part of it. After getting Manchester United a champions league football next season, that is not enough anymore, the club have always been know for winning trophies, so getting a champions for the following season and just participating in the champions league will be considered a failed season from him.

At least we need to start seeing the club in cup finals and even winning them possibly. For me I think n getting a champions league football again, at least reaching the quarter finals in the champions league and also winning a league cup will be a good season from him.

Iraola has made a statement on the future replacement for Salah. He has said that they are working on the transfer and they will sign a name who will probably have different skills than him.

But finding a name who can perform near his level won't be easy for sure! I hope Iraola uses his time well and finds the right player for the position.

He will probably make some changes in the team at the same time. They need to have a more solid teamwork that's for sure.

And that is how it is suppose to be because the fans are the ones that are going to analyze if the coach is going to well or not because some time the management don't have a choice than to bow to the pressure of the fans because the fans wants consistency and the moment they are not getting it then it becomes what they won't take and they start pressuring the management and without fans there won't be football because and the talent wont be relevant and that is why in most cases they will just have to bow to the pressure of the fans.

And the case of Liverpool I don't even know what to say because Liverpool case is different and we expect them to in improve this season because most of this club no matter the kind of change they under go they will never change there performance will not even change and that is what I don't pray it happens to Liverpool because even Salah have gone cold and it is the way we are expecting this season will go it might more.

Sure, Liverpool fans expectations will be high for their next manager. This is not his previous club where the fans would be happy without them qualifying for the Champions League. The fans will expect the new manager to compete for the Premier League and the Champions League, because they has the strength to fight for every title with their current squad.

It will be great if Liverpool make a replacement in their right wing. Since Salah leave the club, they should make another great signing in order to stay fit in every position next season. Though Salah was not at his best form last season, it wasn’t the Salah we were watching for the last few seasons. Salah is going to make a good signing who is much younger than him for a long term contract. Let’s see who they are going to sign for next season project.

Iraola is a good  coach but he lacks experience. And that is why he may face problems at liverpool. When there are so many star  players in the squad , it is naturally difficult to control them. Iraola will be under some pressure, that is for sure.

If Liverpool did not qualify for the champions league next season, it would  have been a little easier for Iraola to keep Liverpool's performance stable. But liverpool will play on every platform next season. I  am not expecting much from Iraola next season. I will be satisfied  as long as liverpool's performance is  stable and the team is in the top  3 of the table.

That’s why I’m wondering what prompted Iraola to say that. After all, he’s already bragging before anything has even happened. Yet his job at Liverpool is extremely demanding. Liverpool is a major club, unlike Bournemouth, which doesn’t expect its coach to win a title every season. I imagine that if Iraola’s comments don’t match up with reality in the early matches of the season, he’ll face harsh criticism from Liverpool fans.
He's overconfident, not realizing that he lacks experience as a coach. His comments seem to boost his popularity, even though we all know that Liverpool is a popular team competing for titles. That's one of the pressures that always makes it difficult for a coach to lead a team to success; even a more experienced coach wouldn't be able to do it under that much pressure.

I think he's positioned himself on the edge of a cliff. When he fails midway through the season, many will criticize him.
Yes, I imagine Iraola’s comments have put him in a difficult position. He doesn’t realize that Liverpool is a major club, and any coach there is always under immense pressure, not only to perform well, but also to win titles. Now he has to back up his words. If not, Iraola had better be prepared for the possibility that he might only last one season at Liverpool if his performance is poor.

Iraola is not someone we thought they would sign and same as Arne Slot, both lacks the reputation and experience to go to a top club but we saw that Arne Slot did well at first season and fell in the second season.

Iraola won't be judged with just a season except he does pretty terrible for him to be sacked but still I'm going to give him a benefit of doubt seeing how well he did woth Bournemouth, there was growth under him.

That is what I also expected from Liverpool for them to get a ce back they should bring someone that is more experience that way it will boost the performance of the of Liverpool because they performed poorly last season and I expected a better performance from them and see what they gave us last season it was a disaster for Liverpool but they will not repeat the same thing next season and let wait and see if there new coach is capable to handle the club because Management matters when there is no good management then there won't be difference with last season and next season and the worst that will happen again ia for them to sack there coach because the fans we want results.
