Arsenal did very well in today’s match, I actually expected them to win this match and they did. With the way Arsenal played today’s match other teams in the premier league should be very scared of Arsenal, with what I’m seeing in Arsenal they can end up winning the premier league trophy next season with alot of point gap. I can’t wait for next season to fully start, I believe Arsenal will win next season premier league.

Arsenal's squad included 16-year-old Dowman. He scored a goal and provided an assist against Girona. I think he'll be a reserve player for Arsenal. We all know Mikel Arteta's support for young players. Perhaps Arsenal will produce a new star. Also, several other good transfers are on the way. Tzolis seems poised for great success at Arsenal this year. Overall, they presented a positive image.

Real Madrid sold Gonzalo to Fulham for a transfer fee of 70 million euros.
While 70 million euros isn't an enormous sum for Premier League clubs, I don't think Fulham is the right team for Gonzalo.
Fulham isn't a team with high ambitions in the Premier League; for as long as I can remember, they have always been fighting to avoid relegation as the season draws to a close.
I hope Gonzalo changes this fate for Fulham and helps the London club become a team that competes at the top of the table.

I don’t agree with this… Gonzalo Garcia is not bigger than Fulham and for what it’s worth, 70million is even a big amount for such a player, Real Madrid just made loads of him.

Fulham has always been a competitive team, you can say mid table team and only few times have they struggled at the relegation zone. They already have other good players, Gonzalo is just another addition. I just hope he performs well with the hype he’s getting.

Gonzalo Garcia is a good player but bigger than Fulham is not ideal to mention. I think that statement is a disgrace for Fulham because he only has a few trophies to his name one league title and UEFA champions league title. Asides that I don't see any that justify he is bigger than Fulham. Playing Real Madrid doesn't automatically make you bigger, what makes a player bigger is the impact they have in the team and I wouldn't say Garcia is at the level he is bigger than Fulham. With the way transfers are made currently I think 70 million is fair judging he is from Madrid and showed some prospect when given the chance. Performing well in Spain is far different from England so it's a different challenge for Garcia, I hope he adapts well and doesn't disappoint.

This is the same problem Real Madrid is facing with Vinicius, if eventually he don’t sign a new contract, Real Madrid will be forced to sell to Arsenal. PSG needs to know that when a players has less than 3 years on his time contract, his values become more dip and teams won’t be willing to pay much to get the player.

Liverpool on the other hand are also in need of the player currently, the lost Salah and they are really looking for a player that will possibly replace him. Sooner or later, solution will be found.

I have never see any sign from Real Madrid that they are going to renewed Vinicius contract, and that’s why I’m hope for Arsenal to be succeed of signing Vinicius to make their equation balance. Because am sure of they final get Vinicius as their winger that they where lack off all this while, next season will be a smooth one for Arsenal.

During the World Cup tournament a lots of teams was busy signing a better players, I don’t know what Liverpool are still waiting for up to now that they haven’t get the right players to sign, and the season is about to start is like they want what happened to them last season to repeat again this season.

Liam Delap was really good at Ipswich,  but failed to replicate his form when Chelsea signed him. It really a big mistake on Chelsea side, because I don't think he is ready to make the big move.

He is the worst signing that Chelsea made last season, since he joined Chelsea, his performance has just been so terrible, he hasn’t played anything special since he joined Chelsea, and I don’t think it’s of any use for Chelsea to keep him. Delap played poorly even in pre season match that Chelsea played, if he can’t perform well against a weak teams, then when is he going to perform well? Chelsea should just sell him, and I don’t even think his performance is going to improve.

I really think he should move to a smaller team and he might just find his feet again.

Maybe the pressure at Chelsea is just too much for him which is what’s affecting him. Chelsea should just sell him to any club thats interested in him, and I don’t even think any big club will be interested in him, so am sure any club that will come for him will be lower than Chelsea.

Well arsenal did well today, but then we all expected the current premier league champions to beat Girona. Arsenal were in total control from the very beginning of the game. Most of the first team players were not even available in this game, but they really did good.

I’m really impressed by both Dowman and Tzolis, both players really played well, they caused a lot of problems for the opposition defenders. I don’t know if it just me but I saw some chemistry between both players. Arsenal right now is one of the most balanced team in the premier league. I won’t be surprised if I see them winning the premier league for the second time in a row.

I was jokingly telling a friend of mine in the past that delap should not only be sold off, but he should also be arrested because he is a big fraud. I agree with you that he is the worst player Chelsea bought last season, and with the options in Chelsea's attack this season, their is no way he is going to have playing time, consider how poor he has been, since he was signed.
Danny welbeck, Nicholas Jackson and Joao Pedro are way better and can lead the club to glory, so his service will not be needed, because going out on loan or being sold off might be his only fate at Chelsea this summer.

Not so much has changed under Artheta, yes Arsenal is doing well but i won’t say they are completely stable as a team judging from their last season performance, Arsenal had every chance of winning both the Premier league and Champions league but lost the Champions league even after having an early lead, they nearly almost lost the Premier league after having more than 10points gap, if not that Man city was at a very bad form last season Arsenal would have also lost the premier league, so to me a lot of work still needs to be done in the Arsenal team, first Artheta should boost the teams mindset from just playing stylish football to a trophy based mentality so that they won’t panic when they are close to winning a trophy. Arsenal have always been playing tiki-taka football right from the time of Arsenal Winger so their game play is not what we should use to judge that Artheta is doing well instead they should win trophies.

In addition to the young players Arteta fielded, there was one player who had just joined Arsenal and was played by Arteta in the friendly match against Girona. He plays goalkeeper and previously played for Leeds; his name is Illan Meslier.
I really like this French goalkeeper, and he’s the reason I follow Leeds. If Arteta puts his trust in him, I believe Arsenal will once again find a great goalkeeper who will become a future star for the club.

Take away the fact that this was a friendly game, but what I saw in this Manchester United team, I was convinced that they can challenge for the English premier league title next season. Michael Carrick has greatly improved this Manchester United team, and I believe that they are going to be the team in the the best position to fight arsenal for the title. The likes of Manchester City, Chelsea and Liverpool are all having a new manager, so it's going to take some time for their players to understand how to execute their patterns, so arsenal and Manchester United under Micheal Carrick are the best team for the title, since they have managerial stability than the rest, that are just coming.

If they hadn't been able to win I think this conversation would have been heading in a very different direction then it is now, all the same, they won because they played well enough to win, Atlatico's force actually fell after the first goal, a misplaced feeling of having already won was what lead to them losing, Manchester United seems to have started the new season quite well, they should keep up the pressure.

The fact that a suppose pretty mid team could spend such amount for a player shows how competitive tge EPL can be and this is why we cam see that they have been dominating Europe in recent seasons. .

One classic thing about the EPL and which has really uphold it's high competitiveness of the league is how all the teams focused on equipping more their squad than just selling. Manchester united has not still changed this habit of conceding goal first in most of there match, Michael Carrick should work on that because there are teams that has good defense and once they score first they will seal off everywhere, Arsenal is an example of such team with a strong defense. Manchester United have started with good performances since last season, and that has shown that they are ready to chase the league title next season. Carrick has built the team well, and I don’t have any doubt about Manchester United anymore, because the team is strong and can face any club in all the competitions.

I don’t take the pre-season matches serious, because not all players can show their talent as in a league match. We all know that Manchester United are much stronger and have key players than Atletico Madrid. We won’t see Manchester United’s performance very well now until they start the new season.

It was just a friendly, and Atletico's lineup was far from optimal, so it's certainly good that Manchester United won, but I don't think the result should be taken too seriously. I think if it had been an official match, Semione would have approached it more seriously. By the way, I see that Lammens didn't play, and he wasn't even on the bench or in the squad for this match. Is he okay, or is he still on vacation after the World Cup?

In as much as a lot of people don’t rate pre season I feel they do have impact on how a team will be in that season. Arsenal displayed a very dominant game yesterday and it was an expected one. They scored 4 and conceded one, when you look at how arsenal played yesterday you will see that there is so much chemistry and understanding between their players, even the new ones.

As for gambling on pre season, i do see it as a risk, because you never gan tell what lineup will be coming up, a team might end up filling the lineup with Academy players.

A m tougher opponents for Arsenal next just like you said, Girona is no match to them. Now let see if Betis can cause them few problems when they play next.

Preseason matches are very difficult to predict, so bookmakers sometimes offer confusing odds, and I think that's understandable, as there's no benchmark for preseason matches.
The same goes for Arsenal, but at least we have to believe that Arsenal's team will remain strong for next season. There haven't been any significant changes to the team, so I'm quite confident they'll stay the same and possibly even improve next season. I'm not looking at the preseason results, but the current squad is quite convincing.
