Last season’s results aren’t entirely relevant anymore. It’s possible that Carrick was able to beat Arsenal last season because Arteta hadn’t yet fully grasped the tactics Carrick employed. Manchester United was able to finish top 3 in the premier League table because of Michael Carrick. I believe this season there is more hope for Manchester United than last season.

The English Premier League is a very difficult league, in my opinion, one of the most competitive. So I wouldn’t be surprised if next season the champions were Liverpool, Manchester United, or City. I mean, it could be another team, but not Arsenal.

Because Arsenal managed to play more or less without any slumps last season. And I think they were only able to win the title because City had a bad season. But if Maresca manages the team well, he could bring them back to the title, I wouldn't rule that out either.

Take a look at the Manchester United current squad, if Carrick applies his tactics perfectly and make proper use of the players in the Manchester United present quard they could win that trophy.

Even if United had won gold last season, everyone would have doubted Carrick, because half a season means nothing. There have been many cases where a team has been came to life by a change of coach, but this has not resulted in a long-term effect. And you are too optimistic (although I am too haha) bookmakers rate United's chances of winning the title as 6+, even if this rating is wrong and even if United are the real favorites, their chances are unlikely to be higher than 30%. I'm keeping an eye on City now, it seems they're ready to blow up the market again and just buy a title.

Nah, I don't mean to equate Micheal carricks to Arteta. I know currently Arteta is one of the best Coach so far in premier league because he keep a good record for arsenal if not for the fact that he was being so unlucky to win the premier league, because I could remember how many times he almost win the premier league title but manchester city came from behind and then took the premier league title this has happened for like two seasons if I'm not mistaken, it was last season they put an end to whatever it is that has been stopping them from not wining the premier league title. Manchester United's momentum started to improve towards the end of last season. They found their right pace. Arsenal's defeat proved that Manchester United can play well. United have brought in some good players in the new season. The coach is going to mix experienced players with young players in the attack. Manchester United will combine the momentum of last season and the new signings of this season to give them a better game. But one thing that Manchester United currently lacks is the depth of the squad. Although there are skilled, experienced and talented players in the starting XI, the team's substitutes are not very deep. So I think the team will be stronger if they can bring in a few more experienced substitutes.

Arsenal dominates premier league with a high graded defensive tactic, last season the gunners conceded fewer goals than any other club in the premier league with 27 goals conceded and 19 clean sheets. Mastering how to defend his games is the best decision Arteta took for his club, this has continously helped the club grow much better. Saliba, and Gabriel are doing the best they could to secure Arsenal's backline. Since you'll hardly win against a team that makes it so difficult for oppositions to score goals, Arsenal stands as a formidable club this season, and Arteta has gone through more season in the premier league than most newly signed managers.

I like the believe people are having on Micheal Carrick and he's worth it, I really did a nice job last season and he deserved some accolades and I believe he's getting it, now the hope and trust now is massive, and deep down he will surprise people this season, though not everyone believes he will perform well this season, many believed it was all luck last season, but he actually had a good strategy which helped him to finish third in the league last season, and I believe he's doing more this season no doubt.

Arsenal is definitely one of the best team in the premier league right now, if not even the best. I think they are still the favorite to win the premier league in the upcoming season, because they are one if the strongest and also the most stable team right now, because their manager has been at the club for about 7 years now, while other teams just have a new manager and just starting their project. I believe this gives Arsenal and advantage over other top teams, although I still think the both Manchester clubs will do well in the upcoming season and can even spark a surprise,  but I still think Arsenal will win it.

I can tell you a lot that Arteta did wrong before he later got to win the league after trying to for several years. I feel he was attached to few players in the team and he initially thought only them could help him achieve his dream, but after realising that rotating squad will help, he changed and it did help the team. However he’s a fantastic coach but I don’t think I’ll like him as my coach to be honest. I don’t like a coach that stick to a single tactics and keep wasting time trying same thing for years. I’m very sure if he had not won it last season he must  have been sacked by now. The EPL trophy saved his job.

Michael Carrick had a wonderful half season with United last season and that’s all he has to his name, so much more to be proven before we can start putting him in conversations with Arteta.

You are right about this, Arsenal is a stable team now, where other teams have new players and new coaches, so it may take some time for the team to stabilize with new players and new coach's new strategy, and Arsenal is ahead in this regard. However, it must also be said that as a result, a team can also become stronger through new strategies and new players. So all in all, many teams have been formed in a new way, so a team can do well unexpectedly, so it is not possible to say before the league starts that any team is the favorite for the title. I agree that that's not comparison within their two,  Carrick is a coach of the biggest club in England and the management and fans are used to victory and trophies while Arsenal has no wining mentality as a club that's why they can be patient with Arteta, we can't be patient with Carrick if he doesn't perform well this season he will be kick out. We don't have time for excuse, Carrick has all it takes to win the league,  he will do better than Arteta in 6 years time, Arteta has met Carrick twice and lost in two of the encounter.

I'm curious because the level of professionalism in Michael Carrick is yet to be exhibited and Manchester United have qualified for top tournament. Next season is going is tough but Manchester United have brought in new faces and this players will contributes to the level of technicality in the team.

Mikel Arteta should be careful and not feel himself too much because there's more work to be done next season and he can not just dominate the English premier League easily, he has to face oppositions and become very advanced because it's going to be really challenging.

As a Manchester United fan I know that task ahead of the manager for next season and since his performance was good for the team last season he is expected to even do more now that had has some good players added to the team and the coming back of Marcus Rashford should also be a good thing cause he is experienced in the champions League which could boost the performance of the team.
