But even if it takes them some time, they will have to get into a better position overall in terms of performance, in terms of the team. Because it is really difficult to accept that the condition of a good quality team has become so weak.
This season marks man U's worst start since the last 40 years, Carrick let his guts down for a team that counted on him so much, I enjoyed to see him climb to the third position last season. This time? I don't think Man U as a team can make it work out again under Carrick.
The management of the club don't seem to agree in that regard, otherwise he should've been served his final notice yesterday. They still want to give him the benefit of doubt, but that comes with a big compromise because Carrick will not perform any type of black magic for the club at this position. 16th position is total ruin to the club and it can only take a stubborn manager that's not ready to play games, to bring them back to limelight.

8 games and the season is still very young, but it'll be funny to see man United relegate before Man City with all the financial rule reaches against them.

A lot people or should I say their fans have failed to realize that Manchester United has never been the same team since Sir Alex Ferguson left the club. I think they still see them self as a big team, they are a big team by name and based on their history,  but right now they are no longer at that point. I think Manchester United have to realize that they need to start rebuilding,  rather than just bringing in some average players and hoping that their reputation will play the game for them. I does not work that way, we all saw what Arsenal did when they brought in Arteta and they trusted the process and their was a process every season until they get to where they are now. I think Manchester United have to do the sane too and they will get back to where they used to be.

You can't compare the situation of Arsenal back then to what Man U is facing right now, because Arteta never faced public embarrassment from his players and that was why the process of rebuilding worked for him, but in the case of Man u, even the captain is publicly saying negative things about the coach during his post match interview, the same thing applies to other senior players like Lisandro Martinez and, just recently Harry Maguire, so that's just not a  tea ready to trust the process. They are falling apart and they want to break the entire table on everyone. Arteta had players that were ready to fight for him and that was what made the process become what it is today.

I agree with you, in Arsenal there was a high level of discipline among the players, the coach was prioritised by the management in Arsenal than in Manchester United. Arsenal knew they were on a rebuilding state, they supported the coach with whatever he needed, they were losing continuously but that didn't bother the management, the fans were supportive of him, a larger number of them in that period, Arsenal is reaping the fruit of their labour, they have a stable that are title contenders. Manchester United doesn't have the kind of patience and loyalty shown by Arsenal to the manager when he started. Manchester United have been turning on circles for over ten years, why not settle down to support Carrick, give him what's needed for him to rebuild the team, I so much believe in him. Carrick is part of Manchester United, the fans can't claim to love the team more than him that has been part of the club for long.

I think so too, because it is difficult to find a permanent solution to the problems that Manchester United are trying to solve by changing managers repeatedly.
Manchester United changing manager won’t solve their problem if I will be honest, changing manager frequently will even make things worst because it’s going to be destabilizing the team always. Every manager will always come with their strategy which will always affect the team.  Manchester United performance was good last season after Carrick joined Manchester United, their performance dropped this season which I don’t know the cause, but I don’t think the problem is from Carrick, the players should be blamed also, and the management.

With the way Carrick started at Manchester United, I think it’s better he is given more time, he is the kind of coach which I believe will be able to fix Manchester United even if it’s going to take some time. If Manchester United sign another coach, I don’t think anything is going to change.

I am very surprised to see Manchester United in 16th place this year; given their strong performance last season, I expected them to at least finish among the top six. However, looking at where things stand now, it’s clear that Manchester United has had a dismal start to the season a trend that was already apparent early on, against Hull City’s poor beginning. One has to wonder will they continue like this until the end of the season? If things keep going this way, we might even find ourselves discussing the possibility of them being relegated.

I agree with you. Changing of Manager everytime doesn't always solve the problem. But to me , I don't think I would want a manager like Carrick to stay long in my club due to his lack of experience.  I will instead hire a competent, proven manager to build the team from scratch.  We saw what Klopp did to Liverpool, Pep guardiola to Manchester City , Enriques Psg and in la liga Hansi flicks Barcelona.  These top managers with experiences are knowledgeable with tactics.  I don't think Carrick can build this team if given more time. That last season performance was a fluke , I always tell my guys about this. If he had started with Manchester United last season , he would still be in this same position.  You cant hand over a big team to an inexperienced manager.

This becomes an issue when the root of the problem cannot be solved, what are the chances if the clubs breaks their necks and get top notch players with unprecedented prices and they still play trash ? That's also a factor, let's not forget that Tottenham for the last 3 seasons have been getting players money can afford for their project, changing coaches when they need to and still they are not top 6, they even almost got relegated, so it's a hard find.

Manchester United is actually a failed club gone are does days that they are called the red devil and now they have lost all that because there previous games is nothing to write home about and they seriously need to improve, especially from the players because if all this was from the coaching by now they would have been performing better than what they are doing no wonder they have refused to grow and last season and seems thy still want to give there coach more chances to see if anything will change, and when arsenal brought arteta things did not just change immediately but it was not as bad as that of Manchester united.

Getting Micheal carrick sacked is the worst decision manchester united would make because all this problems that manchester united is facing is not actually his fault, the young man has tried his possible best to see if the players could seat up but no way. You don't expect a Coach to perform well in a team where players are very lazy there's no way it would work, it's a big challenge for Micheal carrick right now. Wish the board would see things the way we sees it and then leave Micheal carricks to continue his coaching job at the same time looking forward to bring in new players in the next transfer window.

Firing Carrick certainly won’t be the solution, as the root of their problems does not lie entirely with the manager , but rather with poor management, which has led to the team’s current poor form. So the solution is either to improve the management or to completely change the ownership, which means the Glazers must leave . Even if Man United were to sign the best manager in the world , as long as the Glazers are still there, that manager would suffer the same fate as the others.

If Manchester United were to have a new management team and a new strategy that might actually work , then they could consider looking for a truly experienced manager (if Carrick’s performance does not improve under the new management)

I think Man United management was too hasty at the start of the season to make Carrick the permanent coach. At that time many people already had doubts because to coach Manchester United which has a strong character you also need a coach with a strong character. Carrick did perform well since last season, but he was coaching without any burden or pressure because he was managing Man United as an interim coach after United fired Amorim.

The management of Man United should understand that when choosing a coach to lead a club with such a history and a lot of fans, they need to find a coach with a stable mentality who can handle pressure from fans and get through tough situations. What’s happening with Carrick right now is that he can’t handle that pressure and his mentality isn’t strong enough to coach a team as big as Man United. Eight games without a single win is clear proof that Carrick isn’t ready.

Matchday 8 has just over. Three team in top 5 have been defeated. City faced their first defeat of this season against Aston villa at home, even though city tried their absolute best for win.

Brighton vs Liverpool was most competitive match of this week. Liverpool managed to win that. Due to a strong opponent, they played very carefully. Brighton's players made numerous attack but they could not find the back of the net.

Most frustrating two  match were those of United and Chelsea. Blues lost against Tottenham, and Red Devils lost against Bournemouth. No possibility of improvement is visible in United's performance. Day by day, their performance is declining. Other hand, after winning two match, I witnessed poor performance from The Blues once again.
Of all the fixtures that was played over the weekend, none of the results were more shocking to me that Liverpool's victory against Brighton at Anfield. Of a truth, the Reds has a  squad with more quality than their hosts but third placed Brighton has been absolutely immense in this season. I was thinking they'll at least get a draw but somehow, Liverpool won without conceding a single goal. As it stands, I think Arsenal are still my favourites to win the EPL this season.

So you weren’t surprised that Tottenham who have been in crisis since the start of the season went to the bridge to beat Chelsea in a London derby? A fixture they haven’t won in since 2018? I was actually surprised but not that highly surprised because with Joao Pedro out I wasn’t confident on Chelsea because they have struggled very well when they play without the Brazilian and same repeated it self.

Another surprise for most people would be the Aston Villa vs Manchester City game with Villa who are also struggling winning against Manchester City who haven’t drop any point in any league matches this season. Although not so shocking because Aston Villa have good history of beating Manchester City even during Pep Guardiola era

Liverpool has gradually begun a recovery process. Their victory against Brighton was significant. Brighton had been getting the better of most teams in the league having even comfortably beaten Arsenal 3–0 but they were unable to produce anything against Liverpool and ultimately had to accept defeat. One must also consider the perspective of Brighton it’s fair to say that their growing confidence has taken a hit.

Liverpool are one of the best current elite team this season. They've shown their qualities and the new managerAndoni Iraola prove the fans and the board that's competent for managerial role. Today Liverpool have won games and have also dropped points. This is a club that if the Reds want to play good football, they will stand up and become more fierce. Liverpool will face Arsenal next and we know they will put in enough effort to ensure they get atleast one points.

I myself think that Manchester United has a huge number of fans. I also like that team as they has some of my favourite player . But this season, their inefficient performance and constant defeats have disappointed the audience. I do not expect a good performance from them this season. We consider Bournemouth as a relatively weak team. And they lost to this team by 3 goals. Such a situation can never be expected from Manchester United. Maybe they are not lucky this season. Manchester United is not able to move forward in any way. But even if it takes them some time, they will have to get into a better position overall in terms of performance, in terms of the team. Because it is really difficult to accept that the condition of a good quality team has become so weak.

Luck can give you one or two victories but in EPL there are 38 games that every club play in a season and you have to perform well in order to finish among top teams. Bournemouth victory over Man United by 3-0 indicates that Man United is not prepared to win against club of same level. I know Man United won't finish in relegation zone at the end of this season but still its not a good sign for a club to be at 16th position who finished third last season. Man United fans were expecting a good season but so far they are getting disappointment from their club.

8 games and the season is still very young, but it'll be funny to see man United relegate before Man City with all the financial rule reaches against them.
Carrick is probably turning out a bad hire for Manchester United, I don't think Man U will face relegation, it's too early to conclude on this basis. last season Amorim began so poorly, not as bad as this, but the team still found strength towards the end of the season. Man u wont fall back to the 3rd place anymore, I'm quite certain of this argument, the red devils is likely going to finish in the 10 -12th position range.

Liverpool has had a relatively strong start to the league season recording four wins three draws and one defeat the latter coming against Manchester City at Anfield. They currently sit in fourth place firmly establishing themselves among the Premier League Big Four. In the eighth round they secured a crucial victory at home against Brighton winning by a convincing 2-0 scoreline. This result is a significant morale booster as they prepare to host Arsenal next week in front of their own supporters. I am backing Liverpool I believe they will edge out a 1-0 win, given that both teams play a highly tactical game and are exceptionally strong defensively.
