        -   Your experience with the stakes OP is actually annoying, only the driver's license and passport are very valid documents compared to the bills which are irrelevant to his gambling. Those billings are the only ones that can be considered secondary.

So, from what I've seen, the stakes seem to be disappointing, as if they are the ones who are making a way to prevent you from withdrawing the money you want to withdraw from their platform. Actually, I've seen this kind of cistomer service on other platforms, it's not just a gambling site platform, instead it's a local wallet platform.

This is interesting.

Unless there's something we don't know regarding this case, it makes me second-guess Stake's practices. A reply from an official representative would be pretty nice.

The fact that they ask physical documents on top of what has already been provided is pretty absurd to me. I used to be a very active PrimeDice player and then Stake before all of the KYC stuff and everything worked very well. Just a while ago a thought crossed my mind whether or not I would even dare to make a deposit to Stake without having to worry about being forced to give documents.

You don't need these devious tactics to promote your casino. It could backfire!
Stake is a licensed casino and they are compelled to enforce kyc. It's not like they want to do it.. for fun. They are losing many users because of this but they don't have any other option.

This case of yours is quite Strange , because I have seen the stake.com thread and they reward their winners, 6 thousand dollars is a large amount but for this casino it is not so much, who knows why they do not give you quick Verification , maybe Maybe there is something that does not add up, in any case this is not a scam , because in a casino that for 6 Thousand Dollars would not throw a whole ´Problem like that, what I see that they are taking all this is because they need to verify that you are you, and it's not the casino , perhaps the requirements of the license is what means that they can't give you the money until they verify Everything and they don't believe that this is money laundering or something like that , I Don't see any other Reason.

KYC is not the problem. The problem is that it leads to these questionable situations. If what OP says is true, Stake is asking for much more than just regular KYC and is also not accepting the documents they have provided. Thus, in my eyes, withholding their funds for no reason.

There could be something we don't know why Stake is doing this but just based on what OP has said, it looks pretty bad. That is why it would be great if a Stake representative gave an update.

I promised myself I wouldn't think about this again but with the price of btc going up, its worth revisiting this thread as my locked amount is .21 BTC. Which equates to 13k USD.

A nice member here suggested I try a bank reference letter. I have gotten that , stamped by the bank although it doesn't have my address on it. The bank said they do not have templates with addresses. *mind exploding*.
So to accompany the bank reference letter, I also have a bank statement, with my address and also stamped by the bank and i also took a photo of me outside the bank.

Put it all in a file and sent to Stake.

Hopefully, Stake will accept your documents this time for the address verification. You should prepare yourself for the next step (source of funds verification) now. There is no option to create pressure on Stake team by any method to make this process easier for you. All you can do is to prepare the documents which they are requesting from you. I would like to suggest you to submit a complaint on CasinoGuru for having a better communication for the process. Another user had created a scam accusation here who was struggling with level 3 and level 4 verification of Stake. He was able to verify after trying for almost ~6 months. OP have you tried to engage any support staff available on the forum if at all we have some... because over 6months of chasing your money  is a lot of wasted time and no progress made, and just incase have you clarified with them what's stopping you from getting that level 3/4 verification because sometimes it could be a case of communication breakdown and it would be good to ask what is needed to get your verification done???

Oh my casino problem still haven't been solved yet as it's already almost a year since OP started this topic. At least they should have given some valid reason behind those "not accepted" thing. It shows how terrible & unprofessional their support system is. May be trying to get help from forum member representing stake can ease the process.

On the time that you would be making some registration now on Stake and would be tending to make out some deposit then you cant really be able to do such thing not after on the time that you would be sending out some documents on verifying it out on which it do really sucks or they had completely gone centralized or not really that much different into a fiat gambling casino.

Basing up into this kind of situation or condition in regarding on having issues which had made out some complying with those KYC thing but still the funds been holded up
then it would really be bringing out tons of questions on why they have done so? If ever its been complied then it should be released but we are actually

Personally, I think it's very absurd that Stake have refused to accept and verify this user and grant him access to his money for almost a year now, but on the other hand as well, I refuse to believe that op is doing everything right and Stake deliberately refused to accept the documents he provided for his account verification.

I want believe that stake must have told op the exact document they need him to submit so that they can verify him, did op submit the exact document?
Not here to defend Stake honestly, in fact, I am actually sad that stake has allowed this issue to linger on for this long, it is important they realize that this does not add to their good reputation, but rather subtracts from it.
May be op can try reaching out to the Stake campaign manager to see if there is any way she can help.

Given how difficult level 3 has been, I am absolutely dreading level 4 verification. Proof of source of income. Trying not to even think about that yet until I get past level 3.

It's absolutely inhuman and disheartening when I come across reputable and well trusted casino treating a customer like this, no matter the offense, personally, I would prefer that my account be closed and my fund forfeited, then I know 100 percent that I've been scammed, than for the casino to hold me to such ransom making me through all this unnecessary stress for something as easy as account verification.

The topic created by OP has already reached 10 pages; has this problem been solved by OP? I don't seem to have seen or noticed any of his answers to the comments of the members of this forum. Maybe it's been resolved; maybe that's why I didn't reply again.

But if you look at it, it's annoying if it's true that there are many documents that ask for the stakes from him. But the question is, for the users of the stakes platform casino who have been using it for a long time and play here to gamble, is this what you experienced at stakescom? I thought that Stake has a pretty good reputation, and they certainly do but I was not aware of the strict KYC measures that they have in place. I've definitely heard good things about using their services though, but I am definitely sad to see that Stake is giving this poor customer this hard of a time. OP I hope you get your funds back, don't give up the fight! Go higher up the chain, reach out the CEO on linkedin or send them an email ask them to make this right and do the right thing here.
