I was curious and tried to register just to ask around on their gambling site's chat but I can't seem to create an account(I even use VPN just in case my country black listed), it kept saying "promo code invalid" or "unsuccessful action". I wonder what's going on, someone on their ANN thread is saying that they owe their odds provider and have blocked them or probably switching to a new odds provider. it would be nice if they could make an announcement regarding this issue.

How much is the amount you withdraw from betnomi mate? Is it a large amount or just the right amount? or are most slot games no longer working? because I have never experienced playing betnomi so far.

If it has not been working could mean anything. So narrow your complain down to explain what response you are getting from them when you try to process your action. Or maybe they are having some issues that you need to confirm. Check on their thread to know if they have any issue

I just registered on Betnomi to gain access to the chat room and from the multiple comments from the user in the group complaining about delayed withdrawal and also that the support not working even though the domain is still active their services have been halted.
It's important to know that at this point betnomi is pulling out of business without prior notice to the players, so that is a big red flag.

You don't need to have to register an account there if only to access the chat room, you just click on the chat icon on their site then you will see it, judging by the problems in the ANN thread they also complain a lot about the same even in the chat room, I'm not very active playing on this site but this casino once had a signature campaign on this forum it was discontinued last april and this casino has also been in operation for a long time.

If indeed they have left this business they should ask all users to withdraw their money before this business is closed even though the site looks active, I'm sure people who put their trust and put their money there will be worried about long delayed withdrawals, luckily I never trying to put a lot of money on this site. I hope that the support team or part of them will quickly address each case and process the withdrawal.

how were you able to register? I kept trying earlier but I can't register, I kept getting either "promo code invalid or "unsuccessful action"(check the image below for reference). now I am really curious why I keep getting those messages.

Doesn't sound good. Hopefully nothing bad is on the way. It's been a while, they have invested a lot of money, time to build the community. So far, they have a decent fan base too. Even last UCL pool was sponsored by them, the bitcointalk community reward and in many other communities works they did in the past to bring the brand so far.

It’s definitely the case when your just a contractor for them on a program as it’s the case with campaign managers on the forum as it is in this case with Icopress, the information you get is is based on the amount of importance they place on the project you run for them and that explains the rather shabby response from there team. although your expected to know much than the forum users.

Still, Betnomi have got a name carved out for themselves on the forum and it would be a shame for them to end it on a bad note which am believing they won’t. In the time being, hope there customers take matters with them in a timely manner.

It's the same message for me as well now "Sorry we are down...", and this morning I played a few rounds of Farkle without any problems. I guess it's hard to be calm about this, especially if someone has some balance on the site, but I hope everything will be alright.

I don't think it's something serious, Betnomi is around for a long time, they probably have some problems and I guess we will see them online when they fix it.
