Whats happening with Betnomi?

For the main time everyone needs to avoid Betnomi to see if they're coming back again and rectify all the issues or be on the safer side by avoiding the casino because this may be a clear case of exit from the market,  just like a few members have mentioned in the comment it clear that the gambling industry is becoming a highly competitive one and at that, most of the casinos that lack liquidities could easily close their doors to business since there will not be able to meet up with the operational cost to keep the casino running.

It is normal that when such occurrences takes place, one would need to take caution so as not to fall victim of the situation. From the previous posts I have been reading I think there is possibility that they would return because they have promised to make processing pending withdrawals for members and also fix up things properly  even at then, the competition as you have mentioned is very high and  from the looks, seems they are out of ideas on how to restructure their organization hence the delay in activities. But it would be nice for them to hasten up with whatever they are doing so as to take their place and retain their position otherwise some other casinos with high competitive features will take their place and when that happens, they have lost it all as nobody would come their way anymore.

Transparency and communication is indeed the key to trust and  longevity in business when it has to do with organizations such as casinos and others that renders services of that nature. They really got it wrong at first trying to prevent their lapses from their clients forgetting that "internal wounds always finds it way out of the body for people to know".
Keeping the masses abreast of developments helps in easing the possible or potential  out burst as expected even if it occurs, it would not be that disasterous to cause havock in such organization as the case may be.
I have no doubt if truly their promoter manager gets a tag because nobody would be happy at such situations that your funds are being held by a casino which the public already beginning to accuse of exit scam.

Forum is just giving them some consideration given their circumstances since they already invested a lot here and we benefits on some of their giveaways/promotions here. It's not that they are already turned into scam but we will definitely behave accordingly if they will be proven scam.

Giving them more time considering their previous contribution will not gonna hurt. Also accusing them as scammer now will not gonna make their casino active in an instant.

They did make a statement, so we just have to wait a little time. We don't know the whole story( they could help by telling the people whats up), but after a certain period tags will start flying. Surprisingly, no one has created a scam accusation against Betnomi during this downtime. Even there is no complaints on Trustpilot about the stuck funds and their downtime. I can see only two open complaints against Betnomi on Casino Guru, where one of those complaints is waiting to get replies from Betnomi team. Perhaps, most of the users waiting with a positive mindset that Betnomi will come back soon.

Regardless of what's up with Betnomi, the truth is that they did not respect their clients and to this point, they have violated the terms of service in the sense that even though the Betnomi team has either financial or technical issues their should be able to make a public statement about that in the situation where they just went silent is not good and doesn't show any sign of respect to their players.

Pushing for a case against them may be the best way to go, just as Yahoo said only verifiable cases with evidence and fact will be taken seriously and that drag us down to the question of how many of that complainant have evidence since the casino just parked up most players weren't expecting it so there may not save any records from the site.

Yes you never know and sometimes they are honest and make their best to avoid to completely scam their (past) customers. For example Hotbit had a rather bad reputation but when they closed they gave several weeks to their users to withdrawal their remaining funds and they even extended the deadline at the end. What's wrong with asking for proofs? Not everyone has the time to check on the site or platform being acused of, that's why people tend to ask for such thing. In every argument there should be a supporting detail to back it up. We all know how this industry works, and some are just using propagandas and acusations which is why people tend to just ask for details, it is not a requirement in the first place so the authors of such topics may ignore it but ofcourse never expect that they'd give plus effort on what you are talking about. Eitherway, no one could help you other than the platform itself, once it turn out to be a scam.

well, in my opinion the situation is the following: the casino disappeared without mentioning the reason, but nobody opened a scam accusation against them, so being like that, you and nobody can say that they are a scam, when people open a lot of scam accusations against them and show proof that they weren't paid so you and anyone else can leave negative feedback and they can call them a scam or thieves, but the current scenario is that they just disappeared so we are talking about their disappearance, but if you have money stuck in the casino

If in the end the facts are more bitter, for example their site goes bankrupt or goes out of business, of course it is very unfortunate if a lot of user funds cannot be withdrawn and processed from their site, especially if data information includes user identity such as KYC on this site will it be safe if they go.

I see where are you coming from. You came here with a good argument. But no scam accusations have been created in this forum yet. Did you find any complaints on the internet that was created after betnomi went down? If not, you shouldn't have a problem allowing them a few days to clear up everything. Some users reported that they received their withdrawal even after betnomi went down. I see this as a positive sign. There is no reason for a scam casino to pay their users after they went down if they do not plan to come back with a reputation.
