Whats happening with Betnomi?

I believe the question first of all should be, what exactly is this maintenance that have lasted almost a week and we are yet to discover what they are truly maintaining, are they rebuilding the website from scratch? or rebuilding the database?
what ever the problem is or be, courtesy demands that they should have at least communicated to their users if  really they had any regard and respect for them..

I don't know about any other person but lets assume i had money on this casino, i probably consider it lost by now, cus it seems that the casino may likely not come back, but then, assuming they return back, i will just withdraw my money and chose another casino and start playing there, because I cant immediately continue to trust this casino after such a behavior .

The thing is that, betnomi team have already violated the customer's right and all other business contract agreement, and at this point there should be tagged because they deserve it, how can a business close down on their clients for almost a month and nothing is done about it, there has not been any form of updates from the team and even their representatives have also not been responsive in queries.

More also their lock players out of the casino by not allowing them to have access to their balance in the casino and this is so bad that even the user's balance is not even displayed.

I agree,it has been near one month now and they should have at least let their customers withdraw their funds before going in upgrade/maintenance mode whatever that they are doing.I still hope they come back online as if they don't this set a very bad and dangerous precedent for all online casinos because Betnomi had a lot of customer base from what I saw in their chat as long as I was participating in the Champions League pool sponsored generously to tell the truth by them.

The bad thing is time,the more time it passes the more chances are high of them never coming back.

We are already used to the term soon in cryptocurrency,  when a team make such a statement what it means is that there is a possibility for them to make some form of statement regarding the condition of their project but not certain when such information will come up with such information,  and at the same time,  soon could mean wait forever,  so the reality of this statement lays with what the action of the team becomes going forward from this point.

Betnomi use to be very active here in the forum for over a long time, before this current crisis that is rocking the casinos and what the condition of things is because something is definitely wrong with the operations of this once great casino.

You can't blame the people here if they think Betnomi did an exit scam. It all starts with withdrawals not pushing through, the support staff not replying, and literally a non-functional website. Also, no announcements prior to all these were made, hence people jumping to speculation about what could have happened. The patterns can also be seen on other exit scams from gambling platforms in the past, and that's where people are basing their initial judgment.

It's already 6 days passed since Sorsis promised to answer questions. Plenty of time passed and still nothing didn't happened. Well, communication isn't their strongest part, but even for them it was more than enough time to at least drop message. I will be happy if I'm wrong, but for now situation looks similar like we saw so many times in crypto world and outcome of it usually isn't positive.

However, it does irritate me a little to read the posts of trolls and sig spammers posting for the sake of a quota ... believe me, by such behavior you only harm the cause (subconsciously making you think that we will not receive the money due to us).

I've worked with cryptocurrency projects in the past and I know what this 'soon' means, it simply means that they are not even sure if when they can come out and say something about what's happening, they are simply trying to push the time forward and to come up with something that can at least save their reputation within the community after what has happened, however, I don't really think there is anything that can be done for that anymore.

They could have been transparent about what's happening since the beginning of the issue, whatever it is, but they thought it would be better to stay silent and let the community suffer and speculate, and now the community has started to doubt the integrity of the casino which is the worst thing that can happen to a business.

It may be nice for you that you have other means of contacting the platform owners, but the rest of us have no idea about the whereabouts of our deposited customer funds, information about the planned schedule (when will maintenance end), or any other explanations for the downtime. Users not registered on bitcointalk or not aware of this thread are completely in the dark. Does the current situation even qualify as an emergency? And if so, how should this contact have a directional impact on the outcome?

Our concern lies with our deposited customer funds, and we want clarity on the planned schedule and the downtime. Regarding the danger of a total loss of our deposits, it is entirely irrelevant and inappropriate to complain about spam posts and fantasize about "subconsciously attribute fault to ourselves". Report them if you think it's spam, but don't go into off topic. It is crucial that we focus on the actual issue: The lack of information about the safety of our deposits.
If the funds are not paid out, there is only one culprit: The operators of Betnomi. That is the current state, and it won't change until we hear an update from them.

The only thing the customers are asking for is a fair treatment. Until then i hold the operators of Betnomi accountable but hopefully they come up with a positive change.

I would like to believe that they are respectable, but how much respect are they showing the customer by going dark? How long can they remain silent and still have your respect? It looks like you have missed quite a few "episodes" during the years, which all showed how UNprofessional they have been, ever since - and I am honestly not just referring to GOSU related issues. If you like, look at the GOSU TG and you will find that some people might say that they are not too far away from dark web drug markets.

In conclusion, when you shut down your website (we are talking about a gambling site, this is a big money business that`s all about trust) just like that, without any notice, and keep silent for months - what else is needed in order to come to the conclusion that this is some absolute BS?

This is worse than the previous state since it indicates that server is not responsive which is a clear sign that casino website doesn't have any personel looking for the website to be responsive. The previous state is just a temporary pause on the website.

I think this is it. We already waited enough for Betnomi to comeback or even give an official statement. I hope they will compensate all players if they will return since they hold players balance for a long time without givng any updates.

I think Nomilabs is dead too. If you check their FB and Instagram pages you will see zero messages since 1st Jan. While they were very active well before that. And the website nomilabs.com does not work anymore. Yes nomi-labs.com does work, but on their Instagram page it's listed that nomilabs.com is their website. So all of this is strange too and I'm pretty sure Nomilabs does not exist anymore, probably even went bust before Betnomi did.
