If he's in an emergency [that's what inferred from one of his last communication with icopress, not traveling] and intended to keep the integrity of his platform, given he's aware of the situation, he can point one or two of his staffs to be the acting director.

We all believe even though they will come back and come back online will they gain trust again in this forum after they disappeared without a word and left people waiting all this time, I think it will be another waste of time to build their reputation in this forum, for sure people will immediately withdraw then leave this site and never gamble on this site again.

That's what their gamblers might do if they come back online in the near future or later, but everything returns to each other and I'm sure on average they don't trust this site anymore, because they just disappeared without a team who clarifies or whatever in this forum. it's obvious their site name has been busted in this forum

Yep, they have brought back the maintenance message again. The maintenance message was removed on the 25th July, and they have added it again on 24th August. Let's wait and see the next move of Betnomi team. If Betnomi goes live again, then Sorsis will say that they did a sloppy job, not scammy .

I will admit we did some pretty sloppy job with our canceled ICO but, that was all it was sloppy, not scammy.

Why they even bother to put that message up again? Could it be that it's just for causing more confusion and potentially slows down processing time for legal approach people are taking. It's hard to say as this is such a clear scam that any attempt to signal it's not wouldn't fool anyone.

I am hoping people get some of their money back but i wouldn't count on it. If they exit scam they must have to avoid getting immediately caught. Would be strange if they haven't covered their tracks and just had winged it.

I think,  betnomi situation have gone beyond maintenance since there was not even any prior notice on maintenance how then can we base this crisis on maintenance,  so I don't think so and my personal observation points to the direction of a planned exit from the market deciding to walk away with everyone money and closing the door on the face of those who left the money on the casino.

This is not good at all,  and with the level things have gone,  I don't think we will see anything positive coming from them soon or even forever,  feel bad for those who fall victim to Betnomi's actions being affected directly.

I do know about the personal situation of all the victims of this alleged scam, but I would not blame anyone who is going through such stages:

Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression and acceptance.

So, of people want to believe that their money could eventually come back and things will continue to be the same, let them be. Anyone has their own view of this situation, the important thing here is to try to seek information of those behind all this and not to turn against each other; that is what the scammers would want the most, us to get distracted and stop tracking them down eventually.

He is, definitely. Betwrong is trying to justify such behavior, but however we look at this it's unacceptable behavior... if it's true that Betnomi didn't pay their employees for 3 months makes things even worse.

I guess this situation proves the old saying: “It takes years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it." I think Betnomi and Soros ruined their reputation and I will not play there even if we see them back again.

I was also expecting that Betnomi will be back again, but my expectation has faded for the unprofessional steps of them (example: silence of Sorsis, deleting the messages on telegram and blocking the users, sending spam messages to the user email, etc).

I think he might be remaining optimistic because he is hoping for payment owed to happen. There's also no upside for him to bash the site in case they do return. Might feel like if he did, there would be no payment from his remaining balance.

You are correct though, Betnomi will not have a future here though if they did return. They'll be in the same category of 1xbit.

But in fact, since the first problem occurred, the site was under maintenance, they all disappeared from this forum, even on social media, including their telegram, none of their people actively explained this problem and gave notifications about the maintenance of their site, but that didn't happen at all. I'm pretty sure since then they will never come back to do this business because their site is really marked now as a scam site too.

Even though they might be able to come back later, it's still not going to attract a lot of users who are already disappointed, it's still going to run smoothly and they seem to have been abandoned by many of their users, moreover Betnomi has also taken away the user's money as well as what's left there, whoever the user is Those who haven't had time to withdraw money at Betnomi will probably keep hoping they will come back, but I'm sure Betnomi won't be back, this will be a lesson for Betnomi users to play on truly trusted platform sites, at least casinos that are active in their platform campaigns every time. sporting events for example being a partner or sponsor would be great, because it looks like casino sites like that have big money and are not scammers.

From the information that I have gathered online, it's no more a rumour that this online casino is now categorised at Exit Scam, and there are some facts about their history of unreliable operations.

They have fake team and in 2019 they faced accusations about having a fake team and a deceptive ICO project but they managed to cover the controversy.

In 2021, Betnomi transferred users data to new domain and effectively deleting affiliate benefits, and they shunned many partners including customers.

To be honest, Betnomi already had a bad record, many people don't do deep research on their own that's why they got caught in the mess, I am sure they aren't coming back.
