Many of them will get away because of it, I have got no doubt about it.
Most of memecoins do not give anything of value to this ecosystem or the market, most of them are scams or lose their value extremely fast, it is basically a gamble. If people feel like gambling, it would better for them just to go to a casino and try their luck there, instead dumping their money into the pockets of scammers and continue to encourage them to create more fake projects and fake coins.

Sometimes it is very astonishing how there are people willing to buy garbage memecoins using thousands or hundreds of thousands of USDT, just to gamble.

Exactly.  Most people actually realize it but because of theor greed they still end up buying coins of those rediculous projects.  Knowing is half the battle, acting upon that is another level.  Memes were a fad in 2020/21 I don't think they are gonna have another run like that.  There is too many coins out there to spread the money around.
