I have lost count of how many matches they are redeeming at final minutes of the game. Luck apart, these guys are good and we must give them credit for that. At the same time we will see the match between Atalanta vs Marseille. In the first leg, Atalnta successfully held Marseille to a draw when playing away from home. Now it's Atalanta's turn to act as host. This is an advantage for them, because I think a draw in the first leg was their target, and they succeeded in getting it.

I was still curious because the match had entered the final minutes where the score was 1-2 and Roma was still leading. I'm sure some of you thought that Bayer Leverkusen would lose to AS Roma because after all, in the 80th minute the score was still 0-2 and AS Roma were still leading. I think initially the magic was that Roma was able to fight back to a 2-2 score (if we add up both games), although Bayer controlled the game and no one would have been surprised if the score was not 0-2 but 2-0. Today I lost my bet on Bayer, but the ending gave me such emotions that I think more about Bayer’s phenomenal streak continuing than about the loss.

There is many interesting parts in this game. Bayer Leverkusen were leading in aggregate by two goals and that advantage was lost by the 66th minute when Paredes scored the equaliser (aggregate). Then Bayer Leverkusen recovered and got a goal so they were leading on aggregate and they didn't require to win this game to qualify but they refused to lose it and break their record which was crazy!
We are talking about 49 matches without a single defeat in all leagues!

I appreciate your predictions and I thought betting on a handicap of -1 would be the best option, but sometimes I hate the results of matches on teams that already have an aggregate advantage in the first leg.
as currently Leverkusen is ahead by 2 aggregate scores and sometimes the team that is ahead usually always ends the match with a very surprising result.
for example Leverkusen could let Roma score 2 scores but Leverkusen will only score 1 score and that means overall Leverkusen will still qualify for the final round with 3 overall scores.

Of course such a possibility exists, the question is what it is

To be sincere, their equalizing in the game was so unimaginable already. I know that it will be very hard for AS Roma to win, but the end result was so unbelivable because many put it in mind that even though AS Roma lose it to the final, they will break their history of being unbeaten. Leverkusen are a truly extraordinary team this season. They have done something truly unbelievable so far. Will this be the end of Bayer Leverkusen unbeaten run? It will be a painful end if they finally lose this game. Roma has unexpectedly scored two goals to level up the goal difference. However, the own goal by Mancini has given Leverkusen hope to get to the finals. Roma will have to risk everything in these dying minutes to secure a win. Leverkusen is currently defending very well and wouldn't afford any mistakes again. They made two silly mistakes which caused them two goals and I just hope they will hold this lead till the end. They will lose their unbeaten run, but they will still be proud that they made it to the finals. De Rossi shouldn't be too angry with the scoreline, he has done his best.

I never anticipated a Leverkusen loss tonight, so I wasn't surprised seeing them finding themselves back into this game despite the fact Roma played some good football today trying to redeem themselves with that goal, I think the Leverkusen side were equal to the task and there wasn't any need to panic because we have seen them come back so many times this season back to back so finding themselves back into this game wasn't a big deal for me because they always shown this quality although this season and now they have a chance to win the Europa cup finals which is a great achievement for the German side this season and I think they deserve to be where they are right now.

Leverkusen seemed to want a safer match where Xabi tried a more defensive scheme but it backfired on them but this is Leverkusen where Xabi's leadership style is still the same as Ancelotti's in Madrid because they always attack very well towards the end of the match and in today's match it is also proof that they do not want to lose and lose the unbeaten record that they have maintained for more than 40 matches now.
