I think Manchester United can dominate the Europa League next season because Erik Ten Hag is trying to help the team and he will do anything to get the title next season. Manchester United is better now than some seasons ago when we had other coach's taking care of Manchester United.  Since Eric ten Hag became coach Manchester United the club may not really have achieved good position in EPL but it is very clear that Manchester united under ten Hag have won good trophy which is a great achievement.  Ten Hag is a good coach , the problem with Manchester United is that it is very difficult for them to be consistent in their performance,  sometimes the team plays very fine but ti maintain this pattern of playing is just the problem of Manchester United.
