Full transcripts of the trial and the bits that you cannot miss: https://www.washingtonpost.com/documents/ceb063c4-0c31-40fc-9805-5e093f3a6449.pdf?itid=lk_inline_manual_9MS. HOFFINGER: Well, your Honor, there will be some details about the sexual act, very brief, very brief. We have to elicit that they did have intercourse, your Honor.
Boy meets girl:Q And did you meet Donald Trump on the golf course at that celebrity golf tournament in Lake Tahoe? A Yes, I did.
Guy is sooo much older than girlQ How old were you at the time? A Twenty-seven. Q And did you know his approximate age, or could you tell his approximate age at the time? A I didn't know his age. I knew he was probably old or older than my father. @) So, would that -- how old was your father at the time? A So, 60. Old guy asks very young girl out... by means of a friend. he came back and asked, said that Mr. Trump would like to know if I would like to have dinner with him.
And what did you say at that time? F' no.
But business is business... It will make for a great story. He is a business guy. Like, what could possibly go wrong? That was his words to me. Q Did he persuade you that it would be good for your career? A Yes, he implied.
Q How did you get into Mr. Trump's hotel suite? A The door was actually open. It was cracked open and his bodyguard, Keith, was standing right outside
So... recap, young girl meets old pervert. Old pervert ask very young girl out, she says not, but... it may be so good for her business that eventually goes to old pervert's room. That was my only expectation, that I would have to have dinner Poor naïve porn actress... He was wearing silk or satin pajamas, like two-piece pajamas, He asked questions like, ... Are you worried about STD's? Do they have a doctor on staff? ... What's your favorite position?
A few questions.. just to pass time you see? A I actually said, she is very beautiful. What about your wife? He said, oh, don't worry about that. We are -- actually don't even sleep in the same room. No recipe for love being a narcissist... So I said, are you always this rude, arrogant and pompous? You don't even know how to have a conversation, A So, I took it from him and said, turn around. And I swatted him. Q Where do you swat him? A Right on the butt. Q Right after that, did you continue to sit down and talk? A Yes. And he was much more polite. Girl wants fame... contacts... easy to promise... Q Did he suggest that if you did get on The Apprentice what might happen with other aspects of your career? A Just that people might be able to take me serious, At this point in the trial Trump goes mafia boss...THE COURT: I understand that your client is upset at this point, but he is cursing audibly, and he is shaking his head visually and that's contemptuous. It has the potential to intimidate the witness and the jury can see that. But back to the "romantic encounter"... A. When I came out of the bathroom, ... And when I opened the bathroom door to come out, Mr. Trump had come into the bedroom and was on the bed, basically between myself and the exit. Q. What was he wearing at the time? A. His boxer shorts and t-shirt. ... I felt the blood basically leave my hands and my feet and almost like if you stand up too fast, and everything kind of spinned, that happened too. Then I just thought, oh, my God, what did I misread to get here. Because the intention was pretty clear, somebody stripped down in their underwear and posing on the bed, like waiting for you. ... I laughed nervously, and, you know, tried to make a joke out of it, and step around and leave. ... There was an imbalance of power for sure. He was bigger and blocking the way. ... A. The next thing I know ... We were in the missionary position. ... Q. Was he wearing a condom? A. No. on Was that concerning to you? As Yes.
to be continued....

About the gag order. I have seen lately in many summaries and commentators channels about the fact the judge continues to fine for thousands of dollars to Trump and his team because he does not seem to care to continuously violate the gag order out upon him. To me, it would seem obvious Trump would be glad to become the first ex-president to ever spend a night in jail for not keeping his mouth shut outside trial. He is aware his popularity among Republicans seemed to increase with each indictment he accumulated as legal problems started to accumulate, so he could assume that being jailed and keep playing the victim with that could give him a boost in the polls leading to November. That is the only logical reason I can think of about why he is not willing to shut up and focus on talking on politics instead.
Still, very far away as a possibly for him to spend a day in jail, the judge knows he does jail Trump, it could affect his career and go down in the history books...

Gradually the Trump trials are falling apart. And Trump doesn't have to even start suing criminals in the Justice System. All he has to do is drop a little info, and many others find the info that is destroying their suits against him. Another Trump Trial Derailed: Fani-Donating Judge's Decision To Keep Her On RICO Trial Under Scrutiny By Appeals Court https://www.zerohedge.com/political/another-trump-trial-derailed-fani-donating-judges-decision-keep-her-rico-trial-underOne day after former President Donald Trump's classified documents trial was postponed indefinitely after we learned that the DOJ mishandled evidence in the case (with Judge Aileen M. Cannon citing a mountain of 'outstanding' pre-trial matters that would make a May 20 trial 'imprudent'), another Trump case appears to have no chance of going to trial before the 2024 election. On Wednesday, a Georgia appeals court agreed to review a lower court ruling which allowed Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis to remain on the Trump RICO prosecution despite being highly conflicted. To review, Atlanta Judge Scott McAfee of Fulton Superior Court, who donated to Fani Willis when she was running for office, ruled in March that the Fani simply had to kick her lover, Nathan Wade, off the case after she paid him more than $600,000. The two notoriously took several lavish vacations together on Wade's dime (which Fani swears she repaid in cash). According to McAfee, while he found the "appearance of impropriety," no "disqualification of a constitutional officer necessary when a less drastic and sufficiently remedial option is available," adding "that the prosecution of this case cannot proceed until the State selects one of two options." And now, the Atlanta Court of Appeals has agreed to hear an appeal from the defendants over whether McAfee erred in his decision. Willis indicted Trump and 18 other defendants last August, accusing them of a wide-ranging scheme to attempt to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election in the state. All of the defendants were charged under Georgia's Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations, or RICO, law. Trump and most of the other defendants have pleaded not guilty. ...

Gradually the Trump trials are falling apart....
Except the one where a jury found him liable for sexual assault and ordered him to pay the woman he raped with either his finger or penis (she's not sure which) $5 million. Or the libel case he lost for lying about the woman he raped with either his finger or penis and was ordered to pay $80 million. Or the one where The Trump Organization was found guilty of felony fraud. Or the criminal trial going on right now where he has no actual defense and the prosecutions case is so strong that his only hope to not be a convicted felon in a matter of weeks is jury nullification or a technicality. But yeah, it looks like all he has to do is win a close presidential election to confirm he's above the law and avoid being held accountable for the other 80 felonies he's been charged with.

What is super funny is that Trump supporters can say at the same time that this is a witch hunt and that the trials are going very well because of the evidence presented. Regardless of the trials that did go ahead, there is an obvious timing problem with the trials. Having said that, our friend dumBAss thinks that if Trump is elected all this goes. It is not the case, part of it may go as Trump would gain line management over some of the Attorneys but some others will stay. He will still be having trials even if President. https://www.cnbc.com/2024/05/09/trump-trial-stormy-daniels-testimony-hush-money-case.htmlTrump loses second bid for mistrial in hush money case Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Juan Merchan previously warned that Trump has to stop cursing and shaking his head during Daniels’ testimony you then decided that you wanted to publicly say that you had sex with Donald Trump,” Daniels shot back: “Nobody would ever want to publicly say that.”

... the judge knows he does jail Trump, it could affect his career and go down in the history books...
That is so true, and that is why the judge is giving him so many chances. If he finally orders confinement, his history will show prudence and due diligence. It's already in the history books, and I'm sure it's boosted the price of a few playboys. Question: Could the judge confine Trump to his home for 24 hours as a smaller step, or does it need to be actual jail?

It's already in the history books, and I'm sure it's boosted the price of a few playboys. Question: Could the judge confine Trump to his home for 24 hours as a smaller step, or does it need to be actual jail? I do not know, I think they have a wide latitude on what they can do in case of contempt. For example, if a witness does not answer they can send him to the brick until he does. Trump wants desperately to go to jail. His game is playing the victim, you know, "the deep state is hunting me because I want to remove the deep state and the deep state is bad and I am a poor victim that is innocent and helps grannies cross the road..." If he gets sent to prison it would be a PR triumph, as he lives for those moments and most of his base basically believes whatever he says even if beyond any possible human comprehension, so for them jail will be a confirmation of a conspiracy. The narrative is amazing, if he walks is because he is innocent and a victim, if he is declared guilty he is innocent and a victim. No cognitive dissonance for his fans.

Former President Donald Trump has voluntarily dismissed the $500 million federal lawsuit he brought against his former attorney Michael Cohen, according to court records. Why, I hear you ask: Cohen's attorney E. Danya Perry said in a statement to The Messenger that Trump dropped the case to avoid facing her questioning. https://www.salon.com/2023/10/06/didnt-want-to-answer-questions-under-oath-abruptly-drops-cohen-ahead-of-deposition/Meanwhile, in the Money for Silence & fraud Key takeaway: Cohen has already testified that he paid Daniels $130,000 in 2016 for Daniels’ silence about a claim of a sexual encounter with Trump through an arrangement with her lawyer, and that he did so on orders from Trump to “take care of it.” [...]
Was this invoice a false record?” Hoffinger asked, a variation on a question she would repeat several more times. “Yes, ma’am,” Cohen replied. [...] “And whose signature is on the check?” Hoffinger asked. “Donald J. Trump,” Cohen replied. They repeated the drill until they reached the last check in December.
To start off, Todd Blanche introduced himself to Cohen, saying that although they’d never met “you went on TikTok and called me a crying little s—t” after the trial started. He should be used, he works for Trump. “Sounds like something I would say,” Cohen deadpanned before a prosecutor could finish objecting to the question. This is a man who knows himself, you have to give him that. Blanche also quoted Cohen saying on TikTok in late April — a week into the trial — that he hoped Trump “goes right into that little cage where he belongs, like a f—ing animal.” It was a far cry from the praise Cohen heaped on his former boss in happier times, before the so-called Trump ‘fixer” went to prison on federal charges including campaign finance violations tied to the $130,000 hush money payment to adult entertainer Stormy Daniels. lanche, in a less fractious exchange, reminded Cohen that he had previously called Trump “a good man,” someone “who cares deeply about this country,” “tells it straight,” “speaks from the heart,” wants “to make this country great again,” and has flawless memory.
“At that time I was knee-deep into the cult of Donald Trump, yes,” dumBAss? Are you reading? Link something irrelevant for a yes. Do you love it now?” Blanche asked. “Yes, but less,” Cohen replied. “I regret doing things for him I should not have — lying, bullying people in order to effectuate a goal,” Cohen said. “But to keep the loyalty and to do the thing that he had asked me to do,” Cohen continued, with the “he” referring to Trump, “I violated my moral compass and I suffered the penalty, as has my family.” Now, this is how a victim of Trump ends up: Cohen said he served more than 13 months in a federal prison in upstate New York, including time in solitary confinement, and the remainder of his 36 month sentence under home confinement. “I remain even today, still, on supervised release,” he said. He said he paid more than $1 million in back taxes and fines. [...] federal prosecutors in the Southern District of New York — whose offices are a couple of blocks away — threatened to also prosecute his wife,
dumBAss, this was discussed in trial and it is not secret, it is all over the transcripts.

Bill Maher makes some good points. “So, tell me, how can the fixer who delivers the hush money be guilty of election interference but the candidate who orders it, pays it, conceals it, not be?” Maher asked, arguing that Trump is clearly guilty of the same crimes to which Michael Cohen pleaded guilty in 2018.
“Trump whines he’s the victim of ‘selective prosecution,’ the truth is he’s the beneficiary of selective non-prosecution,” Maher said, arguing that Trump should have been charged with breaking campaign finance laws, instead of duking it out in state court on charges of falsifying business records.
The same thing happened with Trump’s classified documents case, Maher argued. “By bending over backwards to be fair to the Republican, the Democrat got fucked,” he said.
Garland waited six months to send the FBI to Mar-a-Lago to follow up on Trump’s classified documents case, Maher said, and took 20 months to assign a special prosecutor to investigate.
At the same time the AG leapt to assign a Trump-appointed special counsel to investigate Joe Biden, who was fully exonerated, but smeared with an report alleging the president was “senile, feeble, confused, shell-of-a-former-man, who poops his pants and can’t remember his kids’ names.”
Maher warned that it was happening again with Trump’s election inference case, which has advanced at a glacial pace under Garland’s watch. https://www.thedailybeast.com/bill-maher-blasts-ag-merrick-garland-for-failing-to-prosecute-trump

LOL, Lol. Everybody in the world is a 'victim' of selective non-prosecution. Especially in the US, anybody can prosecute anybody for ANYTHING, any time, any place, in any way. Doesn't guarantee they will have success. Doesn't guarantee it won't backfire on them. But they can do it... at least the start of it. HUGE! White House Admits the Biden-Led Witch Hunt Trial Against Trump is “Related to 2024 Elections” (VIDEO) https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2024/05/huge-white-house-admits-biden-led-witch-hunt/White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre on Tuesday admitted the Biden-led witch hunt against President Trump is "related to 2024 elections." Speaker Mike Johnson appeared at the New York courthouse on Tuesday in support of Trump as Biden's goons use lawfare to interfere in the 2024 election. AP reporter Aamer Madhani asked KJP if it was appropriate that Mike Johnson defended Trump from Biden's lawfare. "Was it appropriate for Speaker Johnson to show up at the trial of the former president, today?" a hack reporter for the Associated Press asked Karine Jean-Pierre. Karine Jean-Pierre admitted the Biden-led lawfare trial against Trump is "related to 2024 elections." "So, look, I can't speak to — uh — um — I don't want to comment. Obviously, as this is related to 2024 elections, and I can't speak to the speaker's schedule. That is something for him to decide on and let's not forget, this is also connected to a independent judicial process. So, going to be really mindful and he makes his choices on what he does, Um — um — you know, with his business that is his choice to be made," Karine Jean-Pierre said. ...

Bill Maher makes some good points.
I personally really enjoyed watching Bill Burr tear Bill Maher a new one and make him look like a total idiot for his liberal opinions. I think it would actually be an awesome interview show for Bill Burr to sit down with various woke celebrities and tear them apart for their stupid beliefs. I'd watch it, laugh, and share it with friends. As for Donald Trump... I can't believe that Sleepy Joe Biden is actually going to debate him. As humorous as it will be, I seriously think Biden's handlers are taking his elder abuse to new levels. Trump is going to make him look like an idiot all night and that's if Joe can survive whatever meth'd up concoction they inject him with to keep him awake for a few hours.

Trump is 78, just 3 years younger and has been in two modes during the trial: Grump mode and oozing mode or like Trump would like to put it "the greatest nap the world has ever seen". But this is about the trials, and as of now there is abundant testimony to support the accounting fraud. If you ask me, "Stormy" would not have needed to speak about no using condoms or how she but-slapped the former POTUS, but I reckon it has been fun.

Pretty sure you're supposed to call him Crooked Joe or Slow Joe or something other than sleepy Joe since Trump has pretty much been falling asleep every day of his criminal trial. By the way, I'm surprised you never decided to start up a collection from other btctalk members to "help" Steve Bannon " build the wall". Seemed right up your alley.

I thought you thought the polls and pollsters lie... Hillary might be winning in the polls, but the polls and pollsters lie.
Trump is winning the popular vote by a big margin, even though the polls don't show it. But it doesn't matter.
Did being wrong about the popular vote convince you that you were wrong about the polls? lol jk I know you'll just pretend to never be wrong when it comes to your favorite politicians. And yeah, these trials are really helping Trump swing things hard....looks like a total blow out (prob no reason to even vote if you have something better do)

And yeah, these trials are really helping Trump swing things hard....looks like a total blow out (prob no reason to even vote if you have something better do) Of course the polls lie. Whoever made the one you quoted lied right along with it.
