I really want know if getting more degrees can make life financially better because I come from a country where their are no job and I have seen people that the only thing they can do in life is to read books, getting more degrees attaining all these degrees yet no still go job for them with good pay. Do think people who read in a region with slim job opportunities are doing the right thing?

I think it depends on what country you're from, because in my country, there are more job opportunities if you have a degree. Here, even barista and service crews in fast food chains are required to have at least finished their high school or even college. Sometimes, what's even worse is other company imposes high standards and requires their employee to have a degree before hiring them. So, to answer that question, I would say that academic pursue is one of the factors that would help you to get incomes.

I think having more degrees provides you with more opportunities and land you with the perfect job. In fact, companies will even fight for you, so you won't have a hard time finding a job because it is the one that will come to you. Having degrees also enables you to have career growth, in which will help you to expand your expertise.

Seems like we live in the same country, where the requirements of a minimum paying jobs are too many than a high paying jobs. And there's also a case where new freshly graduates finding a jobs where almost of the hiring requirements are 1 or more years experience so how could they afford to have a job? You could observe that most of the graduates choose to have a job that are not even connected to their degree, not the reason cause they don't like the course itself, but the time that consumes by just finding a job so if you got accepted it's really a go signal.

Education is fine and going to higher institution is something that is recommended for everyone because many things are taught in the higher institution that you might not learn mingling in the society. Getting a degree and going for higher degrees is also good because it boosts individual confidence and raises societal prestige. But then in some developing countries, higher institutions and getting degrees are gradually becoming a scam this is because, the effort and time invested in going to higher institution and the amount of money spent in this higher institution does not correlate with the reward.

This is why some people in certain region of my country do not pay much attention to Western education, rather they involved in business and before they could turn 20, they are all millionaires doing better than people that have degrees.

If I'm not mistaken, S3 graduates have salaries at the college level and most S3 graduates usually have a large salary if they are actively teaching on campus. But I do not really agree that education is always associated with money because actually education is a way to achieve knowledge that will bring someone to moral education. Getting many titles may not be able to bring someone to get a large salary and it depends on their active teaching at several universities, if many of the campuses they use to teach then there will be a lot of income they might get.

Depending on themselves because if chasing the title and not implemented in teaching it will not make them get anything. Academic is important, but working experience, internship, study exchange, network, organization, competition, project and any other thing that can improve your ability are more important than academic. This is why most of fresh graduated are very hard to seek jobs, they only offer their academic certificate to the company and expect they will accept you? what's the difference with other people that also same like you?

Indeed, we all need to realize that in lectures, the knowledge we gain in lectures is only around 30% while the remaining 70% comes from outside, from an organization that we join and a practice that we carry out in the field to make all this into a valuable experience. to form a thought and discover one's identity. through education we will have good knowledge and understanding as a provision for tomorrow, through practice this will make it an experience as an image for living a new life, namely after getting a bachelor's degree and through an organization we can expand relationships which will later helps us to make it easier to achieve a goal.

Or simply job requirements or qualifications are really that not that something which those fresh graduates could really be able to apply with considering on whats those criteria then it would really be ending up on having

no job since they arent that qualified and this is where unemployment rate would really be increasing on a certain country. Having that a couple of courses or whatsoever in correlated with academic achievements or
something like that wont really be assuring that you would really be getting a job after that and with tons of competition then it isnt really that something that would be so simple that you could really be able to achieve it out. Having multiple streams of income doesnt really came from on having couple of jobs that you do have. What matter most is that you do have investment

It certainly all depends on where you live.  Here in the United States it is uneqivickly beneficial having a degree versus not having a degree.  Now some jobs don't require one and if that's what you were planning to do the rest of your life it would be a waste of time getting that degree, but at least you got the education, which there's nothing wrong with making yourself more intelligent.

In my career field (finance) I have to have a degree. Had I not had one, I'd not have been able to get any of the jobs I've had in the 20 some years I've been in the workforce. 

If I was planning to work for the city or state doing maintenance let's say, for the rest of my life, then it really wouldn't be necessary but I still think it's a good idea to improve your intelligence.

It has been known for a long time that just getting a degree is not enough, as who does not know a bunch of people that got their degree and still do not know how to do anything, so to begin with you need to choose a carer that is in high demand and that is going to continue in that state for a long time, and then you need to concentrate to get good at it, that is it, just two steps and you could get a good job with a good pay if you follow them, but as you may guess the majority of the people do not do this.

Those who pursue more more degrees only do so to brighten their chances of getting employed in the midst of the growing unemployment in your country, however academic is not the only pathway to get income there are non academic who are into business and are earning decent profits, Moreso as an educated individual there are other means of earning apart from relying sourcing for unavailable jobs, graduates can sought for self acquisition to be self employed trading is a very good alternative source of income if those unemployed graduates would endeavors to learn the skills and there are also self taught skills like graphic design, content writing etc which can serve as source of income as a free lancer.

I don't depend on academics to earn money. I depend on my own efforts to find something, learning directly from experience. Usually studies only teach the basics, skills only we know. However, studies are not very useful in some people who are really able to learn on their own without having to go through studies.

I think of course not. even when we graduate from academics. we still have to learn from direct experience and that definitely takes time to adapt to work. but at least that way. it has helped us understand the basis of a job based on the studies we have undertaken. If we don't study, it doesn't mean we can't, but only a few people are able to learn autodidactically.

Honestly speaking, there is nothing wrong with taking many courses and completing them. The only question is, can you apply it when you submit your application to a company? Because it's true, usually being accepted for a job is not always suitable for the course completed.

For example, there is a doctoral degree that was completed, but when applying abroad, he studied caregiving for a few months before applying as a caregiver; otherwise, the job taken was nursing, even though the profession is a doctoral degree. This was just one of the realities that happened for more than a decade.

I know their are some Africa countries that the unemployment rate is very high, these doesn't mean that people should quit education because it won't be of any use by getting employed. It's just an alternative, we can choose to do it or not do it at all. Because basically it's not how high your position/title is but how big your role is in implementing the results you read or learn. However, when all of that doesn't have any impact, even on yourself, it means you're wasting time, energy and thoughts on what you can't make happen. In several countries we know that a degree is the main point for achieving work and income, but those who have skills without a degree are often not facilitated. Gela is just a broken system for those who limit a person's creativity in developing themselves. Such a system exists in every country for the sake of one interest, namely money. In fact, currently there are many business people who run businesses outside the academic field they specialize in.

And actually there are also many successful people who are not from academic circles. They learn autodidactically and learn from experience. But learning autodidactically is not easy. It takes persistence and patience as well as courage in direct practice. But the process always does not lie to the results. Having a degree alone won't suffice, It opens up opportunity but it is not a guarantee.  I believe in order to have the financial goal that you plan, there should be a combination of education, skills, experience, and networking. Dream job often comes after hardships, a lot of efforts, but it comes in a different way depends on every certain individual. If you know that the employment rate in your country is low and you don't want to leave, just start your own business or company. Finishing college helps but if you don’t finish college, it’s not the end of the world. The world is vast and full of opportunities. Sometimes, the most valuable lessons in life won’t come from a classroom. I do value education but for some people, life doesn’t always end up the way they want to and they end up not finishing college. This doesn’t mean they can never reach success. I think the most important thing is to try to find what you’re passionate about and what you’re good at instead of trying to do something just for the sake of getting income.
