Yeah, they are doing the right thing. Because there is a slim job opportunity, that does not mean you shouldn’t go to school. After graduating from school, opportunity can come at any moment, if you are not educated, then you will miss the opportunity. Also, going to school shouldn’t stop you from learning some skill, you shouldn’t depend on school alone, you can still learn some skills, so after graduating from school and there is no job, you can earn money through the skills you have learned. Because there is no job in your country, that shouldn’t be an excuse for you not to go to school. Even if you are not trying to get a job with it, being educated is important because it exposes you to so many opportunities.

Academy is not where you go to make money, it's a place where you go to get education and master something. That means if you want to make money, you can skip college, start at 18, find something that would make you money, and by the time you are 22-24 , you are going to be a master of it anyway, and by the time you are 30, while others are getting their first promotions, you will have your own shop and make all the money. Doesn't mean all can do that, because people are not that smart at 18, but it's possible.

A friend of mine did it as a mechanic, wanted to just be a mechanic, and earns twice as much as I do. So, do not consider education equals money, that's not how it works and it was never the purpose of education.

If you build a career in academic field, then diplomas and degrees will certainly be able to improve your financial condition, but this will take years and if your goal is money, then most likely this field is not the right choice. Again, work in this field is not suitable for everyone, because there are certain intellectual requirements and not everyone is able to obtain an academic degree. If you know what I mean.

There is a very fine line that you have to walk around the time you're going into these forms of higher education. As they can make average intelligence people into above average, but there is a certain cutoff who might struggle through uni but still not have the mental capacity or range to land good jobs afterwards. Different skills can also pay off in wildly different ways, going for a history course for example can get you a qualification and show you can hack the education process, but it doesn't necessarily have wide application in the workplace. If you're going to take on vast amounts of debt, you definitely want to train in skills that will be useful to business, or hope to get lucky competing with many people going for a small amount of jobs in niche fields.

I had to acknowledge the fact that having many academic degrees by going to masteral and doctorate could give you the upper hand in getting accepted for a certain high paying position. But I do not think that is the case anymore in today’s era.

In our family, I am the underdog despite the eldest of the siblings. My married sister has a masteral degree and my youngest has a high paying managerial position due to her outstanding college grades.

As for me? I had a guy who almost got kicked out twice by the university due to many failing grades. My transcript of records were ugly. But I didn’t give up. Still I am fortunate to have decent freelance jobs for years until I got into crypto that changed my life where I had more opportunities than ever not really caring about my academic performance or so.

The worst thing a human being can do is to let his academic qualifications define his success in life. Once that is done, the person will feel less of himself to be successful in life.

There are other ways for you to land an employment despite not being able to get a degree. One is compounding experience in related fields until you gain enough credibility to land the job on that particular job role. It's been a tried and tested way for many over the years.

even applying the education towards the working field aren't as easy as it pictured out to be.
here's the thing, sometime academic curriculum are so outdated they don't even have place in real work situation, most of the time its just theory and you'll learn something new along the way when you're start working which have zero relation to the academic curiculum presented to you when you are still in college. therefore it most certainly not enough if you want to build your career.

      There are so many people here in our country who are all degree holders but hang out in their homes. It's not easy to get a job here; 
the competition is fierce because the basis of the companies that most applicants apply for is whether the college you graduated from is reputable, did you complete a high course, and are you always looking for a pleasing personality? And I can add that the sports system sometimes happens; if you have a backup person in the company you are applying to, that will be an advantage right away.

      This is the battle here in our country. The other years that have passed since they graduated have not yet been accepted among those
who applied. So, in short, you are lucky if you get hired for a job.

I am planning to take a master's degree because I think that it's gonna be tougher in the next years about being employed and you just can't be sure with the company that you're working on even if you've been working for them for several years. I know that loyalty gets rewarded but that's not enough for an individual to get assurance that he won't be replaced due to the advancement of technology especially with AI. In my country, I'm not just so sure why everyone is scared of that, and taking impact is like what I've been absorbing for the past months because I am just uncertain.
