I don't think this has any influence, everyone hopes to earn a large income by continuing to improve their education, but they forget that the world of work and business requires more skills than an educational degree, and the fact that happens is that many people have a history of low education but can be successful become entrepreneurs.

honesty and flexibility goes both ways, and its indeed important, but not so much for someone that already has assigned task and jobs as well as the specified target, in working environment its nothing new that its full of competition, being too pushover you will get taken advantage of, being too honest you will get many enemy, its just it is.

Things are always awkward in insane countries, Nigeria is unfortunately one of them where things are upside down. I also heard that the same fact happened in several areas in my country. But in my current area, apart from an academic degree, there are other things that we must have in order to be easily accepted into a job. Namely having connections to insiders. Even with a high academic degree, it will not be easy for us to be accepted into a company if we do not have connections to insiders.

But people who don't have inside connections can also be accepted for work easily, namely with money. Well this is quite a strange thing. We look for work to earn money. but I have seen many facts that to get a job we have to pay someone to help us to get hired. But I don't like that. In essence, it's like fishing for money with money.
It's ridiculous but I think this is common knowledge.
