Even though we don't watch the advertisement in detail, indirectly the product is visible and we will look for it when we need it later and currently marketing strategies on almost all digital platforms are quite effective at relatively low costs and reach many groups.

The digital age make everything simple to use. But one thing I discovered in Social Media and this forum is that, Social Media are not advertising for gambling site but they allow to advertise food products and wears. And this forum advertise casinos, mixers and I have not seen any food and clothes companies came here to advertise their goods. As others has said in other threads, technology has helped people to sell their goods very fast and making customers to get things in an easy way..
Actually, there is nothing preventing them from doing so. But it must be taken into account that this forum is specific to Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general, meaning that any company that intends to launch advertising campaigns here must at least accept Bitcoin payments and be operating on the global market and not just the local markets. There is almost no commercial company or food producer, for example, or in any other vital sector that meets these conditions, and therefore they are not thinking about advertising here, or let us say that this is still a little early. Without forgetting the limitations of the crypto niche in general, and therefore successful promotion campaigns for these companies will be on more popular platforms.

@OP, it is obvious that with the advancement of technology, more advanced marketing strategies are created within it.  This brings innovations and makes the marketing of products much easier.  I think there is no need to reiterate the obvious.  Before social media, marketers used television or the Tri-media.  Before tv was invented marketing used newspapers,  with the technology improvement and advancement came ease for people.  In the early years of the internet, marketing could be seen only on PCs now we have portable gadget where everyone can see news and ads and all sort of update that is published on the internet.

Digital marketing is not only about selling, but about the process starting from introducing products widely using digital media to providing service to buyers after the sale occurs. On the other hand, when talking about digital marketing, talk about the system. Because you have to think about the goals and strategies that must be carried out. And it's not just about getting sales.

However digital development is growing, email marketing in the world of investment is like property in my opinion. Not eroded by the times, even though many social media have emerged, people still use email and even today large companies still collect email databases.
That's right. I think many businesses have failed because they lack on it. Although there are still some who fail even if they have it because their system is weak. But at least they try and exert some effort. I think that is what is more important there. A property can be a house and a house can also get eroded if it's not built well and managed.

Fortunately, this isn't the case that happened in email marketing. I think that is because it looks professional and has lots of tools or features than by simply sending a message using a social media platform. I only find it wrong if they collect email data bases illegally or without the permission/consent of the user.

It makes everything simple to everyone, especially to those business owners who use online social media platforms to advertise their goods and services offer and having a strong engagement with the consumers on a various platforms. Based on what I have know, Digitial marketers and Social media Managers is the most high paying job globally, together with the Data scientist, web developers and social media engineers. About the local shops, I agree that some people tend to purchases via Online Shops because it's easy and convenient for the customers, Also there's a lot of discounts and freebies. when it comes to price, it's more less than the physical stores.

Over the years, Print media and TV advertisements have been used to attract customers.
