What does being rich mean in your perspective?

Being rich means living within your means. You do not join the trends of buying flashy cars, top fashion branded clothing, buying houses in some island in the world where you would never live but because your friends are doing it, you join them. Being rich is being able to sleep with two eyes closed every night, walking barefooted so that you can actually feel the grass, helping the poor and uplifting the weak not showing off on social media for the fake likes and love. There are a lot about what being rich means to me. These are just themes of them.

Rich people also have different styles, there are other rich people who buy expensive jewelry, luxury cars, and it depends on what they want to buy. It seems that these people I'm talking about expose that they are rich, most of them are people who got rich because of being influencers, who experienced a lot of money income so they always show that they have a lot of money.

But there are other rich people who are not obvious that they are rich, it is simple to dress but the brand of clothing is also very expensive, but you will not see them openly wearing expensive jewelry and luxury cars, these are the tycoons businessman, like the owner of San Miguel beer, Gokungwei, Lucio tan, and Mark Z. that they are far different from the influencers who got rich from vlogging, compared to the tycoon businessmen I mentioned.

In my own world, been wealth means having more than you need, living in a paradise and capable of feeding millions of people, you don't have to, just saying, wealth is different from rich.

Been rich is living a comfortable life, but can't afford everything still, you know, you still have some boundaries on what you can afford, but honestly, everyone have their own definition of been rich and been wealthy.

To me it's not only about having all the resources and assets, but been healthy plays the biggest role in this, you can't enjoy your wealthy life if you aren't healthy, that's why my parents always say that health is the real wealth, while j am climbing my steps up to a higher level I don't joke with my health, I always engage in intense exercise every two days and I take good stuffs for my body, many people ignore their bodies but there is more to the body been given to you, take care of yourselves.

Big houses, there are more than 1 car and they are earning huge money that even their huge spending they still have extra money. Thats my perspective of rich people having all the assets that an average person finds hard to obtain, and mostly their salary or let's say their income is 10x the average person's salary. I do live in a 3rd world country, and this is what I noticed in my neighbors so it is very easy to distinguish those kinds of people from middle-class or poor people by taking a look on their houses and what car they are driving.

Every desire and every facility in the world is at their doorstep. They never have to worry about money. This is everyone's perception of rich people, but in my opinion, rich is the one who is easily satisfied with the necessities of life and is completely healthy. - Meeting all the needs of the household
- Have savings and emergency and other insurance for the family
- Having a big business/enterprise as the main income
- Have some diversified investments (BTC/gold/property and other assets).
- House + Car is a necessity for our daily life
- Have prosperity for family and loved ones including relatives.

If I have fulfilled the above then I will be called rich, if other people have different views then I will not ignore it.

Others see richness as the ability for them to be able to afford whatever they need for sustainability and to live withing their means and also be contented with what they have.

being rich is indeed based on the posession of materialistic, after all I presume it words that illustrate material, the fact that we owns much money means we are rich that alone already elaborate the meaning of the words but of course, there are other ways to be rich like having good spiritual mindset, where we always seek peace is a richness on its own but really from the standpoint of many people out there rich means you posses much money.
I personally would consider being rich as posessing many materialistic stuff as well, since its easiest to determine, doesn't mean other people can't have different opinion, it relative to each individual. but i will follow the general meaning of it around general public.

Because the views of the rich people are various. But in my opinion most people see richness in terms of finances and lifestyle. why is that, because people who have houses, vehicles, gadgets or possessions are what they consider rich. I also recognize that people who have everything I said are rich, but in my opinion not a few people who have abundant wealth are unhappy, you could say unlucky in family relationships. Maybe with their financial wealth they can buy anything, but not with family, time, health.

Being financially rich does not necessarily make us happy, there must be things that we want to buy to fulfill the current luxurious lifestyle. you are right that health is more expensive. financial wealth is only about numbers and nominal. So it is better to live well with good relationships with family, than to live with abundant wealth but not mentally happy.

To me being rich means having a well paid job, driving a high end car, going 2-3 times per year on a fancy vacation and owning my own apartment or house. All of these things could even be achieved with a small bank account if we have a high regular income from our job and there is no risk of losing it. Alternatively the same could be achieved with a big bank account that pays high returns each month. Money shouldn't be the only factor to determine if someone is rich, because sudden price changes in assets or high inflation can let a small fortune disappear quickly. That's why diversifying wealth as broadly as possible and buying things like a vintage car, jewelry or even antique furniture can make a person such without having a lot of money in the bank. Also with the high real estate prices these days having half a million USD in the bank without any other assets is not enough to be rich. The money wouldn't be sufficient to be a nice apartment in most of the big cities. A well paying job that is going to earn more than that in the next several years should be a better choice.

Being able to fulfill all the needs we need will certainly make life feel happier because we never experience difficulties in being able to fulfill what we need. On my end, being rich is having no worries of anything concerning money; buying new things, studying to an exclusive school or university, spending without checking the item’s price. These are the general definitions to many people concerning being rich. But in some instances all of these won’t be met; a person may still be called as rich if he still checks the price of what she/he is buying butis able to buy oneself a new gadget for example.

It is easy to save and anyone can do that. On my end, I percieve a person rich based on the amount which is constantly enetering his bank and not the amount of savings alone. Reason? A person with large savings will have the same thing on a daily basis ‘coz he/she is not using the funds.
