Are you really asking for the "Starter" card? If you check the card's information page, they only ask for identification, in the "Plus" option.

For the purposes for the database, I'm treating them as separate loyalty tiers in which for the paid tier you have to pay some money per month, but maybe there's a more elegant solution.

It is not paid! It's still a free card. If you do KYC it increases the usage limits, that's all.
You don't need to pay any extra.

Maybe it's about where the company is licensed (if I'm not mistaken, it's Estonia), which is why they can offer such conditions. For example, I can go to one of the physical crypto exchanges in my country every day and sell/buy cryptocurrencies in the amount of up to EUR 1000 without KYC. On the other hand, such a thing is not possible in most EU member countries.

However, if they already offer virtual cards without KYC, they should present it in a simpler way - because the way they start the procedure for their card suggests that KYC is required.

They probably changed the registration method. Well, I don't remember sending any documents. But, it was about 6 months ago, I could be wrong. 

I was one of the first to enter, as I was on the waiting list. Then, I remember that they suspended registrations for a few weeks, and came back with the possibility for anyone to register. Perhaps in the meantime, conditions have changed.

A card is considered to be inactive if you do not spend or cash-out money for a continuous period of 12 months. Both a 1-month and 1-week prior notice will be sent by e-mail to you before charging any inactivity fees, giving you time to avoid it by spending or cashing out money. Once your card balance reaches €0, we will deactivate your card and card account, removing access to all card related services. This inactivity fee will only be charged should you have sufficient funds held on your card account.

Yes it is true. But they always give 30 days notice if this happens.
I haven't used it much, but I occasionally use it, so this "counter" resets.

Trustee just released their new Trustee Physical card, somaybe you can add that to your Big List of Crypto Cards.
Fees are similar like for Trustee virtual card, but we have to pay 25€ to order and deliver card, compared to 10€ with virtual card.

I might also be able to derive it from the first 6 digits (ONLY!!) of your card number aka the BIN, from any of the public BIN lookup websites.

This cards needs to be connected with our own wallets, and I think they are generally safer option than regular custodial cards.

I know some of the crypto cards are listed already, but you should think about adding note if cards are custodial or non.custodial.

Never used spectro!
Gate card works perfect (I have only the virtual) but it works everywhere and deposit and top-up are flawless
Crypto, just no! The app is giving me trouble, they are asking every single time where my funds are coming from, and I even got an inquiry on an online payment, it's just a no go for me.

I didn't see Paywithmoon on this list. They offer two types of pre-paid virtual VISA cards, but those cards have many limitations.
I've tried one of their virtual VISA cards to verify an Amazon Web Services account and it worked. I've also spent 5 USD on buying residential proxies with another virtual VISA issued by Paywithmoon and the transaction went without any problems. I see lots of mixed reviews about this service, but I never had any problems so far. Paywithmoon was out of business since February 2023, but they are back since the beginning of 2025.

I have just received this email from Choise.com. I wonder if they are out of business? The email looks legit and was sent to my Proton Pass alias.

Strangely, none of this is mentioned on their website, but it's still copyrighted by the liquidated company.

I guess the main reason the website is taking so long to publish is because I can't find a lot of card images. The database and most of the website is already finished.

Should I just display the cards without pictures? Most of them are virtual cards anyway so you cannot really "see" a virtual card since it does not have a physical design.

Spritz is a good shout, but it's a virtual card that you need to add to Apple Pay or Google Pay. Otherwise it works perfectly there.

Coinbase (ewww) also has a US version.

I would avoid anything that has Crypto.com's name on it. I heard too many bad reviews about the company in the process of compiling the card website.

My question will always be what KYC they may ask for, if they ask for US address it complicates things.
